Odette, la responsable del alojamiento, fue una persona atenta a nuestras necesidades. El baño es algo chico. Equipar la habitación con algunas vajillas (vasos, platos y cubiertos) hubiera sido de mucha utilidad, ya que contar con anafe y sin esos elementos limita su uso. También lo sería contar con lámparas en las mesas de luz.

Although out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, it was a close walk to all the action. The beds and pillows were great. The breakfast was fantastic value for money and made to order. Omelette, fresh muffins, juice and fresh cappuccino. Would stay here again if back in Florence. Also very flexible on check in and check out times, and free secure on-site parking.

La ubicación también es muy buena, zona tranquila y segura, a 20 minutos del centro. El desayuno deja bastante que desear, sobre todo por la calidad de los productos (todo muy industrial y poco apetecible). En cuanto al trato, no nos pareció muy profesional; por ejemplo, se despidió de nosotros mientras hablaba por teléfono con una amiga. Nos dio la sensación de que, en cuanto dejas de ser cliente, el trato cambia bastante, lo cual resulta un poco chocante.

• Roger (10/5): Perfekt - Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in Florenz. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin sympathisch und freundlich. Die Lage war ebenso top, in knapp 20 Minuten waren wir zu Fuss im Zentrum. (Strassenbahn gleich in der Nähe wäre die Alternative). Top auch ein Parkplatz im Innenhof. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

• omladinacm (10/5): Great place to stay for tourists visiting Florence. - Location is great for sightseeing, tram line is nearby but also 20 minute walk from city centre. There is also private parking available, which is a great thing if you are planning on coming with car. Breakfast is also available for 10€. It's also outside of ZTL zone so you don't have to worry about that if you are coming by car.

Pas de petit déjeuner le lendemain matin car nous ne savions pas qu’il fallait le réserver la veille. Heureusement qu’il nous a été proposé un café gentiment par Odette le temps de trouver un espace restauration… un peu loin à pieds. Heureusement nous aimons marcher. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner le lendemain mais décevant (fromage en plaque, pain de mie blanc, pas de pain ni viennoiseries, pas de salade de fruit, pas de confiture,…). On est certainement mal habitué les français :) Douche très petite pour les hommes

It is a quite neighborhood and conveniently located. close 5 minutes walk to tram and about 25 minutes to the center. Car parking availability was definitely a plus for us Not much to be said

• Weidong (10/5): - Great location, easy walk to centre in 20 minutes, most important is there are free parking offered as in Florence could cost you parking ticket €20 per night even more. The staff so friendly and get all helps you need.

• Simone (10/5): - Abbiamo pernottato per una notte in una struttura veramente fantastica in zona tranquilla, silenziosa e sicura. E' situato al ridosso del centro storico di Firenze in una dimora nobiliare su due livelli con soffitti alti. L'intero edificio, odorava di pulito. La camera ben arredata con un'ottimo letto king size. Completa il tutto la sig.ra Odette che svolge ottimamente gli onori di casa con verve, simpatia, accoglienza e molta professionalità. La posizione era abbastanza facile da trovare, ed era pure facile entrare/uscire dalla città tramite una fermata del tram a breve distanza. Per chi vaiggia in auto, direi OTTIMO il parcheggio interno compreso nel prezzo!! Consigliamo a tutti perchè questa struttura soddisfa qualsiasi vostra esigenza.
• Upscaletimer (10/5): Lovely room a short walk into Florence in a safe and convenient area. - Our room was in the annex which could have been a converted garage. But no problem with that as the inside was clean, comfortable and cozy. We were offered breakfast for 10 euros per person which we did one morning. It was served in the main building and was very nice. The location was good, maybe a 20 minute walk into Florence. There was a tram around the corner which we didn't need to use. It was great to have parking on the premises. I would recommend this property. Nothing, but a warning about the shower because it was a bit slippery.

• Jamie (10/5): Charming property, great location and wonderful host! - This property was wonderful! The location is close to a stop on the tram, which made it very easy to get to. The Host was amazing. So kind and helpful! Loved the breakfast in the morning. It does cost extra so keep that in mind, but it was so much easier than going into the city to find food. The instructions to check in and out were super easy. You do have the option to leave your bags with the host after check out if you want to explore the city more. The room is quiet, clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well! The view from the room was beautiful with a small little deck. We LOVED everything about this property. So charming! We would come here again and highly recommend it to others! Everything was great! There wasn't anything we didn't like.
