Отель находится в узкой улочке, т.е там реально подъезда к отелю нет, ни на машине ни на байке, только пешком идти с сумками и чемоданами, такой коридор из двух стен шириной 1,5 метра и длиной до отеля метров 150-200. Хоть бы встречали как то гостей, но нет. Всё старое в отеле, кондиционеры старые и грязные, плохо охлаждают. Не стоит тех денег, которые за него просят. Больше туда не приедем ни за что.

Some have not been fixed in 18 months that’s real sad it’s a nice place just need to take some pride again please

El pesonal era amable Un espacio muy pequeño, tanto que no había un armario donde guardar la ropa. La TV no funcionaba, aunque te dicen que si no había calentador de agua, el baño esta fuera de la habitación y casi al aire libre y sobre todo que era un sexto sin ascensor. Creo que es algo que tiene que avisarse. Solo cambiaron las sabanas y toallas una vez en nueve días y porque lo solicite.

La ubicación de zona está bien pero para acceder al hotel el callejón que hay es de menos de un metro de ancho, oscuro, huele mal, con muchas tuberías en el suelo. • Zacharenia (4/5): Disappointing - First of all, the room hadn't hot water and when we told the problem to the reception she told us she couldn't do anything about it that day but she would fix it tomorrow. Of course the problem wasn't solved, even though we told them plenty of times to resolve the issue, with the excuse that she didn't have the key to the room, and when we asked her to change rooms she acted like she couldn't understand us and told us that she couldn't do anything about it. She was really unwilling to help, and in general a bit rude. Also the location of the hotel is in a strange alley which wasn't the best to walk to at night. The room wasn't the cleanest but we would overcome this if we had a better service from the reception.

Probably would not stay here again.

It was a 3 bedroom with a small extra bed which was very small and uncomfortable. The room was way too small for 4 people
• Kanstad (7/5): Good - It was clean, had fairly soft bed compared to others, warm water, good aircon, and a good duvet. I like the location away from noise and traffic, with a short cut to the tourist street. The staff was polite. All in all a pleasant stay. Our bed was a bit broken, one corner was sliding downwards. The bed was big enough that I could move inwards, but it should probably get fixed. If they fixed that part, I'd say the beds are quite comfortable. Also a bit awkward with a tinted glass door to the toilet that wasn't closing tight, you could see in and hear everything going on in there.
