Parking lot is small in my opinion and as leaving from my stay, homeless people sleeping out front of facility. Elevator needs to be looked at. Did not feel safe on either one of them. Shook very bad and seamed like it wanted to stall out.

• Bamanator (6/5): Rooms in rough shape and resent paying for parking - I did get a decent night’s sleep. The ventilation was stuffy but bearable. Shower and bathroom overall was clean and pleasant. The furniture was dumpy. The cabinetry surfaces were bubbled from spills and the refrigerator cabinet was disgusting. The shade was not functional. I know it’s a Hampton but prices today are inflated and you get mediocre accommodations. And I am especially peeved to pay for parking. It’s just ridiculous to have this as an add on. All hotels do it now in Orlando which somehow justifies an unnecessary charge.

No locks for bathroom and the bathroom doors were hard and pull and no water pump is not working. Called the front desk he showed up amd requested for room change because I have 2 rooms for 2 nights he told I can’t change the room in worst tone because he do t have access for him to change the room and he directly told to talk to Hilton in rude way. And I was schok that the front desk man told in every hotel of Hilton the bathrooms doesn’t have locks again it’s a lol Never ever gonna stay here.🤮🤮

When I got to the hotel to check in we had to look for the front desk personnel. The hotel is not handicapped friendly nor is it black people friendly . Horrible experience. I looked around for hotels near the SeaWorld parks, and found this one to be nicely rated and at a reasonable cost. Once we checked in, we got into our room and were very pleased with the space. We highly enjoyed our stay here and the staff was very accommodating and understanding. This place was half the price than the DoubleTree and significantly better than that awful hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you! The checkout time haha.

• bahamalady (8/5): Clean, felt safe, decent property - For my preference this particular location is a few more minutes off of I-DRIVE proper where I normally stay but definitely not enough to be a major factor. The parking lot was quite full and a fight for a spot most nights anytime after 9pm really but that's probably my biggest complaint. The room was clean, decent sized and not rundown. the Lobby was clean and orderly...nice staff for check in and out. All in all, no major headaches here. A decent stay.

Got to hotel they said they don’t have shower chairs. I would have never booked a room there if I knew that. We had 3 people that were handicapped. Never stay again. Very disappointing

The property was exceptionally clean, well‑maintained, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was exactly as advertised—comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our needs. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just minutes from SeaWorld, Disney World, and Universal Studios, which made getting around incredibly convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary continental breakfast. It was fresh, well‑stocked, and offered a great variety of options to start our mornings before heading out to the parks. The staff truly made our visit memorable. Special thanks to Erin, David, Jessica, and Maryerline for their friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding service. Their warm energy and attention to detail added so much to our experience. We appreciated the easy parking, the smooth check‑in process, and the quiet, relaxed atmosphere after long days of exploring Orlando. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.
