Guten Tag. Der Gastgeber ist ein wunderbarer Mensch, sehr zuverlässig und aufmerksam. Mit der Zeit denke ich, dass der Gastgeber alles tun wird, damit alle zufrieden sind.

Le petit déjeuner était en option mais parfait avec beaucoup de choix. La piscine était très bien également, j'y ai également fait quelques rencontres. Je retourne dès Novembre pour le travail
• ricardo (3/5): Muy pobre - No tenia desayuno, llegamos con 30 grados de calor, nuestra habitación estaba cerrada con el sol en la ventana, ya que no tiene AC deberían por lo menos airear la habitación antes que llegue el huésped. La habitación era malísima. Somos una pareja, la habitación tenia 3 camas individuales de distintas alturas por lo que no podíamos ni juntarlas. El olor a encierro. No tenia AC, le pregunto si tenia alguna habitación con AC para abonar la diferencia y no tiene, le pregunto si tiene un ventilador ya que hacia 30 grados y su respuesta fue rotunda. No. Ni siquiera se preocupo. Mi recomendación, no visiten este sitio excepto que te lleves un ventilador. La habitación no tiene un miserable Tv, no tenia mesita de noche ni una mesa para apoyar algo. La alcachofa tenia 200 años y tuve que acomodarla para que el agua caiga dentro de la bañera. Es una lastima porque la ubicación es excelente y el edificio es lindo con una buena piscina, servicio de bar. Pero le falta lo mínimo para una estadía agradable.

• Oleh (5/5): Passable - The hotel has a certain charm, though it feels like stepping back into the 1970s in terms of decor. The biggest downside was the lack of air conditioning - the room was very stuffy, especially at night. The shower didn't work properly either, which was a bit frustrating. That said, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The location is great - just a short walk to the sea and close to restaurants and shops. With a few improvements, this place could be much better.
• Steven (8/5): Short and sweet, suited us. - Close to town, only there for a night to sleep. Breakfast was ok, juice was watery as was the milk from the coffee machine. Clean enough and staff were friendly and helpful. If hot there wasn't any AC. Felt like an 80's room with decor but i didn't mind. Some aspects of breakfast weren't great.
• Clément (6/5): - bonjour, Nous sommes venus ici pour le Grand Prix de F1, hôtel bien placé mais dans la fleur de l’âge (datant sûrement des JO1992). Hôtel propre mais miteux. Gérant très gentil, et serviable. La clim est demander. Les chambres de 3 c’est une arnaque, il a juste rajouté un lit, on peut pas respirer la nuit. La douche a une douche pour animal, le jet est agréable dans les endroits… A refaire (la chambre) Avec plaisir. Bonne journée.

• David (2/5): You get what you pay for. Staff were helpful in sorting out a departure date change (my fault). As a single short term s - A tired old hotel in dire need of money spending on it (so sorry, but I didn’t really like anything) Rooms are small and dark. Beds had rubber sheets (see pics). Toilet didn’t flush (although they did fix this). Shower head couldn’t attach to the broken holder (until I wedged it).

Aqui es imposible dormir, la primera noche unos inquilinos a gritos y portazos ( hasta aqui no es culpa del propietario) pero que tengan otros huespedes q llamar a la policia a las 7 de la mañana para acabar con los gritos si es su culpa, el guarda de la noche para que esta?. Aparte de esto mi colchon no era digno ni de Guantanamo, de espuma deformado y clavandome una madera horizontal en el lumbar toda la noche, vamos q la segunda noche tuve q dormir en el suelo para poder dormir. Asi q pagar para dormir en el suelo...no se si vale la pena. Desayuno: madalenas embasadas y croasanes igual. Pan de molde y embutidos de tercera, eso es todo. Si eres vegano que te aproveche el pan, por q es lo unico q podras comer. Instalaciones, salvo la piscina ( un poco descuidada) pero bien. Pero vamos, leer bien todo, sin aire, sin tele y sin wifi gratuito en la habitaciones, EN 2020¡¡¡¡ flipo

• Mercier (2/5): Très déçu - Chambre sale et minuscule, patron pas causant et qui n'explique rien, hôtel pas du tout insonorisées on avait l'impression d'être dans un dortoir avec tout le monde qui parlent en même temps et très fort.seul parking pour se garer juste à côté de l'endroit où les poubelles sont vidées par les camions, lit tout petit pour 2 personnes, chasse d'eau qui tire toute seule toute la nuit, salle de bain vétuste. Prise de courant pas au norme

• Fabrizio (6/5): Buono per un week end - personale,(credo fosse il proprietario di persona), molto gentile,sempre presente la zona è un po fuori,ma si parla di una decina di minuti massimo,Calella è un paesone,si raggiunge tutto con una passeggiata a piedi,anzi a Settembre non si nota perchè più calmo,ma in alta stagione con tutti i gruppi di giovani e giovanissimi a scorazzare e fare baccano,l'essere un po fuori mano potrebbe anche essere una cosa positiva la struttura è vecchiotta, penso anni 70,e tutte le finiture e gli accessori risalgono a quel periodo muri sottili,che si sente se il vicino russa,vetri non doppi,sanitari quelli con la catenella in ferro da tirare, ecc,tutte cose che fanno la funzione che devono fare, ma adesso ci sono cose migliori. ad ogni modo per un fine settimana,ci posso anche tornare,per soggiorni di più giorni meglio orientarsi su altro

• Tony058 (2/5): Hotel of last resort - We decided to break our long car trip with a one night stay in the area. This was the only hotel that had rooms. This should have been a warning. The resort town is nice, but a bit "Blackpool", and if you don't like that sort of thing there are better areas. Car parking on the Sunday in August was not a problem. There was absolutely no parking spaces in the town, or on the roads leading to the town ! We had to pay the 10€ charge - but this left us without a car to explore so the tourist train ( great value at 1€ each ) and walking were the remaining options. Basically when the car was parked, there was no access to it until we left the following day. The hotel lift did not go to the car park, and it was locked and the owners car was parked in the entrance - seems they could not find anywhere to park either .... and we did notice traffic wardens working until after 8pm. The car park is made up of many pillars and small parking spaces - each car parking bay had its own pillar. Difficult to maneuver, and the ramp was very steep to enter and exit. Check In was fine, had to pay the local taxes on top of the booking cost, and then breakfast, and car parking - so that was an extra 20€ - making the stay about 80€ for the night. We have stayed in 5* hotels in Barcelona for les. Lift very small, room for two and a small case. Hidden behind reception. Room was hot, no air con, and worried about the balconies we kept the windows shut, and suffered. No wifi - hotel apparently does not need it. No tea / coffee facilities - but the bar downstairs was fine and reasonable prices. No tv either - prob no room in room ..... Bathroom again small, and needed a very good clean - hairs and used soap from previous guest(s) - towels reasonable but old. Told reception about state of bathroom but was just apologized, no room change or housekeeping offered. Beds had a plastic type mattress protector. Thought there would be a guest terrace on the top floor, but it was just a maze of laundry and staff rooms. Town is lovely, beach good, but crowded ( August so expected ) Breakfast seemed ok, ( we saw it being delivered by the owners wife from Lidi shopping trip ) large selection of cold foods, and warm eggs and bacon. Was very busy from 8 till 9 - left table to get some more toast, cam back and it had been cleared. Saw staff taking possibly unused butter and jam and putting back into serving area, Ugg. Never got a receipt. When we wanted to leave in the morning , were given keys to garage to retrieve car. Service seemed to stop when money had been taken. Quite possibly the worst hotel experience we have had in a long time.
• Samantha19_11 (2/5): Do Not Stay!!!!! - On arrival check in was satisfactory, stayed on the 2nd floor facing with a pool view from the balcony. Rooms have no air con, bath very small, door difficult to shut, and the water was temperamental and leaking water from toilet. Unfortunately an incident happened on the 2nd night which makes me feel that this hotel is very very unsafe, I left the balcony door slightly open for some air and in the middle of the night in my deep sleep a burglary took place right inside my room and £200 in English pound was stolen. We was explained the next morning that they managed to enter the room by climbing on the pipes outside and pulling themselves from balcony to balcony. This happened to another 2 people and the police was called. Unfortunately there was no camera and these people were never caught. This hotel is unsafe and I do not recommend it. Even though it is very local to everything and it's a shame the stay at the hotel was ruined by this incident. I wouldn't recommend eating breakfast as the reviews do mention people falling ill from the food. My family stayed at the Hotel Bon Repos a minutes walk from this hotel and can recommend there.

• anonymousb157 (2/5): Terrible Hotel - This is a terrible hotel. My child was part of a group of children on a school trip staying here. The room was dirty, smelly and cramped. The shower didn't work properly and one of the complementary soaps was already open. The food was awful and many of the children got sick on their return. The packed lunches provided consisted of stale bread and meats which ended up in the bin. The staff were rude and unfriendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Evelina2013 (2/5): Awful - We were not happy to stay in hotel Raco d'en pepe: Very old hotel, far from beach across the road (5 minutes walk). The hotel has a swimming pool - quite good. Very good value for money. Approx 250 EUR for 7 nights - half board by bus from Czech Republic. Really nice beach in Callela and very easy to go from Callela to Barcelona by train (20 minutes).
• PlainTraveller (2/5): One word-awful - Small, damp, noisy rooms with no A/C and with horrible bathrooms. Double rooms are so small that even placing a suitcase in other than upright position might be a problem. Rude and unpolite service, both at reception desk and "restaurant". Avoid!
