Guest Reviews
- McCreery (6/5): We will stay here again as it was a nice place and it met our needs. - Nice location, quiet location and it had a lot of parking space. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioner broke which was uncomfortable as it was very hot. The fridge made a ton of noise which made it hard to sleep. Other then those 2 things it was a pleasant place to stay.
- Roderick (10/5): An excellent place to stay at while in prince George - The staff were very friendly the location was excellent with a restaurant and mini mall with most everything that a traveler could want and easy access to larger stores and shopping.
- John and Cathy (9/5): Pleasant stay. Friendly staff. - Convenient location. Adjacent restaurant.
- Francis (9/5): -
- Mike (8/5): -
- Ramtam1 (5/5): Disappointing stay - Reception staff was friendly. Convenient for travelers passing through town Beds were poor - one too soft and one quite hard. On surface, cleaning ok, but some surfaces, windows and under furniture dirty. Rooms not very soundproof.
- Towing (10/5): -
- Ron (10/5): It was very good. Super clean rooms great staff - Everything g Nothing
- Wito (10/5): Convenient location -
- Jodie (9/5): Our stay was awesome! The beds were extremely comfy! Staff were friendly at check in. Will absolutely be back! The resta - Property was awesome. Right off the highway, quiet, close to amenities. The only negative thing I have to say is that our AC wasn’t blowing cold air, just outside air. We tend to sleep on the cooler side, but we managed just fine.
- Joan (9/5): -
- Vitek (10/5): -
- Michelle (9/5): On the Go, Bon Voyage - Outside of town, convenient to go to the mall if you want to go shopping. Has a restaurant right beside the hotel. As we entered, there was a cooking residue smell and another time it was glue smell, maybe there was a bit of renovation done before we our stay.
- Duane (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable. It's our go to hotel when traveling that way.
We have stayed there several times as have my in-laws.
- Nicole (8/5): -
- 6cd47efbc91871bdd038bd6907e3779b (10/5): I know it was busy and we were last minute , I would have preferred ground floor due to my arthritis. - Good clean and quiet
- 1254d3a5d8e4704e9cc41594e6604cdf (9/5): Very convenient location. - Location was easy to find, parking was exceptional.
- 0f7cb14a1cc473c67825ec3f91be37cd (5/5): It was high price for low mid service and coffee was always cold or old in the lobby - I was not told if there was breakfast or that there was a BBQ that we could use i saw it the last day befor I left or I would have used it Cleaning my room during my stay i had to take my truck vacuum in to clean my floors, if you guys don't clean the floors at least leave a broom and dustpan
- 280ef4180bd772a46033b29f0640b2ce (5/5): Unfortunately, this time was not the best. 😔 - We like the location with the large parking lot and cameras to watch our stuff, especially when we’re towing an open trailer.
We really liked that they made the exception to accept our two small dogs into the room that was dedicated Animal free for that. I am thankful. We had an issue all through the night where the smoke detector kept beeping and it scared our dogs so bad we ended up disconnecting it at 6 AM and putting it in the fridge to try and keep it quiet and then settle our dogs down that we’re shaking horrendously so that we could get at least an hour of sleep. It was very disruptive. However, we were so tired from traveling. We did not have the energy to change rooms in the middle of the night so we dealt with it the best we could.
When my husband took it to the front desk the next day, all she said was sorry 😒
The bed was also very hard. which didn’t make for a comfortable sleep. It was not my best stay at that hotel, and we stay there all the time.
My husband‘s employer even uses them for their employees to stay there due to being a trucking company and them having a large parking lot.

- Shari (7/5): Decent stay for the price - Decent stay for the price.
Liked the fact that the sink for the bathroom was just outside the bathroom, allowing you to wash hands, face without interrupting the person taking a shower/bath. Bathroom was cramped
- Roswitha (8/5): - Lot's of plugs in the room. Convenient to our vehicle. The parking slots were too tight.
- fritz (8/5): -
- Helena (8/5): - Stay here while working night shifts, they are very accommodating for quiet room, clean and kitchenette has everything you need. Good restaurant next door.
- Benjamin (10/5): Really good - The people working here are always the best. I’ve never had a bad time here. Bonus points for the attached restaurant and the food there too!
- james (8/5): - great staff
- Leigh (10/5): - Easy check in - friendly gal at the desk
Easy access to room
Lots of parking
Room was clean and perfect for a one night stay
Mattress was a little thin and therefore a little hard for me, but my fiance said it was perfect for him
- Lorne (10/5): - Very nice motel
- Thomas (4/5): - The room I ordered in the reservation with kitchenette was not available when I arrived, after 10 hours on the road. I was offered a very small substandard wheelchair unit with no kitchenette. I was too tired to argue, and it would not be the attendants fault as to what went wrong. I took the room, which had a peculiar smell upon opening the door. I left a note for the room attendant next morning to disinfect the washroom/toilet and clean the microwave. When I returned from my day @ 2pm, the room attendant was cleaning the next room, after just finishing mine. She joined me to inspect my room and it smelled of clean. She mentioned that the previous occupant had left a bit of a mess.
This motel appears more geared to serve commercial and transient clientele, than tourists or families. It claims to be pet friendly, but fails to remind guests not to leave their pets unattended!! It claims that its property is very safe and heavily monitored, but there was evidence of a recently smashed windshield within the huge parking area. On the morning of my departure, I found a distinct scratchmark left on my tailgate and cigarette butts outside my suite door.
I'll shortcut with a comment about the suite door, an oversize one to allow for wheelchairs. Even when the door was bolt locked, sunlight was coming through the door seals top, side, and bottom! A few little ants came into the suite.
- JoAnne (9/5): A good restful stay at Bonne Voyage motel. - We did not choose to have breakfast there. Could not park close to our door, the bathroom door scraped noisily upon opening and closing, and the toilet banged the wall when getting up off of it (the latter two points were given as feedback to the motel).
- Casandra (10/5): - Room was clean, loved having a kitchenette.
- Marlene (4/5): - The room we were in was a kitchenette. The fridge was not clean, the floor was dirty, and was not pet friendly. There are other rooms that do allow pets. We have stayed there 2 -3 times before and although old it was very clean. That was a few years ago. Now due to cleanliness issues I would not stay again.
- Danielle (10/5): - Front desk was very friendly. Clean rooms and easy check in
- wayne (4/5): - Beds are like cement
- Joseph (10/5): - Nice motel, first time staying here and we liked it alot
- Vincent (10/5): Great place to stay very nice people to deal with - Came in to town to look at RVs
- Sean (8/5): - Room was ckean. Parking for the rooms at the back of the prooerty was a bit crowded for our pickup, as there were several road crew vehicles
- Bruce (10/5): - Staff was very friendly, restaurant staff very good, and food is always good.
- Helena (8/5): Work trip - Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, kitchenette okay but lacking in a few things, had to ask for a can opener, which they brought, no dish cloth or dish towel, but didn't really need. Was a quiet room like i requested. No complaints, will stay again.
- Kevin (8/5): - Clean and
- DIEGO (8/5): - Nice place to stop on your way to the Northwest. Quiet, clean, free coffee at reception, restaurant and gas station right next to the property.

- David (8/5): - Located in older part of Rupert so more run down part of town.
- Jennifer (2/5): Disappointed that we had booked our room six months ahead of time and they did not have our reservation when we arrived. - Location and a ability to park a boat They did not have a reservation when we arrived and we’re very rude about trying to find us a room

- Dev (10/5): - Great pri
- Ashley (8/5): - N/a
- Marvin (8/5): - Great Room for the price
- Candice (7/5): Good - They were unable to accommodate an early arrival.
- Lucas (10/5): - The Bon Voyage is the best place to stay in PG. PG is a horrible city and the hotel is outside of town where the scum bags don’t dare roam. It’s not fancy but it’s cheap, clean and safe.
- Mary ann (10/5): - Our stay was very good. We had to leave a day early because of a death in family and front desk was very nice about it and credited us for the day. Thank you.
