We highly recommend that hotel because of amazing service, Animations, food and atractions here. Everybody here is really helpfull hardworking and very polite and nice. We will definetley come back here for the amazing animations, i cant even imagine the hard work animation team has put in that, also the food was just great the varity of meals you could choose was really good for people who doesnt like some things. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily, the cleaners even left animals made from towels. There were just so many atractions like aquapark, beach pool, zumba, aqua aerobic, pilates etc. I also love that you couldve gone to other grifid hotel restaurant and eat here. Privet hotel beach were really clean and you could always find some free sunbed and umbrella beach bar that served amazing drinks was a big plus for that hotel. We had our best 2 weeks of life here but still coming back to the animation team, that crew is just amazing loves kids and people the work they put in our days is just unbelievable night shows were great that was really hard work for them and we appreciate that great time they gave us. We will definitely come back to that hotel with a big recommendation.

• dianakM3686MW (10/5): Review of the hotel - Our stay in Vistamar was incredible because of the amazing animators that did great job. They were always smiling and energetic. Lili and Soriane did wonderful job in the Mini Club with the kids. Johan and Stefi were always smiling and funny around us. Matteo and Semba were so great in leading the games. We also enjoyed the animation shows so much. Everyone were so energetic and everytime in a great mood.

The restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious, the fish have been a Little bit overcooked lately though, but not a big deal. A great shoutout to the animation team which makes a very good job and are on spot from morning to late in the evening. Thank you to semba, johan, soriane, Lili and matteo. We will come back for sure !!

Unlike many places where boredom can set in quickly, this resort offered a fantastic array of activities that kept each day fresh and exciting. With a variety of à la carte restaurants to choose from each night, several inviting swimming pools, and beach bars serving fantastic food, there was never a dull moment. A huge shoutout to the incredible animation team: Matteo, Johan, Soriane, Lili, and Semba! Your energy and enthusiasm made my stay truly special, and I can't wait to return and see you all again!
• youssefj957 (10/5): Amazing facility with tons of activities to do! - It was really one of the best experiences you can have in all-inclusive hotels. Usually in these kinds of facilities you can get bored after a couple of days but due to the number of activities available, everyday felt different. A la carte restaurants each evening, multiple swimming pools, beach bars and food everywhere available and especially a great animation program. Big shout to the animation team Matteo, Johan, Soriane, Lili and Semba ! You made you holiday so pleasant and hope to see you soon.
• SMMP (10/5): Awesome holidays - It was a great experience. The hotel is very cozy and modern at the same time, everyone is super nice and thoughtfull and the view is amazing, especially from the top floors. Literally 10 meters from the beach! Special thanks to the guest relations team, Kristina and Zoya, Ioana from the reception, they helped set a few suprises for my wife, thank you so much. And last but not least, the animation team, thank you Johan, Soriane and Mateo.

Sorian, Johan, Matteo and Simba were great, they had a nice spirit and were funny and we enjoyed doing the activities with them. The rooms were very nice and modern, very clean. The blankets were a little small for me. The food was nice and fresh with a lot of variety and healthy options. The restaurants looked very nice and clean and all the staff were very friendly, helpful and respectful. We had a great time and will surely come back!

• alinae317 (6/5): Average hotel but you pay too much for what you get. - Nice outdoor therases and coffee shop, food was average but we got a family room that was not as any of the pictures we saw on their site or on other sites. They asked us to pay for the bath robes. Even though we had coffee machine in the room, they didn't provide the capsules, even after we requested. The SPA center was very dissapointing - jacuzzi not working, indoor pool small and the smell of chlorine was so strong. You don't have access to the infinity pool unless you have concept rooms. Cleaning was an issue in the rooms and also at the pool. Our bathroom had signs of rust and dirt and a very bad smell.

I really liked doing Pilates with her. She is a big proffesional with a personal approach to people. I remember her from 2021 and still enjoy her company!

The special thanks to Sofi. It was pleasure to spend time with you. I've never done gymnastics on my holiday. This time was another. Yoga, aqua aerobics and pilates was cool. The animation at 21 was very funny. Room service and kitchen service was in good quality. Thanks a lot for my stay.
• Wildcherry1111 (10/5): Extra star for the animations team ⭐️ - As a family we have been to many all inclusive hotels and although vistamar offers everything you would expect from an all inclusive, in terms of food selection, entertainment etc what sets this hotel apart from other places we have been is the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and everywhere was super clean. We give a huge praise for the animations team who by far made our holiday the best. They are friendly, caring, kind, funny and extremely talented at what they do. Steffi made the sports/fitness program so much fun, I’ve never exercised so much on holiday ☺️ 🙌🏼 she didn’t just make us copy what she was doing but gave us directions, corrections for the positions in yoga and encouragement. She was also very empathetic and expressed to us to listen to our bodies and do what we could or modified her program to suit our abilities. An extra special thank you to Steffi and the other animation team members ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for them. Fantastic location on the Golden sand strip and plenty to explore outside of the hotel too.
• 908nikolak (10/5): Perfect holiday - We have been many times in Grifid Hotels (Metropol, Encanto and Marea) but it was our first visit in Grifid Vistamar hotel. I can not express our satisfaction being concept guests (16+). Hotel is clean and well furnished (as all Grifid properties). The staff is amazingly polite and helpful. The concept board is worth every single cent - executive access to the area at the top - infinity pool, food court and bar a-la-carte service - just tranquility and special feeling. Dine around program gave us opportunity to have diner every evening at different restaurants in several Grifid hotels - no boredom at all - fish, rodisio, fusion, Italian, Asian...The main restaurant could be lighter inside but this is quite personal opinion. The food is tasty, the drinks in the bars (soft and alchoholic) are of high quality. The concept guests have access to adults only beach (16+) which is as an island of calmness comparing to the rest of the area. Suggestion for improvement - could be good if the tent over the top restaurant does not allow the sun to shine when having lunch. Thank you Grifid for being our host for 10-th time. We will see you again definitely!

Alles komplett neu mit ganz toll eingerichteten Zimmern. Personal freundlich und bemüht. Ich kann jedem, der an den Goldstrand fährt, dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
• Francis (8/5): - Like: Everything was ok. I want to mention the professionalism of Dorothea, the hotel Reception Supervisor and Svetla in charge with Guest Relations. The two guys from the Grifid Barista Coffe Shop are really good at what they are doing as well. Did not like: dinning room rules, regarding men having to wear long trousers for dinner. Very short lunch time 12:30 - 14:00. The hotel's private beach is small. Compared to the number of rooms of the hotel, the necessary number of sunbeds is not even close. In top of that, there are people there who are not Grifid quest. Nobody cares.The beach management is inexistent.

Es wäre fein, wenn man zum Omelette braten eine zweite Person zuziehen könnte und die Speisen öfter nachfüllen würde. Ein bisschen weniger "Ballermann" würde den Aufenthalt noch erholsamer machen.
