• Peter (8/5): Ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit herrlichen Blicken und Touren rund um den Thuner See. - Das Zimmer war ohne Whirlpool, deshalb ausreichend groß. Die oberen Stockwerke waren auch per Lift errreichbar. Der Blick vom Balkon war phantastisch, da das Hotel direkt am See steht. Der Parkplatz für Hotelgäste war etwa 150 m entfernt mit einer Schranke gesichert. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 50 m vom Hotel. Im Hotelpreis inbegriffen war eine Panoramacard für kostengreie Busnutzung u.a. nach Spiez und Thun. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gediegen und teilweise regional. Man konnte bei gutem Wetter schön im Freien auf der Terasse frühstücken. Die Rezeptionistinnen waren überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. In Faulensee gibt es einen öffentlichen Badestrand mit Liegewiese, Imbiss-Kiosk, Toiletten und Umkleidekabinen. Das Bad hätte etwas größer sein können.

Номер був замовлений для 2 дорослих і 2 дітей(2 кімнати),а виявилось,що одна манюня кімната для 2 дорослих.Брали номер з балконом з видом на озеро і гори,а виявилось на дорогу(Був заявлений басейн критий і відкритий,але він не функціонував(вода близько 20 градусів).Але після серйозної розмови з керівництвом готеля все вирішили і дали додатковий гарний номер із джакузі)

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind lieblos hergerichtet. Die Duschartikel sind ebenfalls sehr begrenzt und für dem Preis nicht angemessen.

• Serge (4/5): Séjour très très decevant - Hôtel viellions, propreté moyenne (vitres donnant sur le lac très sales) parking exiguë et surtout, à éviter, restaurant hors de prix pour la qualité proposée (2 mauvais hamburgers et 2 verres de vins pour 99€). Machine à café dans la chambre mais sans capsules qu’il faut acheté à 1Chf l’unité, c’est de la mesquinerie au vue du prix de la chambre, et aucune tasse dans la chambre.

• Gabriel (10/5): Auszeit für 2 Nächte am Thunersee - Die Lage ist hervorragend, da kann man suchen..... Hotelempfang und Service durchgehend sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer und Bad sauber. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch man bemüht sich mit der Pflege. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht einfach phenomenal und die Bestuhlung bequem und im Schuss. Das Frühstück ist königlich, reichlich vielseitig, mit vielen frischen Früchten aber sicherlich mehr als eine 3 plus Bewertung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mit gratis Parking und Schwimmgelegenheit ein tolles Erlebnis.

Poor lack of facilities and pool area looks like a death trap or bacteri - Great location for views of the lake if you get a lakeside room. Otherwise, not a right lot to do in Faulensee. Very basic rooms. Coffee machine provided but had to pay extra for some coffee pods, which for £200 I think is absolutely terrible. We left early before check out so we could go and get some fresh coffee without paying a fortune in the restaurant area. There was no fridge in the room, and the pillows were so flat once you put your head on them. There was no sofa/lounge area in the hotel, it was all dining table and chairs which are not comfy to sit at after a day of driving. The pool/spa area was so dated and run down. It was very scruffy looking, and felt like it was down a back set of dilapidated stairs into a disused part of the hotel.

• Dirk (8/5): Een rustig hotel op een geweldige locatie - De top locatie, onmiddellijk aan het Turn-meer met prachtige uitzicht vanuit je kamer op de omgeving. Met mooi weer buiten ontbijten is heerlijk ook omdat het ontbijtbuffet zeer uitgebreid is. Gewoon genieten. De kamers zijn zijn eenvoudig, maar de badkamer was wel al vernieuwd. Geen stopcontact in badkamer.

Es gibt einen sehr schönen Wanderweg von Spiez, immer direkt am Wasser entlang, der praktisch direkt in dem Hotel mündet (ca. 30 min) und man kommt auch an ein paar sehr schönen Bänken vorbei, zum Rasten, geniessen und Brotzeit machen 😃 die Duschhalterung war zu schwach, so dass der Duschkopf immer nach unten gesunken ist…

• Géraldine (7/5): Lage und Aussicht war toll, auch die Nähe zum Uferweg war schön, aber insgesamt passte der Preis bei weitem nicht zu dem - Top Lage, Aussicht vom Balkon, Matratzen, Pool Essen, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - ja Schweiz ist teuer, aber normalerweise bekommt man dann auch etwas dafür. Im Zimmer gab es eine Nespressomaschine, wenn man aber einen Café machen wollte, muss man vier Franken (circa fünf Euro) extra bezahlen für eine Kapsel plus die Tasse. Oder nur eine Kapsel für einen Franken kaufen. Finde ich bei einem Zimmerpreis von fast 240 € für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück übertrieben. Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine Mischung aus alt, zum Beispiel Fensterfronten, auch teilweise im Poolbereich und renoviert. Zum Beispiel die Bäder. Auch die Einrichtung war neuer. Ein direkter Zugang zum See besteht dort nicht obwohl das im Internet auftritt so wirkt. Es ist direkt der kleine Hafen vor der Tür ein paar Meter weiter der Anleger für die Personenschiffahrt auf dem See. Dort ist baden eher ungünstig. Der Außenbereich des Pools geht direkt auf einen Parkplatz beziehungsweise Richtung Restaurant Terrasse. Im Restaurant war auch das Essen sehr hochpreisig, ein bestellter Burger für 33 Fr. mit Beilage circa 36 € bestand aus einem Ciabatta Brötchen und einer Frikadelle. Auf meine Rückfrage, dass das kein Burger-Paddy sei, und auch nicht nach Burger, Schmecker, habe ich dann eine eher schnittige Antwort bekommen, dass ich sonst noch keiner beschwert hätte. Auch wüsste man nicht, was eine Frikadelle sei.

• Renée (7/5): - Das Hotel liegt wunderschön, direkt am See! Leckeres Frühstück! Nettes Personal! Ich habe wohl ein selten benutztes Zimmer erwischt. Es roch recht eigenartig. Irgendwie muffig. Konnte mich nicht lange darin aufhalten, schlafen naja. Schade, bei dem Preis.
• Myrtle (10/5): - Excellent facility. Wish coffee in room would be free!
• Mamta (10/5): - Hotel was nice , clean, old style , easy accessibility to bus and train. Good location and view. Only didn’t have Air conditioner so was hot at night. But they gave us 2 fans and it kept the room cool
• Sandra (8/5): Nice short stay - Location and view were excellent. Nice plus point was that the hotel had a cozy pool. They forgot towels for the second person. As it was only for one night, we let the receptionist know afterwards.
• Vivian (7/5): Wunderschöne Lage, freundliches Personal, Hotel aber in die Jahre gekommen (Geruch, Hellhörigkeit) - Die Lage direkt am See, man hört das Wasser. Freundliches Personal und das Restaurant war sehr gut. Im Badezimmer riecht es nach dem Duschen noch die ganze Nacht nach Kanalisation. Es gibt keine richtigen Verdunkelungsvorhänge, die Sonne scheint morgens rein.
• Beat (6/5): Super Lage direkt am See. - Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hotels sind sehr gut. Auch das Essen und die Weinkarte mit lokalen Gewächsen sind ansprechend. Das Personal lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig, was Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse betrifft.
