• Karen (10/5): Great view in Florence - The view from our balcony was amazing and the evening music in the Piazza was enjoyable. Breakfast had choices for everyone and staff accommodated us when we needed early breakfast. This location, one short block from the river, was walkable from the train station and all attractions. Breakfast didn't vary from day to day. Nothing else comes to mind.

• Heike (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage. Alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war sauber. Es fehlte etwas Platz für Kleidung. Im Badezimmer leider keine Ablageflächen, wie so oft in Hotels. Frühstück war okay für Italien. Es war eine familiäre Atmosphäre.

This is our f - The location is easy walking distance to major sites, excellent restaurants, luxury shopping, and the train station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, with a selection of pastries, eggs, cereals. Late afternoon there are musical performances in the square in front of the building: opera singers, violinists, cellists, and an amazing guitar player. We liked everything about this property.

Breakfast offered good variety and coffee was available all the time. What a treat to have a Colomba at Easter breakfast! Sometimes people in the building didn't close the doors to the elevator properly, so the elevator wouldn't work. Please remind all guests that this is obligatory.

Il letto comodo nonostante fossero due singoli vicini, ma probabilmente era la stanchezza che mi ha fatto dormire o la fortuna che non ci fossero ospiti rumorosi. entrambe le sere abbiamo avuto problemi con la doccia, usciva appena tiepida. Assolutamente non ammissibile. Siamo abituati a viaggiare, a chiudere un occhio, ma la Garanzia di poter fare una doccia calda è il minimo. Abbiamo trovato un livello di pulizia scarso: peli nel bidet, fughe di silicone in bagno con la muffa sopra, piastrelle con le impronte. Colazione da dimenticare. I cornetti del giorno prima erano lì anche il giorno dopo. Le bevande da una macchinetta che più dozzinale non si può. Abbiamo dovuto fare colazione fuori tutti e due i giorni. È un posto per chi vuole un appoggio, per chi si accontenta .

• Samantha (10/5): More than what I expected. - The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean and carefully decorated. It was very tidy and the breakfast was also carefully prepared. We could leave our luggage and were always warmly welcomed. Noise could be easily heard through the doors. I was travelling with my partner for relaxation, but there were also children there (from other guests) that started running down the hallways early in the morning. This has nothing to do with the staff or the hotel rooms itself, I guess that was just parents, that did not properly educate their children.

Le camere molto pulite, luminose e ben arredate dispongono di bagno privato, minifrigo, televisione, aria condizionata, letto con doppio cuscino, piccolo tavolino per lavoro; asciugamani bianchissimi e morbidi e ciabattine di cortesia La colazione viene servita in una sala comune e tutti gli ospiti si accomodano ad un grande tavolo ovale, la macchina del caffè e il bollitore con tè e tisane restano a disposizione per tutta la giornata. Brioches, torta, panini caldi, fette di pane e tostapane, fette biscottate, uova, marmellate e miele, cereali e yogurt, formaggio e affettati: offerta ampia e di buona qualità. Personale gentilissimo e premuroso: noi siamo arrivati in treno alle 9,00 e, vista la disponibilità della stanza, ci hanno fatto subito il check in: ci avrebbero comunque tenuto i bagagli (cosa che hanno fatto anche dopo il check out) niente

Vrijwel alle musea, palazzi, en pleinen zijn op loopafstand. Het plein waaraan de accommodatie ligt is ook heel mooi en sfeervol. De ontbijtzaal heeft een mooi uitzicht en is gezellig. Het ontbijt was voldoende. Ook prettig dat de koffie 24/7 beschikbaar is. De gastvrouw is aardig en behulpzaam. Hoewel de kamer aan de straatzijde lag, was er nauwelijks straatgeluid te horen als de ramen dicht waren. Niets

Die Zimmer sind hell und neu renoviert; das Bad ist Top ausgestattet, das Frühstück sehr sehr lecker und das Personal wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Der Blick aus der Unterkunft ist richtig schön und die Lage top! Wir waren mit Baby hier und das war überhaupt kein Problem - Babybett und Stuhl vorhanden und auch frisches Obst beim Frühstück :).
