- ?? (8/5): - 호텔이라기 보다는 입구부터 너무 허스름하여, 좋지 않은 인상이었으나, 실제 내부는 공간이 넓고 쾌적한 환경으로 비교적 만족스럽게, 1박을 할 수 있었다
- ?? (2/5): - 주인도 불친절하고 방에있는 화장품은 유통기한도 다 지나있고 전체적으로 너무 지저분하고 더러워서 다시 방문하고 싶지 않네요.참고로 주차장도 넉넉하지 않습니다.

- Seungsoo (10/5): 성수기라 남아있어서 했던 숙소라 기대 안했지만 기대이상입니다 - 오래된 숙소라는걸 감안하고 갔지만 들어가자마자 쾌적해서 좋았습니다 주변에 맛집이 많아 동선도 짧아서 좋았고 숙소에서 문을 다 닫으니 주변 소리 방음도 너무 잘되어서 다음번에 또 올려고 합니다
- Hyun ki (6/5): 건물은 낡고 냄새가 났지만 객실을 깨끗하고 편백나무 욕조는 아주 훌륭했습니다. - 오래된 건물이어서 특유의 곰팡이 냄새와 시골 장 여관 같은 종업원의 응대에 처음 기분은 좋지 않았습니다. 하지만 객실은 비교적 깨끗했고 특히 편백나무 욕조의 온천수는 피곤을 씻기에 충분 했습니다. 좀더 청결하고 훌륭한 서비스를 갖춘다면 좋을듯 합니다.

- Jeong Yeon (10/5): 최고 힐링온천여행~!! - 수안보온천이 유명하지만 개인 가족탕이 마련되 있는 곳은 많이 없었는데요. 여긴 편백탕으로 개인탕이 마련되어있어서 온천물 받을때에도 향이 나네요! 사장님도 너무 친절하시구, 무엇보다도 온천물도 퀄리티가 좋습니다! 주변에는 밤에 산책할 수 있는 산책로도 있구 먹거리도 많은 편이에요!! 호텔앞에는 예쁜 강아지도 손님을 맞이해줘서 기분이 좋아집니다^~^ 가족들과 즐거운 가족여행이었습니다!!^^ 다음에도 또갈께요!!

- Verified traveler (8/5): 수안보가족나들이 - 코로나로 피폐해진 기분을되살리기위해 코로나공포를 무릅쓰고 큰용기내어 남녘땅으로 해서 수안보거치는 여행을 했습니다.수안보RI온천호텔을 일찌감치 예약을했던터라 숙소에대한신경쓰지않고 남녘여행 끝무렵에 숙소에들렀습니다. 친절,청결,주변상태(환경) 그런대로 나쁘진 않었습니다.굳이 평한다면 지방시설좋은 모텔(?) 그런느낌이었습니다.하룻밤 숙박하는데 불편한점 없었고 딴분들후기엔 음식냄새 숙소까지올라오고 시끄럽고 했다는후기를본것같지만 그런건 못느껴습니다.코로나로 투숙객이 많지않어서그런지는 몰라도..한마디로 불만없이 하룻밤을보내고 집으로향했습니다.욕실온천 좋았습니다.

- Mei Wei Jenny (8/5): - The room is big and can easily fit in 10 persons. There is a hot and water dispenser within the room, which is very convenient for the hotel guests. The hotel exterior however looked depilated and the town is quite at night. The drive towards the town is also very windy and dark at night. There is also no lift within the hotel, which means we need to carry our luggage up the floors. Having said that, the staff is very helpful and also offer to carry the luggage for us.
