Po dotarciu nikt nie odbierał .. pukanie do okien, dzwonienie .. tak spędziłyśmy 30 min nad ranem gdzie wiało a pył sypał się do oczu... Śniadanie średnie , tj oprócz standardu włoskiego jeden tost więcej i sok. Wg nas cena podyktowana lokalizacja. Pokoje same w sobie średnie, taki hostel...

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und hatten einen Parkplatz neben der Unterkunft. Es stehen verschiedene Einrichtungen für Essen und Trinken zur Verfügung. Vom Zimmerfester aus konnten wir einen Blick auf den Ätna werfen.

Nach einem schweren tag lohnt sich lieber weiter zu fahren, da Nachbarn so stark zu hören sind, ob die sich in einem Zimmer mit dir befinden. Ebenfalls Tür die ganze zeit im Flur geklatscht. Also nicht geschlafen leider und das ist schlimm im Urlaub. Sonst war alles ok. Ach ja, dusche und Wasserhahn defekt. Wasser knallte aus alles Ecken.

- Jean-Francois (8/5): Efficace et agréable. - L'emplacement à deux pas du départ des tours sur l'Etna, le personnel très disponible, petit déjeuner bon et copieux, restaurant offrant un vaste choix à prix performant Rapport qualité prix assez moyen, mais un peu compensé par un restaurant de qualité à prix très attractifs. Le décor commence un peu à vieillir. Le principe du service du petit déjeuner au bar n'est pas optimum même si la personne est disponible et agréable.

Appartement confortable, accueil chaleureux, PDJ sous forme de buffet bien agréable , silence, parking fermé et au niveau du refuge. Pour la rando sur l'etna nous avons pris le choix No 1 proposé par le refuge donc à priori de niveau facile/moyen, malheureusement nous avons eu un guide spécial qui nous a fait passer par des chemins hors piste avec une allure soutenue à une altitude entre 2500 et 3000m. Il nous a obligé à reprendre le 4×4 pour redescendre . Pas une fois il nous a demandé de boire ou de grignoter malgré une rando prévue de 4h , des explications surtout en italien et peu en français. Décevant malgré un tarif de 95€/ personne. Les chaussures très usagées donc semelles sans crampons et blousons eux aussi très usagés. RAS

Was braucht man mehr, bevor man den Ätna besteigt? Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft – ein gelungener Start in ein besonderes Erlebnis! Länger hätte ich bleiben sollen:-)

- Julie (8/5): - Huge choice at breakfast including fresh fruit which was a bonus. You could eat as much as you wanted to. Dinner was tasty in the restaurant and staff were very pleasant. I would have liked a room with a view but they were sold out. The rooms are basic but perfectly comfortable.

- Helene (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft auf dem Ätna - Einfaches, sauberes Zimmer, erfüllt seinen vollen Zweck, da es nur zum Schlafen gebraucht wird. Wir empfehlen das Zimmer mit Frühstück zu nehmen. Das Angebot lohnt sich. Das Hauseigene Restaurant für am Abend hat ein gutes Angebot und die Qualität stimmt. Tolle Unterkunft auf dem Ätna!

L’ambiente è accogliente e ben curato, ideale per chi cerca relax in un contesto unico come quello dell’Etna. Il personale si è dimostrato sin da subito disponibile, cordiale e soprattutto pronto a intervenire e risolvere qualsiasi esigenza in tempi immediati, trasmettendo grande professionalità e attenzione verso il cliente. Nel complesso, una struttura che consiglio vivamente per qualità del servizio e atmosfera. Il soggiorno presso il Rifugio Sapienza è stato molto piacevole, tuttavia segnalo alcuni aspetti migliorabili. Le camere potrebbero essere rese più spaziose, sfruttando meglio tutti gli angoli disponibili per ottimizzare gli ambienti e aumentare il comfort generale. Inoltre, sarebbe opportuno un aggiornamento della componente tecnologica, sia per quanto riguarda i sistemi di accesso (porte) sia per gli elementi interni come le TV, al fine di rendere l’esperienza ancora più moderna e funzionale. Con questi accorgimenti, la struttura potrebbe raggiungere un livello ancora più elevato.

Colazione ottima, così come il vitto presso il ristorante pizzeria del rifugio. Assolutamente consigliato! Forse da aggiornare e rivedere qualche rifinitura delle stanze, ma poca roba.

Was also nice and warm. Restaurant was very nice and staff very friendly. Breakfast from the bar was OK (and plenty of it), but felt a bit like take away without cutlery or plates.

- AndersMP (10/5): Mountain ambience at Etna's foot - The refuge is located perfectly for day tours to Etna. Small,but comfortable rooms and excellent bathroom. Great variety for breakfast and very friendly staff. You can park free at the refuge.

- sigitas (10/5): - Siamo capitati in una tempesta di neve e vento fortissimo. Era una atmosfera molto speciale, amichevole fra gli ospiti e lo staff. Nonostante di vento fortissimo e freddo la camera invece era molto calda. Di notte dovevo ridurre il riscaldamento del radiatore. Ristorante 👌 lo consiglio vivamente. Cucina tipica dell’Etna. Anche i vini. Colazione era abbondante per tutti i gusti. Torneremo. A causa della tempesta la nostra escursione sulla cima del Etna è stata cancellata🌧️😖 Ovviamente non è colpa di nessuno 😎Torneremo.
