Rock (8/5): Hotel yang bersih dan selesa untuk menginap di pekan Butterworth. Dekat dengan Penang Sentral. - 1. Lokasi terletak di tengah pekan Butterwoth ( lebih kurang 2km dari KTMB Butterworth / Penang Sentral ) 2. Bilik hotel luas dan selesa. Ada disediakan cerek elektrik , kopi 3 in 1 serta 2 botol air mineral di dalam bilik. 3. Kemudahan private parking untuk tetamu yang menginap di hotel ini disediakan untuk yang bawa kenderaan sendiri. 4. Kepada penggemar nasi kandar hotel ini berdekatan dengan Nasi Kandar Pokok Ketapang ( Jamal Mohamed ). Hanya lintas jalan di seberang jalan sahaja. 5. Berdekatan dengan Padang Butterworth. 6. Kedai Mee Goreng Pokok Cherry juga dekat jalan kaki dalam 200 meter sahaja. 1. Penghawa dingin kurang sejuk. Perlu di servis 2. Toilet yang agak sempit. 3. Bilik kurang kalis bunyi. Boleh dengar suara bising dari bilik sebelah.

Traffic noises and the chanting from the temple just beside the hotel comes straight into the room as if the window was open. Also, staff does not seem to be sure on the "newly imposed" tourism tax imposed by the government. I only realized i paid for it twice after i checked the invoice - once in expedia, and once by cash at check in.

Hotel is at main road side, very noisy, can't sleep well. Room is very bad in condition,totally different from the photos published. Toilet is without door! Worst hotel I ever experience..

Simon (8/5): Met my needs for one night. - Room was small but satisfactory and nicely designed for the space. Quite a modern flavour for a budget offering. Easily accessible by lift or stairs. TV had terrible reception. Guy at reception wasn't the best at service. Not a great location, not really near anything or food or entertainment. Unless you like Bollywood films across the road.
