Overall, it’s a good place to spend a night with friends. the restroom has an unpleasant smell sometime. The walls are not very soundproof, so noise from neighboring rooms can be heard

422warrenk (8/5): Out of the way - This hotel was booked by a friend and we stayed there over the NY's holiday. It's near the south end of Jomtien beach (on the beach road)... which is quite isolated from the rest of the beach. There isn't really anything close by... shops, restaurants, bars, etc. So, it you want a place to chill out or take your kids... this is a good hotel for you. The staff were very good. It was easy to check in and check out... not much waiting time. I didn't use the pool/restaurant but they all seemed busy and people seemed to be enjoying the hotel. The interesting thing about the hotel is the main building looks like a boat... There is ample parking if you drive down to Jomtien. The beach/ocean is in front of the hotel but I wouldn't say that this part of the beach would be good for swimming... quite rocky. You would have to travel several hundred meters down to get a nice beach.

travelerLL00 (8/5): Good Beachfront Budget Hotel - Great location by the beach. It's located right next to U Jomtien. Close to many famous seafood restaurants. The swimming pools are great. There're two swimming pools, one on the rooftop another in front of the hotel by the beach. The breakfast is nice with varieties. Best value for money.
95BobB95 (6/5): No Beach - Ok, maybe 5 or 10 years ago there was a beach here but today (Jan 2019) there is NO beach. The ocean laps up against a sea wall at all times. It's really misleading for them to call this a beach hotel that's 20 meters from the beach. The hotel is very clean and modern looking. They have the average-at-best breakfast buffet but that's normal for Thailand. The hotel is far enough south away from the "good" part of Jomtien Beach that there is nothing there in terms of restaurants, shop, etc. to give you an idea the nearest 7-11, and if you know Thailand they are everywhere - is over 1/2 a mile north of the hotel. My impression of this southern extremity of Jomtien Beach is that it is not at all a nice place. With no beach and faux chic condos catering to middle aged Russians and no truly nice shops, stores, or restaurants you can do better. 2 miles north (where the Police Station is) there is more of a beach and all of the activity that goes with it, but Jomtien is what it is - crowded beaches absorbing the hordes from all of the large condos built along the shore.

M Thailand (4/5): Tidy room , apartment toilet with peaceful location. - Staff is good. Hotel looks quite old. Room is not big not clean enough but new renovated. Air-condition is good. Balcony is bad due to bad drainage. Breakfast is so-so. Has swimming pool. Not worth to check-in. Too cheap to have a great weekend.
craig (4/5): Took them 30 minutes to find our - Took them 30 minutes to find our [website] reservation, while we waited and watched them serve other (Thai) customers first. Italian restaurant is a terrible Thai imitation and pizza oven was closed. Room service very limited. Songthaews do not go this far down the road so you have to walk. Breakfast terrible. The internet was so slow it was unusable, slower than dial-up, constantly showed as 'poor signal'. Took them 25 minutes to let me check out, I just walked out in the end. Paid in advance for 5 days but took the loss and left after two to go to a different hotel. 2 or absolute maximum 3 star, you can get so much better for the price. They weren't even able to call us a taxi.
