- Ar Michael (9/5): This is a nice place. - The room was on the small side, but it had all of its parts and everything was in very nice condition. They have a door man. All of the men in that position were actually quite nice. I enjoyed their attitude and helpfulness more than most places I go. Well done! Very friendly. There was no seating other than an office chair. The room was completely fully with the two beds. The desk lamp was a clunker that I moved to the floor. Sound control was weak. I could hear the neighbours TV quite easily. I turned on mine to do battle and they realized how loud they were and turned their down or off. I was on the side of the main road. That road sounds like an F1 track at night. It seems that the locals with top shelf cars take them out at night, but it is not terribly disturbing.

La atención que te brindan desde recepción es muy deficiente (tanto en persona como vía whatsapp), solicite la reserva con tarifa preferencial y tardaron horas en contestar, avise al hotel via whatsapp que viajaba con un adulto mayor para tener un alguna mejora de habitación y nunca me respondieron, como cliente me siento muy insatisfecho con la atención y el servicio que brinda este hotel.

- Vargas (5/5): Pudo ser mejor - La ubicación Desde que hice la reserva por booking fue una pesadilla, al principio estaba incluido el desayuno, pero de la noche a la mañana la tarifa cambió para más y pues resulta que el desayuno finalmente no estaba incluido. Con relación al hotel, el personal de recepción es muy frío, si bien uno no espera que lo traten como a una celebridad pero una buena recepción y trato amable nunca están demás. La segunda noche tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado, pues resulta que lo controlaban desde un "servidor" y como huéspedes no teníamos el control de tal, o por lo menos esa fue la explicación que nos dio la chica de recepción en su momento y que ya luego a los días el gerente del hotel nos explicó como era que funcionaban. Aunque nos resolvieron al darnos otra habitación esa misma noche y sabiendo que ya había un poco de molestia, nada hicieron por mejorar la estadía.

La atención del personal fue excelente y la habitación estaba sumamente limpia y cómoda, equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia práctica y agradable. Definitivamente volvería.

- Mario (10/5): I loved my staying, friendly staff, very very nice breakfast! - Breakfast is really good! Very complete and many options, Loved the breakfast!. Room size it's perfect, not too big, not small. Hot water immediately after opening the shower, nice illumination. Excellent location, specially if you are attending the world trade center, I went and back by walking 2 days, no issues, a lot of nice restaurants and food stablishments along the way. Loved this small hotel. I don't have any complaints, but they can improve by having a scale to measure weight luggage for airline restrictions, they handed over to me the Gym Scale, but sure the can get a scale for luggage.

- Ivonne (10/5): - La ubicación, la atención de todo el personal, ninguna queja... Deberían dar 2 tarjetas para la habitación pars entrar, por.si alguno quiera salir no se apaguen las cosas y tener repuesto de papel higiénico
