Its only 9 out of 10 because of the breakfast, I found it quite poor, also the option of choosing the eggs fried, scrambled etc should be available at no extra cost, as it was in all hotels we stayed previously in Peru.

My daughter got sick and they arranged a doctor to come onsite. They could not have been more attentive and accomodating. We were sad to leave The shower needs a little updating.

Good pressure in the shower. If you like hiking it's a great starting point to Maras salt mines. The place is a bit outside of the main town but it's absolutely not a problem, you can walk there or take a tuk tuk.

El hostel es bastante grande, cuenta con un jardín amplio y las habitaciones fueron bastante cómodas. Había agua caliente, no sentimos ruido en la noche y a pesar de llegar un poco tarde nos abrieron el portón con amabilidad para ingresar nuestro vehiculo. Definitivamente nos volvemos a hospedar. Gracias todo bastante bien, no tengo quejas.

- TERESA (10/5): - We had a wonderful four days in Urubamba at Lizzy Wasi with our family (2 adults, 3 kids). This property is even more beautiful than the photos show, especially with so many gorgeous flowers blooming everywhere! So much space to explore and so peaceful and tranquil. Our kids loved the cats and alpacas too. The staff were so kind and friendly across the whole property. Our family was sick for a couple of days so we needed to recuperate, and the staff were wonderful with checking in and offering help if necessary (and the chicken soup from the restaurant is the perfect remedy!). They also helped arrange a birthday cake for our daughter's birthday and absolutely made her day with a lovely letter from the staff and a big happy birthday song at breakfast! We really appreciated the effort they went to to make her day special! The food is next level delicious - breakfast was plentiful and the fresh fruit was so yummy. Meals at the restaurant were very reasonably priced and full of nourishing veggies and herbs from Lizzy Wasi's own garden. We would highly recommend Lizzy Wasi to anyone staying in Urubamba and we'll definitely be back one day! Thank you for such a wonderful stay, our family will always have beautiful memories of it!

El dueño muy amable nos informó sobre sitios de interés en el viaje. Café delicioso del desayuno.solicite te de co a y me lo llevaron. Cargaron mis maletas. Super bien todos. Podria haber agua caliente en habitaciones o en un lugar cercano a ellas. Restaurante queda más retirado caminando y cierra por la noche ahí tienen agua caliente y te de distintos tipos. Acceso a más agua para las piezas. Era como 500 cc por mi habitacion. El jacuzzi y sauna son caros. Sale aprox 90 soles por cada persona, eso.me desanimo ya que yo elegi ese hotel por esa opción, en todos los hoteles de pago es en general ese precio x la pareja.

De 2e nacht was er om 5:45 am harde muziek vanuit het buurhuis. Ik slaap met mijn raam open en dit raam zit soort van naast een gat naar het huis van de buren. We hebben dit wel aangegeven en de 3e nacht was het heerlijk rustig.

- Roy (10/5): Amazing serene hidden gem! - This place is a hidden gem! Tucked away in a little alley it opens up to such a serene and beautiful place. Big big value for money! It is super clean and the food is incredible, one of the better ceviches we have tried! The tabulah smoked trout was amazing as well. If you are looking for a place right in the middle of sacred valley. This is your dream spot! Best thing to arrange drivers via the hotel though for best availability.

- Xiao (10/5): I will book this hotel again if I come back to Urubamba. - This was my favorite hotel of the trip. The service really impressed me. We arrived after 9 p.m., and the staff greeted us at the door. By the time we got to our room, they had already lit a bonfire for us. They also helped us arrange both pick-up from Cusco Airport and drop-off service. The breakfast was simple but plentiful, and the surroundings were beautiful. My kids had so much fun playing on the two hammocks. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

- Cg (9/5): Relaxing service oriented hotel with beautiful garden - We loved staying at Lizzy Wasi! The rooms are comfortable and there is a good breakfast. It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk into downtown Urubamba. What sets this boutique hotel apart from others are two things. First there is the beautifully kept garden: the ultimate place to relax in the sun. They have multiple areas to sit outside and two resident alpacas on site! Second, the service was top notch, and everyone was so welcoming. Inti went out of his way to organize taxis for us. The place would not be the same without him and the other staff. Highly recommended!

Kids loved jumping on the trampolines, playing with the pet cats and alpacas. The reception staff were great, especially Inti, who made us feel so at home. He even organised a small birthday cake for my son’s birthday without me even mentioning it. They were strangely stingy with fresh water. Bathroom lacked counter tops for us to place our toiletries The room was quite cold

The staff members were very helpful and friendly. We had a chance to talk with an owner "Lizzy" who is such a delightful lady, just like other staff members. I am so glad my husband found this hotel, and we had a chance to rest in this peaceful and beautiful place. I am grateful to all staff members and Lizzy for their dedication to our guests. - Assaf (8/5): Beautiful garden and hotel for a quiet stay in the sacred valley - Beautiful property. Awesome gardens. Great stuff. Very good restaurant and good massage. Fireplace in room very nice. The two floor suite for three (or four) has only a single bathroom on the 2nd floor which is inconvenient for those sleeping on the ground floor. The bathroom itself is old style and not fitting the overall hotel level. Also the hotel is off to the side from the center.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The peaceful gardens and delicious on-site meals added to the great experience. Perfectly located for exploring the Sacred Valley and nearby attractions. Highly recommended!

Bed, pillows and bedlinen really comfortable and bathroom with natural light a pleasure to use. The gardens are beautiful and well-kept, with several peaceful relaxing zones (and 2 friendly alpacas). Staff really helpful and pleasant, and Inti a mine of information. Just outside town centre (but walkable, or plenty of tuk tuks) so really quiet. Would totally recommend. -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - The staff at Lizzy Wasi are simply amazing and made our stay very comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are really nice and it is so easy to just habg out while enjoying the beautiful landscape and surroundings. Our kids enjoyed the friendly Alpaca which we visited daily. Having the breakfast available from 6.15am is a huge plus for jet lagged travelers. If I had to be very picky, would be nice to have a mini fridge or a coffee machine in the room. But seriously, great value and experience.

- Josephine (10/5): A lovely little stay in Urubamba - Lizzy Wasi is a beautiful little hotel in Urubamba - the gardens are so beautiful and the alpacas are a real treat to hang around with. The property is a short walk into the town (10 mins). We wish that we'd spent more time there and also visited Luna's Horses next door!
