• Botting (4/5): Pretty grotty, spend a little more for somewhere better - Pretty good location to food vendors, massages etc A lot of marajuana smoking at the poolside despite kids swimming near by. Prostitute and customer shagging in the car park, very loud at night (people yelling and screaming), rooms were quite rundown although not overly unclean. Tv didn’t work. Glad we were only here 1 night.

• Yuliana Andrea (8/5): Relajante - La ubicacion esta excelente cerca de muchos restaurantes , sitios para cambiar dinero , cajeros y agencias para adquirir diferentes tours y un centro comercial con muchas actividades para explorar. Todos los dias hacian aseo eso fue fantastico y el personal siempre muy amable . No es malo solo una sugerencia podria ser que no tiene variedad en utensilios para cocinar solo dos sartenes podrian mejorarlo para familias que como nosotros nos gusta cocinarle a nuestra hija de vez en cuando.

Bed hard as a rock...wifi reception was terrible and the system they use with pieces of paper with different codes on them was terrible. wall were stained in my room, and no changing of linen or towels for my 3 day stay. Staff at reception on check in were very rude and not helpful whatsoever...just want you to pay and move you on.

The reviews are correct and even though they acknowledge the broken and dirty conditions of the property under their review, writing “apologies”; in my recent stay (end of dec 2025) nothing has changed/ no improvements seem to have been made. Everything was dirty/soiled, the wall, curtains, couch, the chairs, bed frame. It felt gross and uncomfortable to stay there and most things are out dated or broken from the years of use. The table’s chipped, the stove was rusty. Basically everything, EVERYTHING is outdated/old and the upkeep is non-existent. For a hotel charging the price they do, they should have appropriate or usable furniture/facilities. When you walk in, it seems like a broken run down shop. The staff were very nice and I’m sure the cleaners do their best to clean. This is a management problem and they seriously need to make upgrades and replace the obviously stained couches, curtains etc. Things look like the picture but every item is absolutely disgusting and unpleasant in real life. Then there is the foul smell that comes from the washrooms and the AC. Overall had a very uncomfortable stay, not worth the money I paid. Additionally, I messaged the property and they do not respond/ help.

I don't understand why some people have put negative reviews for this hotel. This is an excellent value for money apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. You cannot expect more considering the price point. I am fully satisfied with my stay. Nothing.

Asla hamam böceği ya da başka bir böcek görmedim.. Housekeeping departmanındaki hanımefendiler daha iyisini yapamazlardı. Sadece mobilyalar eski olduğu için yapılan temizlik tam görülmüyor 7 . Katta konakladım odamla ilgilenen orta yaşlı bir hanımefendi vardı ismini bilmiyorum ama bana sanki annem oradaymış gibi hissettirdiği için, güler yüzü ve şeftakli yaklaşımları için ne kadar teşekkür etsem aZ. Mutfak gereçleri tam ve temiz. Eksiğiniz olursa resepsiypn derhal yerine getirecektir. Banyo ve tuvalet her zmaan temiz, gereçler tam. Yatak rahat Televizyonda anlayabilecrğim kanal yoktu. Hiç kullananadım. Mobilya ve mutfak gereçkeri eski.

Odeur de canalisation forte dans l’appartement. Espacés communs encombrés de matériel défectueux (climatisation) près des ascenseurs. Piscine dont le carrelage part en morceaux. Qualité du Wifi médiocre. Pas grand chose pour faire sécher les serviettes après passage à la piscine.

I don't know about the other room, but mine was perfect, on the backside of the building having the hill-side view. perfectly quiet! loved the seperate bedroom, made it extra quiet when sleeping. loved the super friendly , helpful and very polite staff. everything worked on, no single insect I discovered (very important for me) very clean definitely coming back for the next Thailand trip when Phuket happens to be included again

• Diego (3/5): Elevator key issues, hard bed. - Location is good. Need a key to go up or down in elevator, they only give you one key. If you have two people and one wants to go out the other person is stuck. The front desk will NOT give you another key even if you give them a deposit, no way. The bed is hard as a rock and you can feel all the springs.
• Brenda (7/5): Pleasant stay for a reasonable price. - Kitchenette with microwave in the 1 br unit was handy to have. Bed was Thai style (very hard), layout very peculiar with no usable power points in the kitchen for the kettle and toaster. The furniture was very worn but comfortable and the balcony was tiny without any furniture. Location was a bit far from the beach for those on foot.
