Geri (8/5): Overall the stay was good personally I trust marriotts hotels to be clean and comfortable - Front desk staff was really helpful and friendly so was all the staff on site. The elevator was not working so we had to carrying luggage up to our 3rd floor room. They did offer assistance but we chose to carry them ourselves.

Kerri (3/5): Not happy - Clean, bright, new -looks great Elevator is out having to climb three flats of stairs when they asked me if I minded being on the third floor they didn’t bother to tell me that the elevators were out and after two days of traveling, and at my age, having to carry my luggage, it was a nightmare Then I go down for coffee and come back and find out that the bolt in my door is jammed on the outside, so my door will not shut The train is running right next to this place. It is very loud all night. Needless to say after two days of traveling I really needed sleep. I did not get any. I am exhausted.

Greg (7/5): Good location, quiet, comfy bed and big room. - Comfy bed location We stayed there specifically to use the pool and hot tub( we live in the area and decided to spend the night there after a meeting in town) and the pool was closed and the hot tub drained. Also, the elevator was out of order. We will stay elsewhere in Gallup in the future.

Verified traveler (10/5): Awesome to the 2nd power! - Due to heavy rain we stayed the night checked in late evening n the week desk lady helped me combine 4 registrations i had in the Bonve rewards program she said “before u leva check in with us at the desk for your member number because i will need time in the computer to combine all your points” my goodness that was above and beyond excellent service to me the next day they was a different desk person but she knew exactly what to find y card im impressed thank you management for staff training to the 2nd power!

I called the hotel and can hear the phone rings but there was no one to pick up. I waited for a long time before an agent came from wherever she was. The carpet smells like sewage. The quality of breakfast went down a lot too. I will avoid as much as I can in the future.
