- WAI YUK (8/5): 不錯的酒店 - 已多次入住，大堂職員友善有禮，適逢是新年， check-in時更送上一個2025年嘅年曆，大堂更有大桔免費給住客拿取，窩心呢。 房間整齊乾淨，浴室花灑水力稍遜。每次清理房間後，都會送上樽裝水及茶包咖啡包。電視提供多個台給住客選擇收看。 餐廳位於1樓，提供自助早餐和晚餐(晚餐只限星期一至五,星期六日及假期休息)。食物款式尚可，提供的蔬菜也多。 家新飯店鄰近花園夜市，交通也算方便。下次再來台南，也會選擇這間酒店。

- Verified traveler (4/5): 住宿心得感想分享 - 貴酒店您好，本次住宿是協助姪女預定。當天入住後就發生房間內部吹風機、電視機等等物品都是屬於壞掉等現象， 向櫃台值班人員反映後(不太能夠處理事情)，雖然換到另外一間房了，可是問題還是一模一樣，所以最後又換了一次 房間(同樣的事情都處理不好，平日房間物品的品質控管還有人員的教育訓練應該加強一下。 入住第二天依舊享用 貴酒店的早餐之後出門上班，結果整天上吐下瀉，晚上還得到醫院看病(食物中毒)， 你們整體的表現讓人心寒，本來預定3晚住宿，姪女只住了2晚就退宿了。 麻煩控管好餐廳食品的衛生品質。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 很好的住宿體驗！謝謝所有的服務人員 - 餐廳有提供素食料理，並設置明顯可見的素食區告示。地點離花園夜市走路即可抵達，附近有7-11，停車場除了地下室有，對面的馬路也有，因為行李較多又有小孩，服務人員幫忙搬行李並使用推車把行李直接送到房間。飯店有免費提供嬰幼兒的澡盆（不確定數量有多少，可能需要訂房時就先告知）。房間除了地毯跟窗簾有污漬之外，都很乾淨。所有的服務人員包含餐廳的人員都很親切，有機會還會再來！謝謝！

- HSIU YING (10/5): - 房間舒適沒話說，櫃檯跟餐廳人員服務是我見過最親切的，要不是滿房我很想南下所有天數都只住在這裡，我的小孩們也真的超愛這裡。
- 巧伶 (10/5): 服務人員優質 - 飯店人員服務態度很好，停車也很方便，離花園夜市很近，但浴室淋浴區沒有區隔，導致浴室地板超濕，比較不理想,此次入住相當愉快，大家可以參考唷
