• Michele (7/5): Melbourne vacation - I liked the pool /spa. The view was amazing . I was on level 60 The checkin process was not easy. Oven wasn't working. No instructions for TV. The apartment in general looked a bit tired...in need of a refurbish. Apartment was very noisy.

• jessie (8/5): overall it's a very nice stay. - in city center. close to everything， amazing views from level 60. the apartment is very clean. the bed is very comfortable. so hard to adjust the temperature of the shower water. the water is either cold or hot. the tap is so sensitive. and the water pressure is not very strong.

• Alex (1/5): We could have paid less to stay in a serviced hotel 5 minutes down the road, constant issues. - The overall facilities in general, missing lights in the room, RCD power was faulty so had no power which resulted in no tv, wifi and no compensation for that! Shower had less pressure than a garden hose on trickle.

• Tania (7/5): Served our needs and a good stay overall. - The view! Good location. We weren’t informed as to the pool and gym closure. It has no “balcony” to step out onto even though balcony was advertised as a feature. We had to follow up to get check details at 11:30pm which was awkward.

• Linlin (2/5): Very bad experience. But the location and view are great. - Very noisy - feel like on an aircraft. One of the power switch was off on the second day of my stay causing the entire kitchen and living room electrical not working. Notified the manager but did not promptly fix until I left the next day.
• Sally (8/5): Amazing view, obliging host and super convenient location for access to city and transport. - Comfortable bed. Interesting experience staying so high up (60th floor). Sensational view. Good quality kitchen and laundry appliances. Location is excellent for access to airport shuttle, trains, trams and to the city. Some maintenance issues but landlord is aware. Poor water pressure and temperature control in shower.

• William (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay. - Great location near Southern Cross station and trams also in front of the building to easily get into the city. The city views from the room are spectacular at night! Would of liked a few more towels to be offered during the stay so I can use one for pool activities within the building. If you are looking to swim bring a spare towel. Although there is a washing machine we didn't have time to do washing. There was a bit of an issue with the shower going from hot to cold and vice versa which had to be manually adjusted from the boiler. Once sorted that out the shower was decent.
