Venture19871953835 (8/5): Excellent service, clean facility with a decent gym. - Rebekah was fantastic. Se exemplified customer service. the room was comfortable and clean. The gym was also surprisingly well appointed with dumbbells and a cable machine. It's important to get the hot tub cleaned and operational again, particularly in ND in the winter. That was the only disappointment. The breakfast food was very good in some regards (Biscuits were home-made I think and the gravy wasn't simply whitish grey paste). I'd change the strawberry topping you use to something less gelatinous but the waffles were great. Lastly, the omelets are universally terrible IMO. I realize it's a matter of taste but I don't know anyone who likes those things. This is the second time I've stayed there and I will be back.

The gentleman checking us in was very friendly and polite and overall made the experience worth every penny. We had an amazing night and it so quiet in the room so it was super easy to get some much needed sleep

From coordinating room arrangements to offering flexibility and understanding when we needed it most, the manager showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and care. The kindness and attention shown were truly exceptional and will not be forgotten. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding service and would highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are quiet, breakfast starts earlier than most hotels and highway access is good. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I am in the area again. Our stay was 10 nights.

Book the room thru expedia, I had to use the ladies room really bad, as I walked in the hotel and proceeded to use the restroom, mind you, I had already entered the restroom, I was told.. NO NO NO, its out of order? It was not out of order, then it was followed with, we have no rooms available? I just told her I booked it on expedia, and there were 5 rooms left? she stated they just book rooms, expedia, when we are all full. Then I asked why I could not use the restroom, as it did not appear "broken".. She stated, well, some customers want to use this restroom and not the one in their room to do their "business" as they do not want to stink up their assigned room? anyway, she said, I guess I will give you a room that needs Maintenace? I inquired "What Maintenace issue is their"? When arriving to the room, did not see any issues?

Michael (4/5): Nice hotel, one very unfriendly desk clerk. - I have been staying here for an annual event for many years. The location is great, the facilities are perfect for my needs, and it's affordable. I requested a first floor room and I got an email confirming that my request would be accommodated. I do this because I'm a disabled Veteran and stairs and hauling things long distances aggravate my injuries. When we checked in we were given a third floor room, I asked about a first floor room and he said none were available, I showed him the email saying that my request would be met, and he said the email didn't matter. A couple days into our stay, we had filled the garbage cans, I asked the front desk clerk if we could get room service, he said "maybe", but we never did...3 nights and 4 days and we couldn't get any room service.

We had just experienced one of the worst hotel encounters I have ever had and decided to drive on to Beuhla ND to stay for the night. The night desk attendant was so helpful and genuine. Well worth the drive!

530taral (10/5): Cobblestone was a wonderful experience - We recently stayed at Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Beulah, ND, and had a wonderful experience. The room we initially checked into was clean and well-suited to our needs, especially since we were traveling with our dogs. However, due to an unexpected extended stay, we had to switch rooms. While this could have been inconvenient, the staff made the transition smooth and hassle-free. They moved us to a larger room with a kitchenette, which was incredibly helpful during our extended stay. We can't say enough about the staff, especially Candice and Rebecca. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, offering their support during a difficult time as we were in town for a sick family member. Their kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to manage, allowing us to focus on what mattered most. The hotel itself is in a great location, within walking distance to food options and a General Dollar store, which made it easy to pick up anything we needed. Cobblestone Inn & Suites has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay, and the friendly, caring staff made our time there even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Beulah, ND!

They offer a continental style breakfast starting at 5:00 am. First time staying here and when I return to the area this will be my first choice for my hotel stay.

Clean rooms, no unpleasant odors anywhere, and they have frozen pizzas for you to cook in a pizza oven if you don't want to go anywhere. Breakfast is pretty small, but it’s in a small town so it’s to be expected. For food go to the Mexican place across the street, well worth it. 8/10

Paul (2/5): Sad Experience on oolur family’s sad day - The hotel desk associate was not friendly. The tv in the room didn’t work and the bed was uncomfortable. I was there for my mother’s funeral and spent 150 on a room that wasn’t worth more than 50 dollars. So sad this happened during a tough time for our family and we booked 4 rooms there.

Not enough blankets on the bed unless you want to keep the heat turned way up. Nice thing is the room was clean. In room coffee pot did work. Breakfast did have options.

807sandieb (10/5): Clean, comfortable and good value - This was our first visit to a Cobblestone Hotel and I would recommend this property. It was clean, comfortable and well kept. The sheets and mattress were the most comfortable encountered on our trip through the Dakota's and we are very loyal to the Hilton Brand. The price paid was a good value and appreciated. My only frustration was that breakfast ended at 9am and that is very early for us when traveling on vacation. Our travel days are usually very long and we like to sleep in a little. The offerings at breakfast were limited but enough to get your day started - not a lot of healthy options but okay for 1 night. And when I mean that breakfast was over at 9am, it was OVER! The tv was shut off, the door closed and that was the end of it. They didn't start clearing things while we were there, but this made us feel very unwelcome.

With all of the hotels attempting to be eco-friendly, it's very difficult to find somewhere with decent water pressure for a good shower. This place figured it out! Probably one of, if not the BEST shower I have taken in a hotel. Even better than some luxury resorts we have visited. This place was clean, great for our one-night stay.
