- Bonnie (10/5): I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend. Location is fantastic. The room is beautiful. I just felt like the - The rooms were gorgeous. Clean fresh spacious. Was very impressed when I walked in. The location could not be any better for the Arvent Center. Although there was some messaging that was unpleasant that had to come from the staff regarding check-in and capacity, it was not done in a way that made me feel valued or even important as a customer. I wish that hadn’t happened.

- Sarah (10/5): Quynh for the USA taekwondo team trials. The location was great. Breakfast was solid in the staff was really nice. - Location to the convention center A little outdated, but not bad!
- Kelli (5/5): - Close.. walking distance to downtown and BOK center Parking was horrible. Was stuck in lot and had to slowly, and meticulously work our way out. For price, there was no pool or hot tub. Breakfast was not good.
- Lawson (9/5): -
- Kristy (10/5): We enjoyed our stay - Everything was wonderful Breakfast could have been a little better, not much to choose from
- Lisa (5/5): - The lady who checked me in, Nichole (sp), was awesome. I wish it had a bar, or alcoholic options in the concession area.
- suerD7033SF (10/5): Great Dog Friendly Hotel - Stayed here for a night on our drive back home from Phoenix. Check in was great. The woman loved our two dogs, and gave them a treat. (sorry I forgot to get her name)This hotel had a very reasonable dog fee compared to some other chains. Room was nice and the beds were comfortable. (we had a suite for a little more room). When I had a special request front desk took care of me. Will stay here again if we decide to do another cross country roadtrip next year.
- Katherine (8/5): Great stay! Would stay again. Staff was very nice - The location and staff. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Parking- the layout is funny and not a lot of room.

- Smithart (1/5): Grustrating - Location The tv remote wouldn't work also was told would receive a 70.00 credit because of being a Healthcare worker staying during a winter storm. The additional 100.00 charge for incidentisls still has not been returned
- Brown (10/5): -
- Shea (10/5): -
- Ashley (9/5): Great, clean hotel. We’ll stay there again. - This was the second year we’ve stayed at this hotel for a cheer competition and we love that it is directly across the street from the convention center. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was hospitable and friendly.
There is a great restaurant directly beside the hotel if you do not want to have to leave for dinner. My only complaint is parking, The hotel has done the best with what they have, but the garage parking is extremely tight and the outdoor parking isn’t much better. There seemed to be a limited amount of spots actually available at the hotel and I could see where oversized vehicles might struggle to find an appropriate spot without impeding other drivers.
- Eric (8/5): -
- Laureen (2/5): Disappointed. - I wish I could give a better review..When we checked in the temperature in our room was 78 degrees...we called the front desk and were told that maintenance would be right up..come to find out there was no maintenance on property because we waited an hour and I finally went to the front desk...people were literally checking out for the same reason, it was hot in their rooms. This was a known problem and we were never informed upon check-in...we were told we could check out also and receive a full refund. We also had to go down at midnight to get bedding for the sofa sleeper because there was none in the room. We also knew there were no hotels in the area available because of 3 popular events happening in Tulsa that night. After contacting the manager today I was told that both heat and air can not be run simultaneously because the system is run by a boiler system so you have no choice...they had shut the air off, even though it was almost 80 degrees when we checked in. They had the heat only option on. I was also told today that a refund could not be issued because the reservation was made through booking.com who I have also been in touch with. Funny how I was told I could get a full refund yesterday if I wanted to check out but told today a refund of any kind was not possible because it was made through booking.com. I am very disappointed in the service I received when I paid $217 for a room that I thought was upscale..shame on them...and on the manager.
- Keith (8/5): -
- William (3/5): For a La Quinta this was disappointing - The room was clean and the staff was courteous. There were no safety precautions in place. No grab bars or mats in/around the shower. They didn’t say that they charged for parking until we got there.
- Robinson (9/5): -
- Carla (8/5): It was ok. It was clean and that is very important. - Clean. Courteous. Quiet. Parking lot sucks. Spaces are too small. Beds were hard. Tub was peeling.
- John (10/5): -
- Erica (9/5): -
- George (9/5): adequate - Helpful staff, Chris was great! Breakfast could have been nicer. Only apples for fruit, no hard boiled eggs and only scrambled, no patries.
- Katrina (10/5): -
- Robbie (5/5): -
- Michelle (9/5): -
- Rebecca (9/5): Storm knocked my power out. Needed shelter with air conditioning. Staff were nice and price right. - Great value, kind staff, clean room. Parking?
- Lara (10/5): Great hotel. - The staff was nice. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great. Overall a great stay at a great price.
- Ja'Land (10/5): -
- Chad (7/5): -
- Ronald (8/5): - Typical
- William (1/5): Good stay until a fight happened in lobby - Clean and friendly staff Fight in the lobby early in the morning
- James (6/5): All in all not a bad place. You can tell that the property has been used as there is a lot of wear and tear, which makes - Parking was horrible Location
- Grace (10/5): - Staff, service Pillows too soft
- Wanda (9/5): Great stay! - Great location. The elevator in the parking garage was not working which made the walk to the lobby a bit dangerous in the rain. This means the 2nd elevator in the hotel was out of order so the wait for the elevator was long at times. That’s the only complaint. Everything else was great
- Carol (10/5): - Didn’t like the parking are. Wasn’t told beforehand we had to pay for parking!! Cleanness
- Armando (10/5): -
- bekkit2026 (8/5): Great Experience! - We had a very pleasant experience. Our room was clean and neat. The location helped us get to our meeting early the next morning. We were very pleased with our experience.
- Erique (9/5): Agradable - Desayuno
La hospitalidad
- Chandra (8/5): - Everything Nothing
- Melynda (8/5): -
- Layne (10/5): - The staff was very helpful. Orlando and the guy who checked us in at whenever o'clock in the morning were accommodating to our needs. They are pet friendly and were attentive to our dogs. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. It is located across from OSU's medical center. We felt safe in the area. Overall, our stay was great.
- Anna (7/5): Good clean except unwanted wake up calls - The location was quiet and walking distance to some places The room was hot. I changed the temperature and it was still warm than at 12:30 am the phone started ringing non stop I had to unplug it and when i did the wake up calls started again
- Mik (10/5): Comfy affordable stay - Walking distance to everything we needed. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was yummy. Everything we could hope for
- Kristen (10/5): This was our first time staying here but we had an amazing time! Will definitely be back! -
- Jim (7/5): Reasonable - Reasonable Accessibility is poor. Having to roll luggage uphill for long distances difficult
- Salzburger (9/5): - The front desk employee was very kind and helpful.
- Roger (4/5): Will not revisit - Conveniently accessible The staff for check in not very friendly and no one at checkout for addressing concerns, animal friendly but no accountability for issues with others animals room 418 left their dog alone in the room all afternoon and most of the night to whine and bark the whole time while guests were trying to sleep
- Cheri (10/5): -
- Rachel (9/5): - Nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Very clean.
- Mark (9/5): Pretty good, not bad, can’t complain. - Great location for BOK events
Baxter Interurban rest next door was great.
Breakfast at hotel was “OK”
But pretty typical of free breakfast at hotels anymore, Overall Good. But charging for parking is like “resort fees” feels like hotel finding any way to reach in our pocket.
- Harold K. (5/5): location was good rest of hotel sucked - ok
the room i stayed in had drain problems for a long time, there renting it anyway
i will no longer use booking.com bath room plumbing had drainage issues

- Kimberly (9/5): - Room was clean an quite Nothing
- Williams (10/5): - The Location
- moetm317 (10/5): Shout out to Martessa and Leonard for great service over a busy holiday!! - Big shout out to both Martessa and Leonard for supporting over the busy Holiday. Martessa was very supportive and helpful with getting me checked in to my room. I noticed she was here all night on the evening I checked in and was back in the next morning, working hard to be available as a resource! Leonard also worked very hard to provide a full dining room with a hot breakfast on the morning of Thanksgiving. I’m sure they both would rather be home with their loved ones, so I really appreciate all they did to support us in being here. Thank you so much Martessa + Leonard!!
- Theresa (7/5): Pleasant and would stay again.. - Leonard who worked the breakfast in the mornings was amazing. He made sure I had what I needed for breakfast before my run. The gentleman at the front desk was new to his position so he did not have some of the answers to the questions we had asked
