- Nathan (10/5): A great stay in a very convenient location - Had an excellent stay at the cabins for 6 nights. They were very cozy and clean and the staff were very friendly and available. A great location if you have trip plans on the north side of the island. Close to cavendish. North Rustico is beautiful with many great restaurants.

- Amanda (4/5): - The owner was lovely, but the property was very dated and units quite unkept. I had to wash the dishes because of the mouse droppings found in the cupboards and did take photos to back my concerns. For the amount paid to stay it was unacceptable to have to wash the cutlery and dishes before using, and have no housing keeping for an entire week.
- Kelly (6/5): - It was a tired property, pool was closed. House was nice but bathrooms have a musty smell. Great location and nice owner. It’s for sale so it felt like work was not put into it.

- Theresa (2/5): - The property is in total disrepair. Paint is peeling on every ceiling in every room. Paint is peeling off the walls esp. in bathroom. There are no smoke detectors. The deck is rotting as is the skirting around the cottage, exterior is in dire need of paint. Ceiling fixture in bathoom is rusty, jetted tub only works by pushing a gfi switch (this is not to code, potentially dangerous). Walls were dirty, furniture in living room smelled. The entire cottage smelled of mold/mildew even with all the windows open. Microwave was rusty on interior and exterior. Electrical outlets were missing covers. We were forced to stay the first night as neither expedia or us could reach the owner. The next day he refused to refund us for the full 5 days we booked and would only give us a partial refund if we removed our google review. We have close to 30 photos documenting these issues. Even then he refused to refund our MC, stating he couldn't remember his pin to do this. He wanted us to wait another 3 hrs while he went back home to try and find his pin or take an etransfer (we don't use our phones for banking, so that was out) We had to demand cash which he was refusing until we threatened to call the police. Frankly I feel we should have been fully refunded. The pics he posts are not even close to reality, its a shame he is getting away with this.

- Sherry (6/5): - When we arrived, it was very cold in the cottage, and it didn’t warm up until late that night. Although advertised as an executive cottage, the tv was miniature and it was very small. Also, it was not waterfront, as was advertised.

I found the bed uncomfortable and there were only two pillows both very flat. The cottage is very clean enough room decor very dated and kitchen could use some more utensils such as a carrot peeler and tablespoons we had just teaspoons. Overall it was fine just a few small issues.

The location is perfect, close to Cavendish beach and national park, Anne of Green Gables heritage place, Charlottetown airport (30-minute drive), and a fresh seafood store in the harbour. The kids love the swimming pool, play set and bathtub. We love the kitchen and laundry, clean and with everything we needed. The owners are very nice people and they provided useful information and wonderful services. Thank you for giving us a relaxing family vacation!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great spot in PEI, - The staff was amazing , no hassle and friendly, very laid back like most of us Maritmers! Whatever you need they provide. The cottage was awesome , very nice with Hardwood flooring and a jetted tub. I travelled there for work , taking my gf who was along for the trip as she was on vacation. I would definitely stay there again.

- Frank (10/5): Cozy Cottage with Great Views - Owner was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. We were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom cottage at no additional charge. The cottage was homey and comfortable. We stayed for two nights. There was a hot tub in the master bedroom. The outside views were spectacular.

- Eli (10/5): A dream come true - Dreamweaver is an excellent place for family vacation! Prince Edward Island has many many cottages but this location is perfect and within distance of everything you need to have a great family vacation. The staff was excellent and services were good. - Marc (10/5): Incredibly comfortable stay - We stayed in the 3 bedroom cabin. Everything from the couches to the rugs were clean and comfortable. It's a 30 minute drive to Charlottetown and is in a very nice area. Staff was very friendly and always made sure we had suggestions of things to take part in. I will stay here any time I have the chance when in PEI.
- Tammy (10/5): Great location, close to everything - Beautiful setting with a home away from home feeling. Staff was available readily which was great. My 10 year old son loved it so much with the fire pit and pool and he chose to stay "home" instead of spending the evening at the beach lol
