Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und ist auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Besonders gut hat uns auch das leckere Frühstück gefallen. Die Umgebung wirkte sehr sicher und angenehm. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The unit is fully fitted with everything you might need and can easily book a stay for a month. The bedding was comfy even the pillows which is normally not that comfy away from your own! Close to all major shopping centers etc. I booked here as we had bought tickets to watch a cricket match at Wanderers Stadium and it was seamless. It’s less than km from the stadium. I was shocked to find our stunning the place is. It was better than the pictures. Great value for money! Aesthetically pleasing and luxurious. Everything necessary was provided in the apartment. It was clean, tidy and so well equipped. The design of the place as well is so functional. You can see everything is well thought out. Whoever is managing this place is doing a great job! I will always book here when I come to Sandton. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Nothing that we didn’t “like”. Just a few things to touch up on in our opinion. The shower head looked so luxurious but was not so comfortable. It sprayed everywhere and it was not possible for me to shower comfortably without getting my hair wet. But that’s minor. The room does have a slight weird smell to it but once you open the windows and air the place out it goes away instantly. It would also top the experience if Netflix, YouTube etc was already provided. You can have it provided but you need to request it and pay a R500 deposit. Other than that everything else was great!

The front desk responded promptly to enquiries and assisted with any service needed. rooms weren't very clean. utensils were dirty. lacked necessary kitchen items like a wiping cloth for surfaces or kitchen scissors. The kitchen cabinets were very dirty and lacked maintenance.

It was clean and had all the necessary items for a self-catering place. They were quick to handle any queries via WhatsApp and remained responsive and kept us updated at all times We used the washing machine and once it started draining the water started leaking out of the cupboard. These kind of things should always be checked before a new customer enters the room, this was unpleasant as we had to waste some of our time. I would have expected some kind of good will gesture for the inconvenience

• Shaheena (9/5): Excellent location, facilities and good staff - Excellent location, spacious, comfortable and stylish. Amenities work and staff were helpful. They offered an upgrade because the suite booked required construction/maintenance. The upgraded facilities were excellent, as was the overall venue. The top deck was a good place to unwind, the options of coffees etc downstairs, even though we preferred self catering within the suite, was helpful. This is a place we will return to for business and leisure. It was excellent - but in the process of final touches like the gym. This did not prevent having a good stay.
