- Vita (3/5): - Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the hotel itself. We traveled around all of Georgia and stayed in many different hotels, and this one was actually the most expensive — yet also the most disappointing. The hotel is in serious need of renovation. Our room had carpet flooring with stains so deeply embedded that they clearly could no longer be cleaned. The bathroom tiles were loose and worn out. The artificial leather on the bed headboard was completely peeled and torn apart, and pieces of it could even be found in the bedding. I was also surprised that neither of the TVs in the room were smart TVs — they only showed a few local channels. The room had an unpleasant smell, as if it had never been properly ventilated. The furniture was old, damaged, and heavily worn. We wanted to treat ourselves to a luxurious and relaxing night, but instead we left feeling very disappointed. After our stay, I noticed many other negative reviews as well, yet the overall hotel rating still remains very high, which is honestly confusing to me. From the outside, the hotel, its yard, and the nearby river are truly beautiful — but unfortunately, those were the only positives. Everything else was absolutely not worth the amount of money they charge for one night.

- Nebojsa (8/5): Pretty place, pretty expensive - It’s a really beautiful landscape, the architecture is astounding, the staff is professional, helpful and motivated, I really enjoyed my stay. The prices are waaay above level, and the rooms (at least the one I was in) need a make over, new carpets, maybe up to date Smart TVs and the bathroom needs more light, could hardly shave myself.

- Nurmagombetova (4/5): - Thanks to the hotel for the wonderfully chosen rooms for the family. Unfortunately, the hotel was lacking in other areas. The service was poor, the Wi-Fi was spotty. The staff was unfriendly. We had to call reception daily to address any issues that arose. Housekeeping was haphazard – sometimes they took away glasses, sometimes didn't wash them at all, sometimes they brought too many. It's completely unclear why this is so.

- Christophe (9/5): nuitée à Borjomi, le Vichy du Caucase - Hôtel idéalement situé à côté de la rivière à deux pas du parc de Borjomi. Le son de la rivière était très relaxant et nous y avons passé une nuit très reposante. Pas eu le temps malheureusement d'essayer le spa qui parrait-il propose toute une gamme de services à base de l'eau des différentes sources de la ville et des environs. La chambre était très grand du fait qu'un petit couloir lui avait été adjoint et malheureusement les deux fenêtres de ce petit couloir n'avaient pas de rideaux, il faisait donc clair dès 5h du matin dans la chambre.

- Angela (10/5): - This was my 3rd visit and was so happy to enjoy such a beautiful place. They helped me switch dates after asking many times. Christmas day they wrote saying I can change. It was a miracle. Be careful not to book wrong room. Its non refundable. But they still ended up helping me at check in. I dont like the prices. Too expensive for Georgia.

- Viet Phuong (10/5): Amazing stay! - Easily the best hotel I stayed in Georgia! The town is tucked away in the mountains and when we arrived, I was amazed by the hotel in covered beautiful lights, so charming! The decorations inside out was really well thought. The spa facilities are superbs, pool is big, multiple spa rooms. Despite the hotel is busy, we still find comfortable space. These two points really made our stay a 10 star - one that I usually do not give easily. Thank you very much Crowne!

- 185sankare (10/5): Excellent stay in the picturesque town - We stayed here during our spontaneous trip to Borjomi and Bakuriani. The room and the property exuded a relaxing vibe near the river. The amenities were adequate for a comfortable stay. The best part is its location; it’s very close to Central Park. This place will definitely be etched in our memory.

Ruoka täysin luokatonta ja laatuun nähden älyttömän kallista. Huoneessa ei toiminut ilmastointi huone oli kuumempi kuin alakerran sauna. Jouduimme pitämään ikkunaa auki koko yön josta vaimoni vilustui. Katossa oli ainoastaan yksi pieni valaisin kun vastaavasti vessassa oli kuusi samanlaista.Vessassa ei ollut yhtäkään sähköposti rasiaa. Sängyn vierestä puuttui yöpöytä jouduimme laittamaan, mm silmälasit lattialle, eikä sängyn toisella puolen ollut lukuvaloja. Kylpylän saunan lauteet notkuvat vaarallisesti ja olivat likaisia. Uimaaltaan laatoituksesta puuttui laattoja huomattavia määriä. Eivätkä hieromasuihkut toimineet ensinkään.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, the room was spacious and beautifully designed, the views, ambiance and luxurious amenities were breathtaking. Замечательный красивый отель, прекрасные номера, удобные кровати, вкусные завтраки с большим выбором блюд. Еда на обед и ужин тоже очень понравилась. Приятно, что территория отеля была огорожена и охранялась. Вокруг изумительная природа: красивые лесистые горы и река с нависающими над ней небольшими балкончиками. Приятная вечерняя разноцветная подсветка. Недалеко расположены магазинчики.

- Elena (7/5): - Очень хорошее расположение у отеля. Прямо у входа в парк и подход к канатке. Продивание в отеле дает бесплатный вход в парк. К новому году красиво украшен отель Номера очень старые, ковролин нужно менять, кругом пятна. В душе выливается вода на пол. Очень плохое обслуживание в ресторане. Ожидание блюд более 40 минут.
- Koçak (7/5): - I generally liked the hotel. It was the first staying time for this hotel. It was clear and the room was good. the man who is working on reception was smiley and so helpful. I spent 2x reservation money because of the christmast noel festival. But And normally I can reservation with breakfast only 1x money without noel day. Because of this problem I have to say it s so so expensive. 2x money that I give the hotel mot inclued breakfast and hot thermal. I should have give extra money for breakfast and hot water. I came there because of the thermal :( Compared the Europe otels expensive and not inclued anything. Neither hot water nor food. and 100 Lari for noel why I m giving this money ? I gave 2x reservation money for new year :(

- Elena (7/5): - Unfortunately, the restaurant staff was extremely unprofessional. The restaurant was almost empty; it took us about 20 minutes for a waiter to come to us. The staff mostly stood around, chatting with each other, laughing, and paying no attention to the customers.

- bln66522 (10/5): Amazing stay - Our first time in Borjomi, Heorgia, crowned plaza gave us amazing rooms and we couldn’t be happier. The ambiance, Cleanliness, Breakfast and spl the staff, everything was too good. The Location was perfect. Highly recommend hotel in Borjomi for its location!!!
- avaza1972 (8/5): - Location is great. The staff is very professional and cordial. The breakfast is quite rich. The heating was not working but it was repaired in 15 minutes. There was some smell in the room. Not sure if it is because of the cleaning product they use in the hotel.

- Anton (7/5): - We liked overall look (the building itself, lobby, restaurant area) The staff was very attentive and helpful The breakfast was fine (not exceeded our expectations though) The weakest part is condition of the room: way too dirty: spots, stains, dents everywhere - carpets, walls, desk, bed (and I was quite prepared to see it reading reviews before booking our stay, but still it was too much). I'm not sure if I ever stayed before in the room in such condition. Also the finnish sauna was like about to crash (all the wood felt like old and unstable, cracking etc). I'd also suggest to improve lighting in the bathroom as it is way too dim Although all in all the hotel made a good impression on us but 4-5* hotels can not let the rooms be in such condition

- JGR001 (10/5): Such a prettily elegant hotel in the Borjomi valley - Crowne Plaza in Borjomi is pretty impressive. The main attraction in Borjomi is the Historical Park and the Crowne Plaza key card automatically grants you free access to the park. The room they gave us was a suite. It’s is literally wall to wall floor to ceiling glass windows, two of them you could open if you wanted colder weather. The floor is wood planks. A divider separates the two areas – the see-through divider contains back to back TVs with a work desk on one side (facing the living area) and a mini bar and shelves on the other (facing the bed). On the living room side, you had the sofa and a stand lamp plus the coffee cart – but no coffee table. The bed area has a carpet on top of the wooden floor. The headboard area is cushion surrounded by dark wood, also reflected in the night tables. Unfortunately, though both had reading lamps, only one night stand had a table lamp. The T&B is five stars. It’s got a long washbasin ledge, the mirror is fog free, there are separate closeable stalls for the shower and the toilet, and the toilet has both the regular bowl as well as a bidet, which my wife really appreciated. The toiletry dispensers are branded. The whole T&B is in marble. When the elevator door opens, the elevator lobby is elegantly decorated in expensive looking furniture and décor. The breakfast area is similarly extra- impressive, with tables far apart and furnished with great taste. The food variety is impressive – first time we saw bacon in our trip! They have an egg station – but no bread toaster-warmer. There’s only one waiter – although he quickly picked up done dishes, he couldn’t-didn’t offer coffee – you served yourself. The lobby of Crowne Plaza Borjomi is very elegant. Your eyes get quickly distracted by all the décor touches on the ground floor. The building itself is elegant Swiss chalet-style in a very large area beside the river. Well done, Crowne Plaza!

- KarenInSF (10/5): Beautiful and tranquil forest setting - Loved this hotel. Peaceful and tranquil. Friendly. In a great location. Breakfast was exquisite. My room had a balcony so I could enjoy the fresh forest air. Treated myself to room service, which was so nice after nearly 2 weeks of traveling. The only complaint I had is that the room was very hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. But I slept with the balcony door open which really helped.

- Tatiana (10/5): Отличный вариант для отдыха в Боржоми - Удобные Кровать и подушки, было тихо в номере (вообще мало людей было в отеле), бассейн и сауны хорошие, завтраки замечательные, хорошее ресторанное меню, местоположение отличное, бесплатный проход в парк, бесплатные полотенца в серных банях, красивая территория Периодически в комнату с балкона залетали большие клопы и мошкара, не все работники отеля дружелюбные и отзывчивые, кожзам на мебели в номерах поистрепался, душ немного подтекал, дверь на балкон сложно открывалась

- reuven (6/5): בורגומי יפה מאוד אך לא המלון , ישן ובלוי - מיקום מעולה צמוד לנחל בכניסה לפארק מדהים , חנייה בחינם לאורחי המלון , בחור בשם טימור נחמד מאוד ושירותי ארוחת בוקר בינונית ולא טעימה , חדרים עם שטיח בלוי עם כתמים , לא מנקים את החדרים אלא אם אתה מבקש זאת , בריכה שחייה עם פסיפס חלקו שבור / חסר כואב ברגליים . מחיר לא הגיוני אל מול התמורה
