- Girisha (7/5): A good all inclusive resort. - Good resort for golf groups. Could be good for families during peak time as well. Facility is extensive and has something for everyone. Quality of food was really good and the variety was extensive. Restaurant is always busy, noisy and hot - can’t imagine how bad it would be in summer.

Отель роскошный, заслуживает не пять звезд, а целях пятнадцать звезд! При заезде всегда ожидает бутылочка красного вина, тарелка с фруктами и сладостями. В ресторане потрясающие завтраки, обеды, ужины и ночной буфет. В зимнее время отдых в отеле, по-особенному, уникален: сауна, банные комплексы, закрытые бассейны, парная комната, хаммам, тренажерный зал создают шикарную атмосферу отдыха в любое время года: и зимой, и летом! Гости в отеле - веселые, позитивные, яркие, а персонал всегда на высоком уровне! Восторг! Пора уже становится амбассадором отеля. Cornelia Diamond, I love you forever!

- Irina (8/5): Cornelia Diamant - Коктейли в баре были намного лучше, чем в других отелях. СПА - Султан хамам очень приятно, следующая процедура для тела была « так себе». Комфортные номера ( двойные с входом в бассейн), но очень большой и шумный ресторан . В целом отель понравился. Очень дружелюбный персонал, готовы были всегда прийти на помощь ( сначала аннулировали наш рейс, затем ТК понизил наш класс с бизнес до эконом , проблему помогли решить работники отеля.
- David (9/5): relaxing and enjoyable. - Food generally was a very high standard, a couple of meals were not to the expected level. Facilities were good, well maintained and clean. Staff were courteous and quick, very friendly and willing to help. a few meals were not upto the general high standard. Not a big issue there was adequate food that was acceptable. It did not warrant a complaint at the time. I mention it for completeness.

The hotel wasn’t overly noisy even with lots of families. Lovely spa facilities and excellent facilities for children in the children centre. Pool and slides were good. Plenty of food options in the restaurants but can get very busy. My only dislike of the hotel is that the pools depth were not suitable for small children. My daughter and nephew age 8 were not able to stand in any of the pools as they were all 1.40 depths. Most children had to wear/buy floats. For a hotel with 10 pools this is not great as they should have pools with smaller depths. The hotel also does not provide irons for guests to use so if staying here, bring your own.

The pier bar was a fantastic spot to relax, listen to the waves, enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, and swim in the crystal-clear sea. Our children (2 and 4) absolutely loved the water slides — from the kiddie slides to the six exciting larger slides, they were entertained for hours. I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal, memorable, and truly unforgettable.

Отдельное спасибо за салат из свежих ягод и фруктов (клубника, ежевика, киви, персик ++, свежие, уже очищенные и нарезанные, заправляешь сам)на завтраках! Номер был семейный 2х комнатный - просторный, хороший. Уборка норм. Сервис Ок. Детский клуб хорош по оснащению. Хороший аквапарк для взрослых и подростков- не очень экстремальный, но и не скучный. Чистые хорошие бассейны. +++ что у бассейна есть зона в тени! Запах "дешёвый" в коридорах отеля- напрягает поначалу, затем привыкаешь, т к в номерах норм. Дизайн с у семейных номеров (в других - не были) - "странный",мягко говоря.

- Tracey Sharne (8/5): - Great hotel which met our needs. We enjoyed eating in the A La Carte restaurants. You do have to pay 25 euros per person for these but the food and service was amazing. Pools were lovely and we had no problem in getting a sunbed each day. The pier and pier bar was nice but they do need to have more staff working in and around the bar area. It was quite hard to get a drink on some days. Some of the managers at the bar were quite rude and miserable which was disappointing. However, we enjoyed our stay and our room with a sea view was lovely.

- Vyacheslav (7/5): Лучше не ехать в конце октября-ноября. Цена как за полноценный отдых, но по факту - нет. - Отель хороший. Уверенная пятерка. Лобби, напитки, еда - отличные. Работа ресепшен тоже на уровне. Номер был большой, летом в нем, я думаю, прекрасно отдыхать. Осенью оказалось холодновато и кондиционер на обогрев не работает. Отель уже «подустал». Номера выглядят местами требующими обновления. В начале ноября большинство развлечений уже не работают, детский клуб, ради которого ехали в этот отель, сжимается до 1 комнаты. Вечерние шоу отсутствуют. Действует, так называемая «зимняя концепция», о которой, естественно, при бронировании не предупреждают. Часть ресторанов закрыта, в другие - просто не попасть :(. До этого были в августе несколько лет назад - было гораздо лучше.

Ottimo cibo e ottima spa. Abbiamo soggiornato a novembre, e i servizi offerti erano molto abbondanti malgrado la bassa stagione. Consigliato sia per famiglie, che per coppie, che per gruppo di amici. - Gökhan (8/5): - Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel sehr gut. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und bietet für jeden Gast etwas. Für Familien mit Kindern gibt es bspw. eigene Bereiche, aber auch Singles/Paare können hier entspannt Urlaub machen ohne gestört zu werden. Der Strand ist sehr schön und wird sauber gehalten und man findet problemlos eine Liege. Im September war es vllt. zu 1/3 belegt. Der Service war überwiegend sehr gut, aber es gab auch einige Situationen, wo ich mir bisschen mehr erhofft hatte. Das Essen war gut. Sehr gut waren die lokalen Speisen sowie der Nachtisch. Internationale Gerichte waren eher Durchschnitt. In einem Restaurant draußen, hätte ich für solches Essen kein Geld bezahlt. Manchmal war bspw. der Cappuccino einfach nur milchig. Ich habe täglich das gym und die Sauna genutzt und ich hatte alle Geräte, die ich gebraucht habe. Insgesamt kriegt das Hotel von mir nur 4 Sterne, weil das Hotel hochpreisig ist und eines der „besseren“ 5 Sterne Hotels sein soll, jedoch nicht in allen Bereichen überzeugen konnte.

- Yuliya (7/5): - Мы приехали в 5.50 утра, заезд предполагался в 14.00 Нам предложили пойти позавтракать, в круглосуточный ресторан. Это была значительная поддержка для моих детей потому что в аэропорту не было никаких кафе. Мы позавтракали и пошли на пляж в ожидании когда приготовят наш номер , прекрасно провели ранее утро. С 10 часов есть опция позднего завтрака и мы с удовольствием, нагулявшись, решили попить чаю и перекусить. В 11.00 наш номер был готов. В отеле есть доктор , бесплатно. Градусник нам принесли новый в личное пользование бесплатно. Пляж , вход в море, песок, все прекрасно. Море было очень теплым. Утром штиль, вечером волны на которых приятно попрыгать. Сама территория приятная. Хорошая большая детская территория, столовая в детской зоне, где готовят все свежее, лучше с детьми обедать там , я поняла там жестче контроль свежести приготовления еды и меньше шансов поймать ротовирусную инфекцию. Мне сказали в данной зоне обеды и ужины. Есть еще круглосуточный ресторан, где готовят по меню, этой услугой тоже хорошо воспользоваться особенно если вы приехали на пару-тройку дней ( как мы) и не хотите схватить ротовирусную. Мы были три дня в отеле. Два дня мы провели прекрасно, на третий отравились. Ps. Мне понравилась пляжная зона для тех кто проживает на виллах, она отдельная, часть шезлонгов на газоне, натянут хороший тент на газоне, шезлонги с матрасами, тут же барная стойка только для жителей вилл. На песок я не выходила, но зона с песком так же отдельная для проживающих на вилле. Про питание - Очередной раз задумываюсь про систему все включено, насколько это безопасно для здоровья. Про пляж- На пляже хочется больше тени, ткань которая натянута все таки достаточно хорошо пропускает свет. Конечно она дает тень, но мне бы хотелось поплотнее и без разрывов между тканью потому что из-за этих разрывов постоянно приходится двигать шезлонг Про номер- У нас был «семейный номер в саду» как оказалось это два обычных номера которые соединены одной прихожей, нам дали очень неудачный номер ( у каждого семейного номера два обозначения) 5014 и 5015 были наши и так же рядом номера, получается с 5010 по 5015 это три семейных номера , все они выходят на обратную сторону отеля где располагаются хозяйственные блоки, видимо круглосуточно работает сушка, трансформаторы и прочая атрибутика. Когда выходишь из номера очень сильно шумит, ребенок подумал, что это шум моря, но это технические машины. 5015 номер находится в углу на стыке со зданием и там постоянно капает вода с кондиционеров со всего здания, вот прям реально- стоит твой лежак и сбоку от тебя круглосуточно непереставя капает вода. Утром один из детей спросил меня, - мама, на улице дождь идет? Утром , когда я проснулась, лежа в кровати, слышно было как капает вода и я спросони поймала чувство буд-то осень за окном, когда проснулась окончательно, поняла, что я в Анталии :))) и это капает сверху с крыши. Был момент, когда я открыла комнату, дети попросили закрыть , сказали пахнет сыростью, шезлонгами и территорией террасы у нас не получилось воспользоваться. Днем стояла жара , только номер 5015 был в тени , где капало, остальные террасы на пекле без затенения. В итоге, такого уровня отель мог бы легко убрать эту проблему путем установки слива который будет собирать эту воду и она будет стекать в другом месте. При бронировании отказывайтесь от данных нумерованных номеров-очень шумно и нет тени , физически террасы не использовать! Ps. Коричневое деревце на фото погибает от воды с кондиш

Really top notch on this. - Great beach with no concerns getting a sunbed. Well-staffed with lifeguards etc.. No drinks service to your sunbed though. For such an exclusive hotel you might expect this. - Great evening shows. I mean they have really bought in the best. Shout out to the Shamen dance group who were amazing!! All shows very loud though Could be improved: - Had to pay extra for golf. Even had to pay for drinks at the golf club (Ultra all-inclusive? I think not). Golf course is not well maintained, full of weeds even across the tee-boxes. Greens were well kept I will say - a la carte is pricey at €25 per head (free for under 7). It is not a la carte, it is table-service at best. Poor table etiquette. They need to train their staff better - No free a la carte, not even one per week - Diamond restaurant in large with lots of food but with zero variety to that food and no theme nights. So unless you pay for the above 'table-service' you'll be eating the same thing everyday - Entertainment we felt was late. Mini disco doesn't start until 08:45, with the main show at 21:45 - Room service is a little too full on. You should expect x4 visits a day. Room clean, mini-bar refill, fruit delivery, and towel change - Generally, the hotel needs work, they are painting over the cracks

Service am Abendessen sehr gut der Servicekraft (Hazar) bei den wir bei jedem Essen waren hat uns sehr gut bedient war stehst immer aufmerksam und hat jederzeit und beraten, falls wir Fragen zum Büffet hatten. Wenig Entertainment, langweilige Shows, Animations-team fast nie zu sehen.
