- Jason (9/5): - Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast but I liked how they stayed open later to accommodate the later arrivals that showed up 5 minutes before closing time. I have had other hotels slam the doors closed when trying to get breakfast. The pillows were terrible. They were the size of couch pillows. If they would upgrade the pillows it would have been perfect. That was the only down side. The bed was super comfortable.

- Andrea (8/5): Clean, good location, easy to book. - Clean, easy to get to A&M campus, area felt safe, pet friendly. Breakfast was nice perk and well maintained. Dinner/lunch options in walking distance.
- Connich (6/5): Was disappointed and will stay elsewhere if we wind up in College Station again. - The facility was clean and the staff was helpful (room needed work). Location was good as it was close to restaurants and a supermarket. Maid service could have been better. Our towels were replaced daily however the bed was never made any of the days of our stay. We were only there for three nights and didn't expect the bedding itself to be changed but we did expect the bed to be made. When we returned for our last nights stay, Our coffee cups had been replaced but not the coffee or the accessory packets (cream & sugar). The packets we did use from the previous day were left by the coffee maker to reuse even though the stirring sticks had been thrown in the trash. The bathroom counter top was never wiped down along with the coffee table and desk that had rings from our drinking glasses on them. The room was never vacuumed. Also the facility has the slowest elevator I've ever seen and we would just use the stairs if we had nothing to carry.

- Aliza (9/5): Our go-to hotel in College Station - Breakfast had a good variety, my son loved the yogurt on tap except for the 3rd day of our stay where it was watery. The staff did a great job keeping the food replenished and cleaning up messes. Beds were firm and comfy. Great location for us. Friendly staff The breakfast room was very noisy and crowded (we were there over Christmas). We previously stayed somewhere else where the food was sectioned off from the dining area which helped alleviate the pressure.

- Jillian (8/5): - If you are counting on the sofa bed ask for bedding at check in. We put in the reservation we had 2 adults and 2 kids. We checked in late, after 11:30, with 2 exhausted kids clearly with us. When we got to the room there was no bedding for the sofa bed so we had to go back downstairs and request it delaying bedtime. It seems to me that with 4 people in a king room it should have been obvious to the person checking us in that we would need it and she should have offered it to us at check in. We also did not get any extra pillows for the sofa bed.

Le service du petit-déjeuner le premier jour était quasi inexistant.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Complimentary fruit was a nice touch. Great showers My complaint is there was always trash in the hallways. Also, there is no ice machine on the second floor. I had to go to the first floor for ice. There was a dog running around in the dining room, which was very strange. The breakfast was poor quality. The eggs had things in it like it had been scrapped, and there were browned egg pieces in it. They did not taste very good. The gravy was very watery with little flavor. The biscuits were overcooked two days of the three I was there and very hard. Muffins were too dry to eat. On the third day there was Canadian bacon, and it was cold. The potatoes were good. The lady providing the food was not very nice when I "politely" asked if there were any other choices.

- 210randan (10/5): A gem of a hotel - This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We checked in late after a wedding and were thrilled with the clean, spacious, and chilled room. I would definitely stay here again This hotel feels fresh and new. By the way the coffee was good too. And the price was right (A &M) was not in session.

- gdtumey (6/5): Nice hotel, great staff, but.... - The pillows were some of the worst I have slept on in a hotel. This can make or break a hotel experience, this was almost a 1-star due to the pillows being so small, and flat. I had to use 3 stacked to make a normal-size pillow. A small upgrade to pillows and this would be an easy 3-4 star stay. 3 restaurants were right across the street from the hotel, literally a 2-3 minute walk.

- Amanda (8/5): - This was a pretty standard Best Western experience. The room was easy to access, breakfast was OK, and everything was clean and comfortable. The bed frame had some staining where someone probably ate a meal in bed, and a bit of food or something stuck to it, plus the prior occupant's room keys were left behind, else I would have rated this a 5 in cleanliness. My only real complaint was that the lawn service apparently comes at 7 am on Mondays and that was very disruptive to attempts to sleep until 8. :)

- Ken (8/5): Dangerous shower. - The shower is dangerous. The tile is slippery and there are no rails to stabilize yourself and prevent you from falling. I am surprised this has been allowed to happen.
