- Melody (2/5): - I love the hotel, bit had problems I requested a bottom floor room for my dogs 6 months in advance. Called 2 days before to remind them. I received an email confirming my request and that we had the room. When I got there they didn't have it, and put me on 2nd floor as far away the the elevator as possible. My dogs have arthritis and they knew that also and even acknowledged that. Next day I said I needed a downstairs room and the women behind the desk was rude and actually told me it was just a request and said you can just go to another hotel. It took all morning for me to get my room and disrupted my whole visit. Will never stay there again.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had from a hotel. We couldn't get logged in to the internet. We could've asked for help, but it's just one more thing to do. The pocket sliding door for the bathroom was very difficult to close and to open. There were very little options at breakfast for those who are gluten free

The young lady named Dot, at front desk was very sweet and friendly, she even told us about a restaurant right across from the hotel that would give discount if we mentioned that we're staying in the hotel. The room we had was very big and comfortable. Full size kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, a kitchen table with 3 chairs, and of course many dishes, bowls and cups. A separate sitting room with a tv, and a large bathroom with a king bed and a large tv. Huge bathroom with many hooks on the walls, which is something we never seen in many hotels before, and we've stayed in many hotels in the past. The breakfast was also quite different from other hotels, not a whole lot of selection but quite decent and tasty. There were an indoor pool and a gym which we didn't have time to used, but looks nice too. They also have a fire pit with a couple sofa just outside of the entrance, I saw people was sitting there. We've stayed in quite a few Hilton groups property in the past, this was the first time we stayed in Home2 Suites, I must say that we were very impressed, so in the future we will definitely stay in one of this place again. The only con that I can think of is the pillows was too soft, I wish they had different firmness pillows for those who can't sleep with feather light pillows.

We loved that. plenty of pillows, towels. the child/ren bouncing around ubove our heads untuil quite late at night and then gain very early in the morning. Sad that the meat options for breakfast were lacking. And the fake eggs and low fat milk were not appreciated.

- Daisy (8/5): Great location for getting away - We asked for an early check in and they were able to accommodate us within an hour of our arrival so that was excellent. The employee that checked us in definitely deserves a ten for service. The hotel is very close to the venue of the show we were in town for and there's a green belt and restaurants and shopping in walking distance so the location of the hotel is excellent. The refrigerator in the room made a clicking noise all night long and there was a steady beep noise coming from somewhere but it was not the alarm clock by the bed. The light on the thermostat was too bright and the nightlight in the bathroom was too bright as well. The pocket door to the bathroom never shut all the way and the bathrooms really need working vents. The door was very heavy to get into the room but if anyone was outside in the hallway and they talked you could hear them like they were in the room with you. I was going to use the coffee maker but the pods from a previous guest had been left in it. On a positive note the shower pressure was amazing and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash gel is a great brand.
