• Valentina (7/5): 3 stelle non 4 - Molto comodo il servizio navetta dalla stazione La camera con polvere, la vasca senza supporto doccino per potersi lavare, solo opzione bagno. Armadio e porte con diversi punti di ammaccatura, la colazione non di ottima qualità.
• Helena (6/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ebenso ist der Shuttleservice positiv hervorzuheben. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Abendessen im Restaurant ebenfalls lecker. Leider waren wir mit der Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden. In der Dusche überall Flecken und Schimmel. Auf dem Boden lagen einige Krümmel. Die Bettdecke hat keinen richtigen Bezug, sondern ist nur in 2 Laken eingepackt, welche Nachts ständig verrutschen. Meiner Meinung nach sehr unbequem. Die Lage ist leider ebenfalls nicht zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung besteht nur aus Hochhäusern und ist extrem dreckig. Überall liegt Müll auf den Straßen.

I know that in Europe ice is not readily available in hotels like in the USA, but by now it will be nice to have that changed. The location is not near central Rome and the Taxis are expensive.

• Stefano (9/5): Ben oltre le aspettative - La struttura ha offerto tutti i servizi di cui avevo bisogno, inclusa la colonnina per ricaricare l'auto elettrica. La camera ben insonorizzata e buia per garantire un ottimo riposo. Tutto il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. La connessione ad Internet è stata un po' ballerina nei due giorni in cui ne avevo bisogno per lavoro. Poi ho visto che è stata ripristinata con un'altra rete ed è migliorata. Per la colazione, cornetti e dolciumi in genere dovrebbero essere più freschi. I pan cake erano troppo duri.

The shuttle service is a plus honestly, they drive you to the closest metro station and pick you up and they offer a garage! Breakfast was good, Nutella station was also a plus! Grocery store/supermarkets are not so close. There is 1 spot just 10 minutes (by walk) away, however it doesn’t have so many options..

The breakfast is lovely, and I have to give special mentions to the cappuccino, it was excellent and the perfect start to the day! While the hotel isn't right in the center of the city, their free shuttle service to the metro completely makes up for the location. It's reliable, convenient, and makes getting into the heart of Rome very simple.

• John (6/5): I was disgruntled to say the least, because it was unsuitable for the purpose it was used for. - The staff were friendly and helpful. I must say this place is totally unsuitable for a single traveller using public transport. If you arrive at a rome Airport and take a taxi it will cost EUR50-70 to get there. In my case it was a 40min wait at Ciampino Airport bus station, a 20 min ride to Laurenstina another 10 minute wait for next bus, a 10 min bus ride and a 200m walk to the hotel. Then it is in the middle of nowhere as far as shops go and you have to get a bus again, back the way you came to Laurenstina. You then have only the choice of the hotel restaurant to eat at and while the staff are helpful, the meals are not cheap. This place is only good for someone with a car. The reason I was here in the first place, was it was the starting place for an Expat tour and totally unacceptable, when the meeting is at 7.30am, forcing you to stay overnight.

Les serveurs s’empresse de ramasser le petit déjeuner avant l’heure convenu. Une fois la chambre n’as pas été ramassé car nous somme sortie après midi

• Rami (9/5): Good stay in a decent hotel - The staff is very cooperative and always with a smile on the face. Particularly the receptionists Mr. James and Mr. Rayene. Hotel is located in a calm area. Room is kept very clean, size is convenient. Good varieties at breakfast. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel to Laurentina metro station is very efficient. Enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended. The shower cubicle is very tight.

• Regina (8/5): Fijn hotel - Shuttle bus was erg fijn, de bedden waren goed, airco op de kamer een plus. Goed ontbijt alhoewel voor vijf dagen wat variatie ook fijn was geweest. De omgeving is weinig te beleven en redelijk ver van centrum en nog een uur rijden met openbaar vervoer van Vaticaanstad. Al met al prima verblijf gehad en het personeel is echt super vriendelijk. Schoonmaak ook erg vriendelijk en alles schoon. Locatie was wat minder.
