- Eduardo (9/5): Casa com excelente localização e condições. - A localização é muito boa, em frente ao mar, numa zona calma e com um bom restaurante e supermercado ao lado. Tem ainda uma das melhores piscinas naturais mesmo em frente. Casa muito espaçosa, completa. Sem nada a apontar.
- Sylvie (5/5): Casa simpática - Gostei da localização, da casa em si que é bastante espaçosa e da vista. O único senão desta casa é o cheiro a humidade intenso em toda a casa. É uma pena… Sugestão: colocar grelhas/ ventoinhas para arejar a casa.

- Martina (7/5): Nur wenn es draußen warm ist - Schöne Lage, nettes Gastgeschenk und sauber. Eine Steckdose im Schlafzimmer hinter dem Schrank, die „Heizung“ im Wohnbereich wärmt nichts und das Wasser wird nach langem laufen lassen auch nur warm.

- Thomas (7/5): - Super Lage, direkt am Naturpool am Meer. Nur leider etwas sehr außerhalb, ohne Auswahl an Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Aber sehr schön ruhig gelegen.
- Simone (10/5): Gelungener Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder - Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett. Für die Sonnenliege gab es keine Auflage.

Proximity to nature Old fashioned, many utilities were old and overused, clothe hanger was broken, it was difficult to open the front doors because the locks were blocked and you needed to push the door every time you wanted to get it unlocked. Kitchen was very scarce provided. The walls needed fresh painting it had moisture damage on the sealing and in the main bed room.
- Bethany (7/5): A clean, charming, efficient house with lovely sea views. - The house is charming looking inside and out, with a nice and adequately equipped kitchen, and a pretty eating and sitting area. The property has a laundry washing machine and the racks for drying clothes. The bathroom has enough counter space, a hairdryer, and a roomy shower. The twin bedroom was spartan but adequate, with an outlet for phone charging. There is an extra blanket if needed. The upstairs room was very pretty indeed and spacious, with a lovely balcony looking out on the sea and comfortably fitted with seating. The host was responsive and kept excellent communication. Check in and checkout were easy. The twin bedroom would benefit from having a bin in the room for incidental trash and rubbish. The upstairs room lacked a bin for rubbish had no outlet for phone charging. I chose not to sleep in the prettier, nicer upstairs bedroom because one of the stair treads was wobbly and I felt uncomfortable going up and down to the bathroom. The bathroom floor got very slippery and needed more bath mats, and the toilet seat felt loose. The map never had the correct directions to get to the house, but the host was great about answering the phone and patiently explained how to get to the right place.

- Rand (2/5): The odor made us sick! The neighbor was wonderful. both him and his wife. - One thing I appreciated was when the electricity went out, a neighbor came to assist us. Additionally, we sent an email, and a young lady from the company stopped by. She was very pleasant and wanted to help us as best she could, even bringing us some towels. I really liked her kind demeanor. However, we were very disappointed with the property overall. It looked pleasant when we booked it months in advance, but upon arrival, we couldn't get in because the lockbox was jammed. A neighbor helped us as much as possible, and after calling the owners, they finally got the key out of the lockbox. When we entered the unit, we were hit by a rank odor—the worst smell I had ever encountered. Yet, they had the fireplace on to heat the unit, and it looked like someone had attempted to clean the property. Since they knew we were coming, they should have had a dehumidifier on. The wall was covered in what I would consider water; it was black because the cement was so wet. The smell was unbearable. We stayed for about three weeks and the odor decreased, but it was still there. I cannot give this property a positive rating because we had to endure that smell the entire time we were there. We now know this area of the island is very humid during this season. I would advise - When you know a client is coming, you have more than enough time to get the smell out of the property; a constant dehumidifier should be running. The summer months should not have the same problem. The person that opens up the property for your guess should make sure all points are checked, Look, smell and cleanliness.
- Lukas (8/5): - Grundsätzlich hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Wir haben die Waschmaschine benutzt, welche etwas kompliziert zu bedienen war → Eventuell hinterlegt man dort mal eine Anleitung. Ausserdem konnte man den Duschkopf nicht richtig befestigen.

- April (8/5): - This unit is not in Sao Roque. It is 20 minutes away. It was very difficult to find the unit. It is a nice house in a beautiful little remote village. Has an amazing view and is very close to the local natural pool. The restaurant served great food but does close early.

- Ludvik (10/5): - Good location, easy to find, efficient communication with the property, clean and well equipped bedroom, very well equipped kitchen with a large dining table. 10 minutes by car from the airport and 10 minutes from the ferry. Warmly recommended.
- Sebastian (9/5): A perfect entry into our Azores family vacation. - Cosy little house with a nice terrace, aircon and an outdoor shower we absolutely loved! Very nice location with an incredible natural pool and a nice tapas bar just a few steps away! Nothing!
- Carol Lynn (10/5): - Wonderful spot overlooking the ocean in the peaceful little town of Prainha. Very clean, great deck off the master bedroom with views of the ocean and bbq area in the back. Helpful staff even left a welcome gift. Only improvement could have been a little better equipped kitchen.
