• Jeremy (2/5): Very poor experience with misleading ratings - The location, near Eagle, was it really the only positive for this unit The online description was completely misleading. The unit was old, musty, poorly maintained, had not been updated in many many years, probably since purchase, certainly not the luxurious unit promised online by the ratings on Booking. Those must have applied to a different unit. The unit got a 9.0 which is absurd. Besides its location, it had absolutely no redeeming feature. it was an extremely unpleasant experience which I would not repeat under any circumstance.

• Christy (8/5): Perfect location but inside of the property could be better - appartment 6 is at perfect location, beautiful view they have lots of board games which is totally a surprise for us! they kept my 3 kids busy and away from iPad! Definitely love these games Overall, the house is way too old! Lots of appliances not worked properly, like the furnace, first floor bathroom fan, both sinks of first and second floods Way too many bugs especially spiders and spider webs inside the property. We killed at least 5 of them on the carpet. Please do something to control the bugs! First floor bed was so wobbly, very time my husband moved, I woke up!

• Wendy (9/5): Excellent quiet location with a great view! - The location to Eagle Lodge is excellent and in walking distance. The underground parking with an elevator to your floor is a huge bonus. The view was great! The beds are very comfortable. We lost power for 24 hours (Edison issue) and mgmt. was very accommodating. It was a little dated and could use some carpet repair at edges to prevent spikes from hurting your feet.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - Diane was very helpfull. Apartment was very large, beautiful and very well equiped A long way, about 50 minutes from Yosemite Taioga pass entrance. Laundry room doesn't cooperate with application, and there are not any warnings about it.

Water pressure is good. Fridge and freezer was newer than rest of items and clean. Kitchen decently stocked for use. Covered patio is nice. Snow sleds available. Condo is very dated. While they probably vacuum, hard to believe that carpet can* be clean anymore. There is even a gap between carpet and flooring in bathroom area. Shower head is too low. Main bed is uncomfortable and felt cheap. Ceiling in bathroom pretty dirty. Fan in bathroom quite old and loud.

• Tracy (5/5): Not 4 stars - 2.5 room at best in a 4 star location. - -Size - the room was large -Location - the lifts were 1/2 mile up the street -Linens - room actually had good bedding and towels -NOT ski in / ski out -NOT WORTH $339/nite - was at best a 2.5 run down time share in a nice complex -Prepaid cleaning fees and resort fees and STILL had to clean before leaving otherwise they were going to charge us $700!!!! 1/2 of the cost of the 4 day trip. - Wall to wall carpeting - in the bathroom - NEVER dried. I had to put plastic garbage bags underneath the floor towel because I soak 3 pair of socks going to the bathroom. If I wanted to rent a run down time share I would have booked an AirBnB :(

• Sandra (7/5): Spacious condo and near the slopes, but ... - The condo was closed to Eagle Lodge and lifts. The condo was spacious and well equipped. The management was helpful and responsive. We appreciated the underground parking. The beds / mattresses were uncomfortable and in need of replacement, especially the Sofa bed was unusable. My daughter had to sleep on the couch itself because it was unbearable. The other thing that was a bit disappointing was the fact that the jacuzzi was not maintained and therefore unusable.

The hot tub views were incredible and the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. - The location to the chair lift was great! the view of the spa was incredible and the kitchen had all the utensils needed. all the firewood and fire starters were much appreciated. The snow was melting on to the roof at the bedroom window and creating a lot of dripping noise in the bedroom. found it hard to sleep. the bed also sagged in the middle.

Well maintained unit in a safe and quiet building. Ski-themed deco in the unit is really cool. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Only provided 2 pillows for our family of 3. There are no USB charging ports in the apartment.

• Amy (2/5): - This place has not been updated in 20 plus years. The photos are not what you get. This is a Clear bait and switch situation. Paid way too much money for this. Brown old Carpet in the bathrooms is unsanitary. Beds should be thrown out. May as well have slept on the ground outside. It was hot and there was only 1 fan that worked in the place for a 3 bedroom condo. I was hoping to cook while here but the kitchen was not supplied well as everything was so old, pan didn't even lay flate on the stove. When i tried to connect with someone it was useless. They avoid you and will not call you back. They clearly know this place is bad and just ignore any complaints. Please know, I understand wear and tear of a rental. This was not wear and tear, this was straight up old and uncared for and horrible that they can post newer photos and then give you a dump. Expedia shiuld dump this company or get accurate pics.

Property is on the older side; ongoing renovations on other units evidenced owners' agreement with need for upgrades. Diane at 101 Escapes, with whom we dealt, was quite responsive.

I was just disappointed because the place did not look the same to the picture we saw on Expedia, but rather, it looked outdated. We had trouble with the WiFi and asked for the technician to come out. He stated he would come back and did not return for several hours later.
• Tatiana (10/5): Great family stay skiing - Great place, good service. We are a family of three with a 2 year old. The condo is next door to chair lift, has parking and jacuzzi outside. Apartment is super cute, comfortable and was hooked up with everything we needed for a 3 day trip.

The only downside was the spa wasn't heated but other than that it was rest and we will be staying here again!
• Roni (8/5): Comfy - This was a nice roomy place to stay in with our family of four. It is outdated but kept clean. The office managers are not very friendly but they do send helpful emails. Our teenage son was excited to have such great internet access. We were there to be on the mountain so you could walk to Eagle. We left a day early so we didn't get snowed in. We received an email the next day offering half off to stay since the roads were closed which I thought was great of them. We would consider staying here again.

• Urban (10/5): Comfortable family stay - If you like the atmosphere of an outdoor mountain resort, with a chance to cook your own dinner after a week of eating out and sleeping in hotels, this place is perfect. Good starting point for a day in Yosemitee or Stanislaus too.

• Kristy (8/5): Great for a family of four - I totally agree with the 4/5 star rating I saw when booking this location. The area is top notch. Ease of checking in at off site location. Kitchen is the bomb- totally stocked with supplies to cook most any meal. Cleanliness is a must for me and this place didn't disappoint. There are movies, puzzles, games, Xbox, books, fireplace/wood and 2 spas. The only negative....we had a little difficulty figuring out the heat. We got it going but found the property management largely unconcerned when called for help.
