- Curious26640526512 (4/5): Needs a complete renovation! - Bathroom was not clean. The fixtures are old and corroded. The shower head was old and broken. The room furnishings were old and dingy. Breakfast was extremely unappetizing. I had originally reserved room for three nights. When I checked in I informed them that I would have to check out after the second night due to some logistical issues. They refused to refund me for the third night. I have been a Hilton Honors member for years and cannot believe this. Very disappointed in this Hampton Inn?

- Teresa (5/5): I will probably not stay there again. Because I always pay for comfort and that is why I stay at Hi - The Beds were very uncomfortable. I always stay at Hilton and Marriotts for their amazing Beds and these were like laying on a Bumpy rock. The breakfast was not good at all. I felt like I was staying at a Motel 6 The facility was clean.

- davecP7546MX (2/5): Rat in the pool! - Well I have to say that the only redeeming quality of this Hotel is the breakfast. The rooms are dingy and the furniture is old and in some cases broken. They do not clean your room every day and it is hard to find help with issues. The biggest and most disgusting thing that happened was the rat swimming in the pool. When I told the manager about it he said he would send someone out in the afternoon to take care of it, this was at 9:30am. There are a lot of families staying here with children and the temperature hit 100 today so I was fairly certain that the pool would get use. I was right, a few families cam out and left due to the rat. My friend who was with me finally was able to get the rat out so when other people arrived they were non the wiser.

- Brittney (4/5): Disappointing - The breakfast and the location When I checked into my room, there was a roach crawling on the bedside table. I told the staff at the desk, showed her pictures and she switched my room. The night staff was nice about it and accommodating, but when I complained to the manager the next day he didnât seem to care and shrugged his shoulders. To add to this, the walls in the rooms had stains (both rooms) and lots of dust on the furniture in the hallways by the elevators.
- Ashley (4/5): Would not recommend - We loved that the hotel was near stores and restaurants. Walking into the lobby was a very bad smell. There was only 1 towel in the room and no toilet paper. The swimming pool was so disgusting. You couldn't even see the bottom of the pool it was dirty. It had a brown/foggy color to it. At one point we were told we couldn't use the bathroom because they were having drain issues. That was NOT ideal at all.

The front desk guy then advices us of the pool being maintenance. Also, they did not tell us they had breakfast included. I had to read it on the emailed receipt. They need to be a little more informative. These are things people need to know. The room was not very clean. Thank God I brought my Clorox spray and wipes. Wonât be staying here again.

A little awkward for her. She had to wait wait till someone got to her to pay, she is 75 years old and was uncomfortable with situation. Also, had requested seperate shower from tub due to their age, but did not happen.

Pull out bed in sofa was horriable no blanket sheet didnt fit the bed. Room had a funny smell was nothing like advertised would not recommend to anyone.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Unpleasant Stay; No Staff - Front Desk Staff either not friendly and or not present; rooms are showing lack of upkeep (i.e. toilet moving; not hot water; spider webs throughout rooms; mildew/mold growing in the bathroom; AC unit continuously running; no more firmness in the mattress; hair in the "clean bath towels". Overall unpleasant stay and would not recommend.

Since we got there until we left one of the elevators had what seemed dog dookie on the floor and was never wiped down. Breakfast area was clean, but most of the food trays were empty. We had to continuously ask the lady for them to be refilled. It seemed like they only had one employee in the whole breakfast area. She seemed annoyed when we kept asking for food and she would just say, âyou have to waitâ.

Not that clean bathroom is dirty, carpet seems old the ceiling of our room there is kind of opening access to the ceiling and itâs dirty hand prints all over. Train horns is very annoying they passed by multiple times at night and honking their horns itâs very loud.

The location of the hotel to sporting facilities in Round Rock were great. Our comforters smelled like body odor, so we requested new ones and the new ones had blood stains and didn't smell pleasant either. Bathtub was a bit dirty as well.

Excessively sticky tile in entry way, paint peeling from ceiling in bathroom. Woke up in the morning to find ants in all of our snacks. Did not stay the second night. Hotel manager refused to speak with me. Refused to provide refund for the second night. Only point of contact is an email address. Not what I expect from a Hilton property.

- Debra J (10/5): - The staff were great. Friendly and helpful. The condition of the property was above average. The beds werent pillowtops which I prefer and the tv was iffy. Besides those two things it was a good stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good place to stay, didn't break the bank - Needed a hotel close to Hutto (northeast Austin 'burb, near Round Rock) for a multi-family Thanksgiving gathering. Didn't want to break the bank. The Hampton in Hutto turned out to be a great place to stay. Comfortable beds. Coffee bar. Tasty breakfast spread. Close to 79, the toll road, shopping, and a much needed car wash.

My mom passed away and my moms funeral I knew I was going to see family I havenât seen in a long time.I knew I would be late.called that day of check in told the day person didnât get a name that I would be checkin in very late. We arrive at 2 am no one is at the front desk guest approached the front desk to and none is there I called the number that was left on a sign on the counter. That number goes straight to front desk.I called Hilton they called several times and no answer we wait 2 hrs in the lobby front desk clerk never arrived. Than we go wait outside she arrives at 5 am. She told us that we were a no show and that they sold our room. They charged me 170 they said there was nothing she could do about it. they said they were I asked her if I can use their restroom she is yes than she said please leave the property as soon as you are done. I stay at hotels all the time never have been treated like this. It was the worst feeling.to being treated that way.. I was never rude to her in any way and she was so rude to us.I was already feeling down missing my mom and to get treated like that the worst. where does this front desk lady disappear all night?

- Katlyn (5/5): We came to stay at this hotel so we can see family since we are from Chicago and it wasnât amazing but it wasnât terribl - The only thing I really liked about the property was the breakfast was very good for the adults and kids First off I was told that what I paid in full was everything that I needed to pay them once I got to property they told me I had to pay an additional $75 deposit for our room and I did we went up to our room and asked for more pillows, blankets, and an extra cot, they gave us the cot and not the extra pillows and blankets And one of my kids got a nosebleed in the bed and it took staff entire day to get the new blanket and new pillow when I had called back to see where it was, they said that they forgot and the housekeeping was gone so our bloody pillow and blanket sat in the hallway and we were still pillow less and also notice that no one seems to take care of the pool on the morning we were going to go in. We had found a dead baby bunny/chipmunk in the pool.
- Richard (4/5): - I would like to say that. Everything went perfect with my stay at this hotel but. It seems something always goes wrong, after returning to the hotel a little after midnight, we found that we were locked out of our room. The nightclerk was very helpful and explained that we were. In the wrong room, even though we had been there 2 days. It took over two hours to straighten it out while all of my items were still in the my original room. The management staff was inept at being able to actually sort out the issue and do anything for us.And just kept blaming the girl at night.Who was new even though she did nothing wrong. Stay here if you plan on having no one too complain to and a staff that doesn't know what they're doing.
