Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8 Uhr, wir mussten aber die Unterkunft bereits um 7:25 verlassen, um rechtzeitig das Schiff nach Villa San Giovanni (+Zug nach Milano) zu erreichen. Leider keine Erstattung für entgangenes Frühstück bzw. Gutschein für eine Bar oder dergleichen möglich.

Street parking available, however we rented a private garage close by which is an excellent option as well. All is good. We booked randomly, which is over the street. Book a Seaview so you can see Sicily’s tip as well as mainland Italy.

Water in the room for 1,5€ for half liter bottle (comparing with all the rest of the B&Bs we had on Sicily for similar price, this was the only one without any free water in the room. The room was avarage - nothing special, small, but acceptable for one night.

El personal muy atento .Fabio fue muy amable con nosotros buscando informacion para nosotros cuando ya habiamos dejado el alojamiento. Por lo tanto recomiendo mucho este lugar y ademas Messina es una hermosa ciudad. Nada.

Maria (10/5): - Πολύ ωραίο και καθαρό δωμάτιο με θέα στην Θάλασσα. Ωραίο πρωινό με αρκετές επιλογές κυρίως σε κρουασαν αλλά και αλμυρά όπως ζαμπόν τυρί αυγα γιαουρτάκι και αλλα. Πολύ ευγενικο και εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό. Παρόλο που είναι σε κεντρικό δρόμο με φασαρία έχει πολύ καλά κουφώματα με ηχομόνωση. Σε κεντρική τοποθεσία δίπλα ακριβώς στην πλατεία με το ρολόι Όλα πολύ καλά. Ίσως ένας μικρος κάδος στο δωμάτιο θα ήταν χρήσιμος και όχι μόνο στο μπάνιο

Kapeller (10/5): Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert! - Fabio hat uns am Tag vor der Ankunft nützliche Informationen übermittelt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Vittoria hat uns sogar ermöglicht, früher als vorgesehen zu frühstücken, da wir bereits um 8.00 Uhr auschecken mussten, um unsere Fähre zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und absolut sauber! Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt! :-)) Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat!

There is a close parking ( cavalotti) which is open 24/7 and has a very decent price. the breakfast room has a large view on the harbor nothing . it was very good.

Nadia (10/5): Hermosa estadía - Se encuentra ubicado cerca del ferry (nosotros estábamos con auto), del centro histórico, básicamente de todos lados. Nuestra habitación daba al puerto, por lo que amanecimos y desayunamos con una vista increíble. El desayuno muy rico y completo y el personal estuvo siempre atento a nuestros mensajes, más que nada porque utilizamos el estacionamiento que nos ofrecían, por lo que tuvimos que coordinar la llegada para la entrega de los controles del parking (está a 200 m aprox). Mesina es hermoso.

The couple who owns it run an efficient business, the h - The property is located in the heart of Messina walking distance to the historial sites and restaurants . The building is very secure and has an elevador. Parking is available on the street in front of the building that you pay $5 euros for the day and free at night. Parking can be hard to find and someone on the street told us how to pay for parking. You go across the street to the tabaco shop with the blue number you parked in front of with your license plate number and you are issued a parking ticket.

Sylvia (10/5): Very well situated, clean hotel in the centre of Messina - The very pleasant owners Fabio & Vittoria were most helpful throughout our stay Their 5 room hotel is very well situated in Via Garibaldi close to the shops, restaurants, Cathedral, port & railway station, & is very clean throughout. We'd definitely recommend it.. Only two minor points - it would be useful to have safety deposit boxes in the rooms, & also to have hooks for hanging items on the back of the bathroom door.
