Nous avons apprecié que la réception nous gardent nos valises avant le check-in. La salle de bain était n'était pas du tout accueillante, des travaux sont clairement à envisager. Idem pour les équipements de la cuisine. Chambre ok mais dans le global nécessite un rafraîchissement. Une des deux chambre pas prête au moment du check-in.

• Trujillo (9/5): Great location - We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was amazing. Great location. Plenty of selections to eat and close to the beach. Beyond their control, there was no air conditioner. But there were fans in the rooms to help keep us comfortable.

• sky-aeronaut (2/5): Cockroaches and rooms in disrepair - AC wasn't working, building is old and in disrepair, and had construction going on (patches of wall torn apart throughout the hallway) with only one elevator working and stairs not an option. Cockroaches throughout the entire room, killed at least 9-10 in two days. Guy at the front desk was rude and didn't care about a few of my concerns I brought up.

• NeiMauri (4/5): Ok for location in Waikiki - The location, close to shops, beaches and public transport. The place is so old and so run down. Our first three nights stay there was hot. No aircon in the whole building and the weather was humid. The room was not cleaned properly, some stains on the sheets. Two towels only for a family of five. Almost all power outlets were broken and not working, struggled to recharge our phones for five people using just one power outlet. On our second stay, the room was a tad cleaner but then the shower was broken so we moved to another room. One of the lifts was broken and twice we missed it cause it is super fast so be careful.

Plusieurs shop aux alentours comme le STARBUCK, MARKETPLACE, ABC Store La chambre est vétuste, la douche aussi et la kitchenette également. Sur le site il était stipulé vue sur la ville mais on a eu la vue sur un vieux batiment

• Michelle Ann (6/5): - we love the location, the restaurants and coffee shops and the beach is just walking distance What we didn't like is the room. We are isolated and we are helpless just incase something happened. (Thank God nothing bad happened.) I am saying this things because the window is broken. They fixed it but you can see it's not well fixed because it's not aligned. You can tell right away because it's only made of jalousie window and its very easy to disentangle them. Every time we sleep I always put the electric fun right below the window, just incase some one tries to get in, they will step on the fan first and we will hear the noise. The room is like an L shape. And also the parking fee is overpriced $49 each day plus tax.

• lanim531 (2/5): Not on my list of places to stay - Would not choose to be here again. Although convenient, it was not a relaxing and comfortable place. Although we knew the AC was not working, there was no option for fans and the room had a lot of unclean features like hairs on the wall, door was hard to open or close, dirty windows and curtains. Just made you question if you were safe - hygienicly or physically.
• msanchez83 (2/5): Don’t go - Although staff is nice, this is a very old, shabby hotel that has seen better days. A/C and one elevator were broken our entire stay. There were bugs in the room. Although there was a small stove in the room, there were no pots/pans so cooking is not an option. On the plus side, it is in a prime location within walking distance of beach and shopping. It is also very noisy.

Also the hotel has roaches. Small ones but they were everywhere. It was our first time in Hawaii so now we know more. It had a decent view but the hotel itself was not clean. They hardly had towels.

• Lorna (7/5): it was pleasant for the most part, the staff made up for all the things that went wrong. - location in regards to shopping, restaurants, beach the elevator was out of use for a few days, so we used the alternate elevator, service elevator; our safe had to be replaced; the power was shut off on Thursday, April 16th, at 8:00 AM without prior notice but we had already showered, the hotel ran out of beach towels

Raised a number of concerns and checked out early due to condition and after 2 days no one had bothered to respond to my complaint email. Many discrepancies between what was advertised and what was provided. We booked a City View Deluxe Three Beds with Kitchen, however the room does not match the description or advertised amenities: Strong musty/mouldy smell in the bathroom, with visible black dirt or mould on window areas Balcony (lanai) is dirty with bird droppings Paint is flaking in shower Air conditioning is not functioning properly and does not appear to be cooling the room - uncleaned and mouldy Only two towels were provided for four guests, and we had to request additional towel Only one lift servicing 16 floors, resulting in lifts frequently passing by full We were only informed at check-in that rooms are serviced every three days, despite the website stating daily housekeeping Additionally, several advertised inclusions are missing or incorrect: No functional kitchen as described (no ready-to-use cooking facilities; items must be requested) No microwave despite being listed Room is not spacious as advertised The website states all rooms have stunning views of Waikiki; however, our view is of a dirty alleyway and the backs of surrounding building

• 75farrahs (4/5): Cramp space and broken amenities - The space was pretty small despite it saying for 4 people. One of the beds close to the balcony was literally sticked to the sliding door that we had to slide through to open it. The bathroom space was tiny and the shower as well was so small. One of the telephones dont work and the fan that they put in the closet DO NOT WORK!! We tried all the outlets in the room the fan still did not work. And built in fan/air vent i dont know if it was supposed to blow out hot air or something because we put it on high on full blast expecting to come to a chill room only to come to the room getting hotter. The view at the balcony was okay we can still see a bit of the city..

One of two elevators working for 16 floors, halls were stinky, room smelled worse, bathroom dirty with moldy tiles, paint peeling, and a carpet maybe 10 years past needing to be replaced. Internet didn't connect and only two towels in a room for 5 people. Charged me twice for parking and added a $30 amenities fee on top of the $30 resort fee.
• U9262JQdjh (2/5): Do not stay here EVER! - Everything about this stay was the worst experience of my life traveling. We checked into our hotel Sunday afternoon. Immediately we were told THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS DAILY. They would come every three days. By the time we checked out on Friday (6 days) our room hadn’t been cleaned once Not to mention the price you book is NOT what you are charged, because as soon as you arrive you learn about additional daily charges that they don’t advertise, as their “resort fees”. So the appeal of booking this place for a convenient price is a complete lie No new towels daily. And this is supposed to be a beach hotel. As we asked for towels we were constantly told they were out and would send us some. It didn’t happen. The suite, which I booked for my family because I thought it would have enough room although we didn’t intend on being in the room much, was smaller than a college dorm. Literally, no 2 people could walk at the same time, the bathroom is barely functional The amenities, completely throw expectations out the window. Baby fridge, no microwave but don’t worry, you have an archaic oven, though we’d all prefer a microwave! A/C you can’t control except off, hi, lo. Two lamps, but only one worked. Half the outlets were not functional and had no power. And oh yeah, the room phone doesn’t work and they KNOW it. How do I know that? Because when I tried to mention about contacting them for a late checkout but couldn’t reach them, I was told, “oh you mean by our phones? Why didn’t you use your cell phone, ours don’t work, or come to the front desk” The elevators didn’t work. And even learned from my wife she saw molding in the room, but elected not to say anything because had already become overwhelmed Choose a Motel 6 if you can
• Brett (5/5): Great Location and staff, but overpriced and outdated. - It’s conveniently located close to a lot of good shopping complexes and restaurants. Staff were amazing. It’s horribly outdated. Not the best time to stay with one elevator not operating. Takes forever to move about the hotel. There are a lot of small things that can be done to improve the stay but attention to detail isn’t the owners strong suit. A bit overpriced for the quality of rooms. I really hope they renovate this place. It has potential for a higher star rating.
• aliasd2026 (2/5): Pay the Extra $15 Per Night and Go Elsewhere - Be prepared to pay a $250 smoking fee. Don't smoke? No problem, you still may end up paying it so account for that fee while deciding whether that nicer hotel next door is worth the additional $15 per night.
