- William (10/5): - This is the second time we stayed at Howard. We got an upgraded room, free of charge. Going during the winter when the weather can be temperamental, it’s good that this resort has plenty to do (gym, indoor sports, cafe, spa, pool) to occupy our time.
- CHIU YU (10/5): - 四人房跟兩人房的住宿內容是一樣的，都是兩張大床，遇到的全館人員服務都很好，很值得稱讚！廁所也很貼心的有提供小孩的墊腳椅，讓小孩也能使用大人洗手台！住了兩次都有陽台，上次是一早可以看到大尖山，這次是面對鹿園，小朋友很開心！自助早餐還算中上！飯店在墾丁大街的尾端，從飯店房裡走到外街大概要五分鐘，再走到大街熱鬧處也要五至十分鐘，稍嫌一些些遠，但吃飽喝足可以散個步

- HOUTON (8/5): 福華經典館地毯釘事件 - 住經典館,我老婆直接踩到一入房浴室與房間地板接口的地毯釘。幸好沒有流血,有測試可以刺破一般紙,非常危險。釘子藏在地毯內,踩到壓下去才會有中,肉眼看不見。 浴室內放肥皂的架子有上一個房客的綁頭髮橡皮筋，上面還捲有毛髮。 經過反應馬上拿著急救箱探訪,並立即幫我們換了一間房間，服務態度良好迅速。 整體除了打掃不確實.地毯釘子以外 服務人員訓練優良、對應得體,服務到位，讓人很放鬆。 以上純是經典館發生事件,跟其餘房型無關 本人有住過豪華客房沒有此問題,豪華客房很舒適。

- Chia Ling (6/5): - 連續三年入住福華飯店，今年狀況最差，從一開始入住飯店check in，就辦了半個小時以上，攜帶長輩幼兒實在是太久了；另外一樣的房價,因年入住的房型比一年差，今年的房間其中一間房間晚上睡覺時發現房門無法上鎖（訂2間），打給房務，房務告知原本就不能上鎖（明明是故障）；再來是大廳往入口處的接駁車，以往十幾分鐘就有一班，現在改成假日才有接駁車，要走到門口就要十分鐘左右（不包含走到墾丁大街的時間），給平日要入住有攜帶小孩或長輩的人參考，我們明年也會考慮別間飯店了

- happylucky (6/5): ロケーションは良いです - 予約していた部屋が用意できなかったらしく、英語だとゆっくり話してくれないとわかりにくいのに、部屋のチェンジをしてほしいという話になった途端困った顔ですごく小さな声で他の人に聞かれないように、部屋は大きくなってベッドも３台の部屋になるけどどうだというようなことを言われ、予約した方が新しいですよねと聞くと「古いです！」と言われました。エクスペディアで予約した方が新しいと書いてあったのに・・・モヤモヤします。バスストップもすぐだし、夜市も歩いて行けるし、ロケーションは良いです！そのスタッフの怪しい小声の説明がなければ良いホテルだったと思います。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 街に10分程度でアクセスできるリゾートホテル - 非常に大きなリゾートホテルで少し安い部屋に宿泊したためか、フロントからは部屋までかなり歩きました。 ロケーションはビーチにはトンネルをくぐってすぐですし、高雄に行くバス停が目の前で便利です。レストランやホテルがたくさんある繁華街までも歩いて10分程度。夜は道端にバーやレストランがホテルの近くまでどこからともなく現れます。ご飯は困らないと思います。
