- Patrick (10/5): -

Kaylee was a great breakfast host and kept the breakfast area stocked and clean.

- Carrie (8/5): Great location, nice hotel, great breakfast. Comfortable and will definitely be back.rooms. - Great location, water side was a really nice view. I loved the table and chairs out back you could use. Close to Port Huron but not downtown. When I came to check in at 5, room wasn't ready. I hadn't realized there had been a big festival downtown earlier that week. And, it was short staffed. They did call me when the room was cleaned and the manager was nice and gave me the waterside view.
Upon checking out, the desk staff was very friendly. So, they more than made up for the problem.
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- G3268EZcynthiaw (10/5): Enjoyed the stay - Clean, neat, breakfast was excellent.
Friendly staff. Pool and fitness room. Parking lot well plowed. Hoping to return when the river isn’t frozen - docks right outside the back of the hotel. View of bridge from room.

- randys670 (10/5): Driving in from Canada - The stay was awesome...my room was very clean and spacious....all the amenities of home....your breakfast was over the top very good and delicious....i had some of everything on the menu....your staff for breakfast was amazing Tenisha I believe had a lovely demeanor very helpful and happy ....she made my day enjoyable I'll return again for sure....if she's still there...lol....
- R6808CJchuckm (10/5): Good one - NICK, was extremely helpful and with an eye for small details that made my stay enjoyable. Helpful and understanding employee.
- Richard (10/5): Excellent staff - The person checking us in gave us a free upgrade as compensation for their pool being unavailable. The pool being unavailable
- kathleen (10/5): We will definitely be staying again! - Cleanliness, very friendly and conscientious staff (Thomas and breakfast buffet staff). Great location for our needs. The English muffins and breads at the breakfast buffet were hard, definitely needed fresher ones. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Great visuals for signage at the buffet and I love the “take it with you” bags!
- dougmP6230YM (10/5): Great place to stay - Excellent experience and helpful and friendly staff. It was a pleasure to converse with our hostess Tenisha. Highly recommended!
- Nomad03679171828 (10/5): 10 out of 10 - Great enthusiastic help from Tenisha. A joy to share Christmas with. The breakfast was yummy. We will definitely be back in the future.
- P255MBjackiem (10/5): What a delightful hotel!! - Our room was clean and spacious, with great heating and cooling, and light blocking shades.
I don’t know the name of the person working at the desk late night on Friday, December 12, but she was super friendly and helpful. The person running the breakfast was Tenisha; she was hard-working, everything was meticulous, and she was super friendly with a big smile.
Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had… scrambled eggs, herbed potatoes, both bacon & sausage, variety of bread items (individually wrapped!), and the coffee maker freshly grinds and brews the coffee!!
- marissamB9884VB (10/5): A+ Stay - Great, friendly staff and clean hotel. Sarah at the front desk was AMAZING and so accommodating. Will definitely be staying again.
- Q3493ZWemilyt (10/5): Great hotel, wonderful staff! - We loved Sarah at the front desk! She was so wonderful and super helpful! The hotel was so nice and we will for sure stay again!
- 586coltonh (10/5): Very pleasant stay - Great stay. Very accommodating and a decent breakfast. Been here for work a total of a month and can’t think of a single complaint
- Kraklow (9/5): - The breakfast was very nice. Lots of options, comfortable space. A great way to start the day.
- Christina (10/5): Perfect location for place to rest before traveling to Canada next day. Nice town! - Good breakfast and very kind staff NA

- Vancamp (10/5): -
- Anthony (9/5): -
- Denise (10/5): Excellent stay. - Have had some poor experiences with other hotels lately, BUT THIS ONE WAS AN EXCEPTION! It was clean, lobby, hallways and room. It smelled new/clean, which is always a plus in our books. Staff was beyond kind, professional and helpful. ABSOLUTELY would stay here again. The outside of the building is older, but that didn't matter once we were inside.
- Pamela (8/5): - The lady at the front desk was so nice and pleasant, as well as professional. The guy was rude and unfriendly.
Now for the housekeeping staff excellent, very friendly helpful.
We enjoyed our stay.
- James (10/5): - Guy at front desk was fast and helpful
- Tina (10/5): - So far it’s great
- Barbara (10/5): - Great
- John (10/5): - Breakfast was below expectations, not much food, not very good.
- Teri (10/5): - Nice as always!
- Jeanne (8/5): Good Experience ! - We got there late, check-in was quick, had great view of the boatyard, breakfast was great had plenty of options. Too bad that the ghostly looking boat yard is not in operation, what a great venue it would be. Not far from historic downtown Port Huron. Would stay here again.
- Anna (9/5): Would stay again - Room was clean, a lot of lighting in the room. Loved the black out curtains Pillows were a bit too soft for me personally but bed was comfy
- Sandra (10/5): Wonderful breakfast! - Maybe the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! A great selection of hot and cold dishes, and the warm, gooey cinnamon rolls were SO good!
- Monica (8/5): - Staff was amazing!!!! But the property needs some attention. It states that the property is non smoking and yet there were cigarette butts everywhere. I saw staff smoking while sitting on the curb by the entrance. The patio furniture had mold growing on the cushions. In the dining room the table with the upholstered bench is all stained. Great place to stay, great staff but they need to up their game
- Lorraine (10/5): - Staff friendly & accommodating.
- McIntyre (8/5): Comfortable and clean - Ease to highway Upstairs guest was loud all night
- Angelo (6/5): Nice hotel just need staff training - The hotel is nice and updated. Breakfast was great. Hotel was quiet. Staff could just use some more training as we had issues with check-in and charges to multiple cards that we are still dealing with. This kind of soured the experience.
- Kristi (6/5): - Very noisy
- Pieter (9/5): -
- Stacey (10/5): - Nice
- Pieter (9/5): -
- Jeri (10/5): - Everything was perfect for our stay. The room was extremely clean and we had an amazing view. Loved watching all of the different kinds of birds. Thankful that we had a refrigerator and a microwave in our room. The staff at the hotel were all so friendly and kind! Will definitely be back!
- Karen (10/5): -
- Karen (10/5): -
- Mary (7/5): Trap Ass - They had a good breakfast with omelettes, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, fruit pancakes to make on your own ,great coffee too. The room smelled like urine ,the carpet was dirty and stained ,we saw some pubes by the toilet also hair on the bathroom floor .The location wasn't good if you wanted to walk anywhere ,except for a gas station across the street and a sleazy bar,/restaurant nearby .Our view was a muddy river with empty boat docks. The building itself looked like a federal prison .
- Robert (10/5): - Nice
- Kimberly (8/5): - Hotel is clean, breakfast is good… however, my son and I did not get the room we booked because the hotel was overbooked. We wanted two queen beds… and instead were given an “upgraded room” with a king bed and a jacuzzi tub. I can see how that would be an upgrade in certain situations.. but not ours! The room we were given was on the first floor and close to the elevator and elevator mechanical room which was very LOUD. All night. We requested room change for the second night and even though the hotel was fully booked, they accommodated our request. Thankfully!! I highly recommend requesting a room far away from the elevator as the “ding” it makes each time it arrives at your floor is extremely loud and the elevator mechanical room on the first floor is very loud too.
- Alyssa (2/5): - We came from across state for a wedding, and was unable to check in for almost an hour past the 3pm check in time. Front desk workers (supposedly the GM?) were not accommodating, didn’t offer anything for us for not being able to check in on time and just said “sorry we were completely booked last night, it’s not our fault”. We don’t understand how that is our fault. Room wasn’t clean either. Wouldn’t recommend staying here
- Kim (9/5): Nice place to stay, with just a few hiccups. - Staff was very warm and friendly. The bed was so comfortable! Parking and location was good for my first time in Port Huron. I requested an early check-in because I would be arriving between 12:00 and 1:00. When I arrived I was told that my room would not be ready until 3:00 and I could wait in the lobby. There wasn't a do not disturb sign in my room, so I ended up with housekeeping trying to come in my room while I was in the shower. Thank goodness for the locks on the doors! Noise from the room next door made it hard to sleep.
- Marc (8/5): - Clean and modern
- Verified traveler (2/5): Hotel canceled our reservation the day of our stay - I’m not sure if my review is more of the hotel or of hotels.com and the overall experience. I booked this one night for my family when visiting Niagara Falls approximately one month in advance. We were traveling from Wisconsin to Michigan and we’re on a three hour boat trip Without Internet when the hotel called and left a message on my phone that they had been overbooked for months and we’re canceling that night stay. . There is nothing like the feeling of being stranded with children with nowhere to stay last minute. What was most upsetting is there was no offer to help us find accommodations no real expression of apology and I was told to “ have a nice day”.
- Hilda (10/5): -
- Smith (9/5): Perfect for our wants and needs - We needed a place last minute and Pirt Huron looked like a nice place to stay. The hotel, staff, room and breakfast were great. Not one complaint.
- Gabrielle (10/5): - Great free breakfast and very clean rooms
- elourine (10/5): - Comfortable room & bed. Good breakfast options. Easy drive into town
- Denise (10/5): - great
- Carrie (10/5): - Staff and hotel were nice.
- Shantal (10/5): - Everything was wonderful Nothing....
- Brian (10/5): - Everything was okay. No complaints. Nice man at check in.
- stanley (6/5): - Our room carpet had a terrible odor that did not go away during our stay. The pool and area around pool was very dirty. Area around hotel was a little scary.
- Kurt (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alberto (6/5): - Wouldn’t return to this property. At least our experience wasn’t as expected & didn’t feel safe.
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Erika (2/5): - The toilet, microwave and fridge were very dirty. I spoke with the front desk they offered no room change or upgrade. Cleaned the microwave and toilet myself with the hotels products as they didn’t even offer someone to come clean it. Very frustrating.
- Robert (8/5): - Parking
- shawn (10/5): - the floor in the shower in room 104 needs repairing. the floor has peeled up and so i didn't use the shower
- Alicia (6/5): - Hotel was clean, only 1 very busy person on the check in desk. We got a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room on the first floor which was lovely. But the blind/divider between the jacuzzi and the bedroom was missing. That meant zero privacy if using the loo, and having to keep the outer blinds down to avoid a peep show when showering or using the toilet when we needed the lights on. Not something I’d recommend
- Francois (10/5): - Customer service was off the charts great
- dee (8/5): - Nice place
- Angela (8/5): Good stay - Great staff, lovely view from our room, and good breakfast. The pool was more like a hot tub! It was way too hot in the pool and pool room.
- Judith (10/5): - Location was good for macinack race.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathleen (6/5): - Its not that the hotel was bad. Its just an older hotel and out of the way location.
- Tamara (1/5): Nooooooo rooms!! Booking should have never let me book it - We booked late at night we went to hotel 10 minutes after booking with booking confirmation and they had NO rooms!
- Cindy (10/5): Overall, great hotel and I will continue to stay when I’m in town. - Quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. I travel to Port Huron for work at least once a year and this is my 2nd time staying here. I will likely return. I wish it were pet friendly. The later you come down for breakfast, the less options you have.
- Ellen (8/5): Convenient location - Convenient at last minute change of plans Breakfast was sub par
- Valuet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emery (9/5): The room was beautiful and spacious, and the bed was the most comfortable softest bed ever which is why I always pick Ho - Clean and roomy plenty of parking The pool should open at 8am!
Not fair at 10am when we have to leave by 11am. And please put in toilets not so low to ground. Please!!
- Jc (2/5): Very disappointed, they said they woukd issue me 10,000 points, but I have not received them, Scam!! - Affordable , location A/C was broke, very noisy, no maintenance on duty, staff was not willing to solve the issue
- James M. (10/5): - Nice
- Sheppard (8/5): Very good - Location and staff
