- Novella (2/5): Non mi hanno consegnato l' appartamento - Dopo aver contattato più volte il titolare del B&B mi sono presentata al campanello della casa e si è rifiutato di consegnarmi la casa prenotata e pagata a voi. Dicendomi che vi aveva comunicato che non voleva più metterlo in disponibilità per soggiorni. Dopo ore mi ha trovato una soluzione alternativa, molto meno qualificata ma il peggio è che era fuori centro di Bergamo Alta e lo staff dell' evento doveva spostarsi in auto , non avendo il pass ztl . Ogni giorno un problema. NOn è finita : dopo due notti han dovuto fare le valigie e andare per la terza notte a dormire in un altro posto. Richiedo di essere ricontattata e risarcita di tutto il danno.
- Balzar (4/5): - Istället för den utlovade lägenheten Belvedere med balkong fick vi lägenheten Loft som saknade balkong och ingen utsikt alls. Påminde mer om en källarvåning. Påtalade detta utan resultat. Enligt Expedia utlovades dessutom gratis transfer från och till flygplatsen men det gällde tydligen bara transfer ena hållet.

- Andrei (8/5): Чудесный Бергамо - Несмотря на позднее время, а было 23.30, нас встретил в аэропорту менеджер Фил и довез до аппартаментов.Они находились в старом городе на горе, откуда был виден весь Бергамо.Номер располагается в старинном здании,но все чисто и аккуратно.Идеальное место для осмотра достопримечательностей.Утром нам дали ваучеры для завтрака,если можно назвать кофе и булочку завтраком, в кафе фуникулер совсем рядом.Все довольно позитивно.
