• Martijn (4/5): Nog nooit zo onveilig gevoeld in een hotel: brandalarm en insluipers! - Ligging vlakbij openbaar vervoer en bij de altstadt Brandalarm in de eerste nacht rond 3:00 en hotelpersoneel dat rond 0:20 mijn hotelkamer probeert binnen te komen bij de volgende nacht. Bij de receptie komen ze niet verder dan een gratis ontbijt (terwijl dat al bij de prijs was inbegrepen!). Geen compensatie, laat staan welgemeende excuses. Terwijl ik duidelijk had gemaakt dat ik me nog nooit zo onveilig had gevoeld in een hotel dan tijdens mijn verblijf in het Premier Inn

Teppichboden im Zimmer, für mich aus hygienischen Gründen und wegen Hausstaubmilbenallergie schon grenzwertig, aber dann auch noch so verschmutzt! Eine persönliche Erfahrung war noch dass ich 3 h nach dem Auschecken bemerkt habe, dass ich eine Bluse im Zimmer im Schrank vergessen hatte.Hab gleich eine Email an das Hotel geschrieben, allerdings sei kein Kleidungsstück im Zimmer gefunden worden?!Sehr ärgerlicher Abschluss eines schönen Kurztrips.

• Jörg (6/5): Gute Ausgangslage für einen Städtetrip - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Frühstückspersonal ist besonders freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden aber sehr eng. Die Wassertemperatur der Dusche lässt sich nicht gleichbleibend regeln. Wasser wird extrem heiß. Die Kopfkissen sind viel zu flach. Das Personal beim Check-in war sehr mürrisch und unfreundlich...man hat sich nicht willkommen gefühlt.

• Billy (8/5): Reasonably priced clean accommodation 15 mins from the main shopping areas. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out are quick and efficient. Problem with my credit card was quickly remedied. Location is quite central (15 min walk to main shopping area a little longer to the old city). It's a Premier Inn so it is what it is - reasonably priced clean accommodation without the frills and fancy service of a more luxurious hotel - perfect for my small family 2 night trip to Dusseldorf (3 of us). Nothing really - typical Premier Inn experience.

• Christoph (8/5): Zentral, Sauber, Lustig, Ruhig - Happy Hour Dinks von 17-19h um 50% reduziert. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Direkt 400m von der Bahnstation entfernt mit der Bahn kommt man in 15min echt überall hin. Das ist sehr entspannt. Personal, die eine Dame an der Rezeption war unhöflich. Bei der andern war es alles sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Der Checkin erst 26min später ging nach offizieller Checkin Zeit die angeben war.

Sind an einer zentralen Reservierung Portal rausgekommen und da hat man gesagt wir sollen es per Mail machen und wird zügig bearbeitet. Es stand es könnte bis 5 Tage dauern. Mittlerweile sind 5 Tage vergangen und noch keine Rückmeldung. Für uns wäre es wichtig gewesen gleich eine Antwort zu bekommen aber das ist anscheinend nicht möglich.Schade M. Wirth

The location is great; you can easily reach the city center on foot or by bus or tram. Additionally, the Wehrhahn S-Bahn station is very close, and the airport is nearby.

Kamer was heel klein Bed heel klein Kussen heel slecht en zeer laag Dekbed was veel te dik en warm Het kind bed was heel hard zo hard dat als je op het grond slaapt nog beter is. Airconditioning werkt niet en de installatie van de Airconditioning waren ook heel erg slecht en zeer slecht kwaliteit. Wastafel in de badkamer was zo hoog niet normaal wat je gewend bent 140 cm hoog echt belachelijk. Kamer was zo warm dat we niet konden slapen van de warmte deed ik het raam open reed de trein om de 10 minuten langs en zo heel lawaai op straat dat je überhaupt niet kan slapen. Wc pot was ook heel laag Geef ik het door aan de personeel was de personeel zeer onprofessioneel en ik vroeg voor water en ik moest zelfs de waterfles betalen en ze namen mijnen klachten niet serieus.
