• MohamatNor (9/5): - I am not taking any breakfast in the hotel. But convenience to find any from the nearest place Aircond chiller so near to our room and soundly bad. Maybe can be improvement in the fiture

• Iau (4/5): If you haven’t a choice this is the place near the border - Location ideal for tired travellers crossing the Border. Good food places across the street Bedsheets look very dodgy. I think they’ve been washed too many times and need replacing. Not dirty But literally worn out. Electrical fixtures broken for so long they look as if broken by design

• THANATCHA (9/5): Surely, I will back there again. - Accommodation in a great location — on a main road, close to restaurants and shopping malls, with convenient Grab and taxi services. The room was more spacious than expected, with a rather large and comfortable bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and paid great attention to detail, especially in the housekeeping. No comments

• Norlidaemi (7/5): Good - Near to UUM for my convocation. At the price of RM200, the room should have kettle. It is not convinient to go down from level 3 to the G floor to get hot water in the middle of night or early in the morning i.e. at 5am. Should upgrade this basic facility.
