- James (10/5): Great place in small town. - Old like 100 year old everything but very nice and clean and the owner served me a great breakfast. It was 10 degrees outside so old buildings are naturally drafty but that didn’t bother me and was expected.

- Monalisa (10/5): A must stay Hotel whether for personal reasons or business purposes. - The legendary Hotel Garza? Oh my goodness, it’s been a dream of mine to stay here and I finally was able to. I loved everything from the moment we drove up, walked in and was in awe of how beautiful it was. Once checked in and in our room…it was cozy and quaint. This is the place to go. At breakfast (so good) we met other people who traveled there as well. So friendly! There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations.

- Phillys (9/5): the owners are lovely, the hotel is very comfortable and clear, and the breakfast is delicious. - this historic B&B is decorated with antiques and located downtown. it is very clean. the owners are very nice. there is a nice outdoor area to enjoy a glass of wine. This hotel is located very close to a railroad track. Trains loudly blow their horns (at 4:30 a.m). We enjoy the hotel so much that this does not deter us from staying here each time we are in the area because we are able to go back to sleep. People with sleeping issues might not be able to go back to sleep, so this loud noise in the VERY early morning might be a consideration.

The hotel owners were on vacation so aan named Aaron was minding the hotel. Aaron was delightfully friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is quite charming and beautifully decorated. I'd definitely stay here again.

- Efrain (6/5): Great History - Uncomfortable Stay - We love the history of The Garza Hotel, but we were not happy with our overall stay. We booked the Bordeaux Suite looking for a romantic getaway. The bed was uncomfortable and old, the shower had no water pressure and the room does not have control of it own temperature. We slept on top of the sheets with the fan going and still sweated through the night. We were simply disappointed in our stay.

- James (10/5): Great time at the Garza - Our stay was awesome! The owners spent untold riches to bring back to life the Hotel Garza, created in 1915, and they most definitely did. Everything in the hotel speaks of that time. Then after a restful sleep, we had a marvelous breakfast. After spending a few nights in those modern plastic rooms, we loved the Hotel Garza

I tried to watch Netflix using my computer and the Wi-Fi didn’t support it. The community is lacking. Upon a recommendation we ate dinner at George’s which was not very good. I don’t know if there is anywhere else to eat except fast food.

So clean, friendly, comfy, and I was greeted like I was an old friend that arrived for a visit. The bed was comfy, the bedding clean and soft. I slept better at Hotel Garza than I do when I stay at 5 star hotels! I'll drive out of my way to Post to stay there again if I am in the area, it was that good.
