- Connie (9/5): nice view with excellent private onsen - The room we booked was located on 3/F, the hotel was nice to arrange for a man to help carry our luggage to our room because the elevator only went to the café’s floor. There were still two stories to climb to our room. During our check-out, we have to move the luggage to the car park by ourselves. The view of our room was nice, including the view of our private onsen room. The private onsen was really nice, there was a balcony as well. The Wifi too slow, it’s impossible to use it, we usually use our own data. TV in the bedroom was incapable. They provide a simple breakfast that we were expected, it’s fine for us to start the day with simple breakfast. However, they served cold food, only the congee is hot. The food seemed cooked hours ago.
- 偉 (9/5): - 晚上的燈光以及房間的氣氛都不錯，在那麼潮濕的地點卻沒一點霉味，工作人員都十分親切，如果天候良好可以在觀景台上可以欣賞星空喝杯茶飲放鬆身心，飯店也有停車場可以使用相當便利。 住宿當天天氣濕冷，泡溫泉的區域算是半戶外，無法將鐵門拉下，導致淋浴完出來泡湯身體非常冷，另外飯店附近似乎僅有一家距離400公尺左右的便利商店及一家餐廳，建議用完餐再回飯店；飯店電梯只有到三樓，如果行李較重或是腿腳不方便的人，可能需要有人協助。

- Erasmus (8/5): Relaxing! - I liked the in-room hot spring baths, the size of the showers, and the beautiful hiking trails. The breakfast didn’t have much options. If you’re expecting a western style buffet you’ll be disappointed, but if you are used to the local breakfast style, it’s fine.

- 玲玲 (9/5): - 這次到訪剛好遇到下雨跟溫度低溫特報，帶著小孩的我們飯店給我們方便讓我們提早入房，還幫我們提早開了暖氣非常的貼心，非常感謝 房間給人一個回到家的感覺舒服 泡湯池跟廁所是分開的，還有山景可看邊泡湯邊看山景，溫泉熱水非常的大 如果說來不及買晚餐的，他們還有餐廳可預約用餐,很方便 下次再訪再來試餐廳的菜 差在五樓六樓沒電梯要爬樓梯 行李可能要精簡點才不費力

- 薇蔓 (6/5): - 早餐可以不用選購，自行解決即可。住過非常多比這間還要陽春的飯店，從未看過如此陽春的早餐，很多東西都是顧客要求才補上，還很早很多東西就沒了，在連假時期入住應該要準備更多才對，而不是一堆人拿著盤子卻沒東西可拿。可惜了！住宿及泡湯還有服務人員的感受都很不錯。

- 顏阿姆 (7/5): 一個不知道算不算好的住宿體驗 - 泡湯池夠深，水量也很大，使用起來很舒服，如果單純來烏來泡湯的，可以考慮。櫃檯小姐及早餐區的服務人員很客氣 房間內的浴廁間有蟑螂出沒、嚇到家人，只好先處理牠才能好好休息，還有，房間內的木地板可能需要維護一下了，踏在上面一直發出聲響、有點吵。早餐真的不優，難得遇到讓我看了不知從何下手的，菜色不多且熱菜區也沒保溫，所以就只好隨便吃一點，下山再解決

- Ng (7/5): Nice to soak hotspring but not as great for stayovers. - The view is great and the tub is spacious, staff are helpful and considerate to on the aircon for us before we checked in. Will be nice to have curtains at the frosted glass, else quite bright in the bedroom when the sun is up. The breakfast should provide fruits and more fresh food dishes. Too much processed and preserved dishes on the table. Also good to consider individual servings instead of two huge plates of cabbage and scrambled egg, resulting in food wastage.

- Sharon (5/5): Passable - I appreciated that the hotel helped my family get to the bus stop, a 5-minute drive away using ther own transport without charge. The room had very very thin walls. So we could hear the loud chattering and shrieks of laughter from next door, even past 10.30pm. The room was also on the 1st floor facing the main road, so traffic noises and pedestrians talking were also very loud. The check in time (6pm) and check out time (12pm) is ridiculously short!

- YEONJUN (4/5): - 방 안에서 대형 바퀴벌레가 여러마리 나왔습니다. 23개국을 여행하면서 이런 경험은 처음이었어요. TV쪽 벽, 침대 옆 벽, 침대 바로 위 천장에서 발견됐어요. 처음 한 마리 나왔을 땐 잡고 자면 될 줄 알았는데 잡고 나서 자려고 불을 끄면 계속 침대 쪽 벽이랑 천장 쪽에서 추가로 한 마리씩 나왔습니다. 천장에서 떨어질 땐 날개로 날아다니기도 했습니다. 제가 잡은 것만 총 4마리였습니다. 도무지 잘 수 없어서 환불 요청하려고 새벽에 프론트에 방문했고 일단 6층 방으로 옮겨주셨는데, 그 방은 괜찮았습니다. 건물이 달라서 그런 것 같아요. 식당있는 쪽 건물 5층, 특히 510호 방은 정말 심각했습니다. 식당이 있어서 더 그런 것 같습니다. 호텔 관계자 분들이 문제를 해결하려고 적극적으로 도와주시긴 했지만 호텔의 개선을 위해서는 더욱 엄격한 방역이 필요할 것 같습니다. 그 외에 온천 욕이랑 저녁식사, 식당 테라스에서 보는 주변 경관은 좋았어요.

- Suzanne (8/5): Simple accommodations with private bath - Having a private hot tub in the room was a great treat after a day of hiking. The rooms are clean and the staff was helpful arranging a day taxi for us. Everything is a little dated and rundown and the breakfast is ample but just passable. The walk to and from town is on a narrow road.
- Gabby (8/5): Lovely! - Lovely little bedsit. Does what it says on the tin. Quiet (no noise at night even though on the road). View of mountains - which to be honest you get anywhere in Wulai. The staff were extremely helpful and gave me a lift to the bus terminal so I didn't have to walk (and waiting until I arrived at 02.40am). Water taps to fill water near room. Water provided in room. The breakfast was lovely and the view from the breakfast room was gorgeous It's not a modern place, but more a bedsit with tired facilities - but for me, this was totally fine as it really added to the charm of the place. It depends what you're looking for

- Chih Cheng (8/5): 稍有缺點但整體值得！ - 先從缺點開始： 1. 停車部分：雖然可以了解有現場湯屋的客人，但還是會希望飯店方可以針對住客預先將位子保留起來，才不會讓住客還得去路邊找臨停（而且也因為沒有飯店車位而臨停的關係，最後停在路邊時被不明車輛擦撞到而產生輕微車損）。 2. 浴室排水管：排水管可能有堵塞，因此在洗澡時只要把水關掉就會有一股臭味，希望可以改善。 優點： 1. 房間很大，床也很舒服，能看到的山景也非常美麗！ 2. 人員服務到位且親切。 整體：瑕不掩瑜。

- SUKJONG (4/5): 별로에요.. 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. - 위치도 외졌고 카운터에서 손님응대하는게 별로 였습니다. 예약할때 결재 완료 했는데 체크인시 결재가 안됐다며 다시 결재 하려고 하고.. 확인해 보라고 몇번 얘기끝에 결재 확인했는데 미안하다는 말 한마디가 없네요.. 조식도 형편이 없어서 아침도 거의 못먹고 나왔습니다.

- Monica (8/5): 酒店較舊,較遠 - 很难找到計程車去酒店、來回老街到酒店不按標價,要200元,較 貴,而且酒店雖大卻很舊。酒店房間大、也算舒逳。
- Yu Sin (6/5): 湯屋舒適，服務親切，台式早餐 - 湯屋寬闊舒適，服務人員親切。較可惜是晚上七點後無接送服務，（櫃臺要另叫計乘車）還有早餐的部份以中式粥及醃漬品居多，重視早餐西式與喜歡鮮食的旅客可能要考慮ㄧ下。但若以泡湯之旅來說整體不錯。

- KIM (8/5): 우라이 온천 최고 였습니다. - 일단은 우라이 입구에서 약 15분정도 걸어야 합니다. 차도로 걸을 경우 계단으로 올라갈경우(가로질러서 가는길있음) 약 10분이면 올라갑니다. 개들이 풀려서 있기때문에 무섭습니다. 큰개가 많아요 짖는것은 못봤으나 -_- 미친듯이 뛰어오거나 지나가서 무섭습니다. 밑으로 약 패밀리 마트 약 5분거리에 있습니다. 온천 좋습니다. 물받는데에는 약 40분정도가 걸립니다.4명이서 잘 포개면 들어가서 즐깁니다. 좋습니다. 또한 노천욕 강변에 가면 할수 있기에 수건을 따로 챙겨서 가세요 ( 발만 담궈서 아쉬워요)
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Like most places in Wulai, the price for this place was VERY overpriced. VERY expensive for what you get. The room is basic, but you get a hot spring's bathtub big enough for 3 adults to relax in. The breakfast was listed as a continental breakfast - they had typical Taiwanese breakfast food but also served scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and coffee. The only problem is the food is cold. They don't keep it hot for you, they just put it all in metal containers without any heater and customers help themselves when they arrive for breakfast. So, when we ate breakfast, the only thing that was hot was the coffee. This being said, this hotel is much better than some others in the area. However, if you live in Taipei, or are staying in Taipei it might be better to just make a day trip of it and pay for a 1 hour hot spring in the places that offer it. You'd pay much, much less. If the price is more than NT$2500 for the current condition and service at this hotel (and other worse hotels in the area) then don't bother wasting your money.
- Verified traveler (8/5): 部屋のお風呂が最高です - 断じて高級感のあるホテルではありません。が、清潔でスタッフは親切です。送迎サービスは明記されていませんが、電話をしたらあるとのことでお願いしました。徒歩なら老街抜けてから20-25分くらいです。帰りは下りなので歩いても楽です。 部屋の半露天風呂は最高です。4人で入ってもまだ余裕があります。部屋は広くて快適です。 外は庭のようになっています。途中から客室のフロアまでエレベータがないのでベビーカーをお持ちの方は注意。そんなに長い階段ではありませんが。 食事はあまり期待できません。今回はいただいてませんが夕食に500TWDで二人分のセットがあるとのことでした。 朝食の品数は少ないです。が、最低限はあります。 フロントでビールとカップラーメンは買えるようでした。値段は普通です。あと近くにコンビニもあります。 とにかく滞在中ひたすら温泉を満喫したかったらかなりおすすめです。
