• Brenda (8/5): The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating. - The staff was superb. They were efficient, helpful, and friendly. The bed was comfy. There was adequate counter space in the bathroom. The room was equipped good. The breakfast foods were not hot or even hardly warm. There should be a better way of keeping the breakfast items at appropriate temperatures. The carpeting in the stairwells was very stained and didn't look like they had been cleaned for quite a period of time.

• Mackenzie (10/5): - The staff was so friendly and super helpful. Check-in and check-out was so smooth and effortless. It is in a great location with tons of restaurant options nearby. I didn't have any issues with anything throughout my stay.

• Ricky (1/5): Awful. - Breakfast was good. The room was large. Everything else. The entire hotel smelled musty and dank. The overall quality of the room was awful. There were cracks in the walls. Drywall patches that were not covered properly. Their was 1 elevator and it took 5 to 10 minutes to call sometimes. Their were cockroaches in the room at night ( I have pictures of roaches). Overall the room was a terible value. It was 186$ for 1 room in slidell louisiana. My expectations were low because its a comfort inn in a small town but this was the worst stay I've ever had a hotel and I will avoid comfort inn and suites from this point on.

• Toni (8/5): - Need to serve bacon and eggs without bell peppers. Our ice machine was not working on the second floor. They need more soap in the bathroom. They also need more towels, washcloths, and hand towels left in the bathroom. You need to put fresh lotions also.

• Pam (8/5): Convenient location for our overnight stay on our war to the port of New Orleans - Convenient location. Comfortable stay. Breakfast provided My husband used the gym and it was not clean. Some of the equipment was not working. Lights were out. Molded food container was left in the room. No water available in gym

• Jennifer (3/5): After construction would consider staying again - Once we got to an adequate room it was great. There first room had bugs crawling around on the bedside table etc and we flipped the mattress looking for more and asked for a room change, the next room had a bug on the floor right inside the door, so then the third room was okay no bugs and was comfortable. I don’t know if the construction on the other floors is why the beetle looking things was running rampant but floor two and three was bad!! This has never been an issue here till this particular stay!! See above ^^^^^

• CPR (10/5): Good breakfast and clean rooms - We loved that the room was so clean! It smelled clean like fresh laundry. Also, there were 5 of us and the room was big enough for us. We got the queen suite so we used the sofa bed which was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was very clean as well, the water pressure though was not great. But it was not a big deal. The breakfast was great! They the usuals cereal, bread, waffle and biscuit plus sausages and omelet. I was pleasantly surprised with that. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended! None

• Robert (6/5): Screw Up - Hotels.com screwed up the reservation and had us staying in California though the hotel in Slidell had our reservation. Additionally, Hotels.com screwed up the payment because the taxes in Louisiana are different. To settle the issue that was time consuming, we paid the taxes.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a reservation of 2 rooms. We had to do late night check-in and the receptionist who qas on duty at that time was very friendly and taking care of us very well. She was guiding me in parking as all the parking lots are occupied at that time and was also suggesting some local food options and pointers around the area. Definitely a 5 star for her work in the late night. The morning breakfast was also fresh and my family, kids enjoyed.
