Rooms are warm as you have a heater in the room when the evenings are chilly. Bed was really comfy and the room was really clean and cleaned daily. Great location too.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped, the location & surroundings are tranquil and the decor is beautiful. The staff are wonderful - very helpful and friendly. And the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. I especially appreciated how silent the room was, so it was perfect for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend this place, and would 100% stay here again 🙏🏽❤️ Everything was great!

• Maira (8/5): Hotel bem localizado - O hotel é bem localizado, fica próximo a restaurantes e a praça principal. Há sempre chá de coca e muña disponível para os hóspedes. O fato de disponibilizar transporte ao aeroporto é um bônus positivo. O café da manhã é simples, eles fazem ovos na hora porém não divulgam, só descobrimos no terceiro dia de viagem, após observar os hóspedes peruanos pedindo.

The rooms were well appointed and great value. The double bed we had was ok, but every time one person moved the whole bed rock & rolled. Everything else was great.

We really appreciated 3 nights of quietness after 5 other hotels in Peru which have driven us a bit mad due to the constant noise. Small plumbing issues in the bathroom.

We greatly appreciated the 24/7 tea in the lobby! The water temperature and pressure greatly varied in the shower, but wasn't bad.

• Lauren (8/5): - The area is very walkable! We appreciated the hotel storing our luggage while we were away on a trek. Having a kettle in the room was handy. There were many ants on the floor during our second stay which were not noted the first time.
• Lauren (8/5): - The deluxe room on the 5th floor with the jacuzzi was nicely decorated (better than pictured) and the jacuzzi had ample warm water. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast space was hectic one morning with very few clean tables and limited food options available by 9:40am. However, eggs are cooked to order so that is nice. The staff will also prepare a take away bag for breakfast if you have an early day trip departure. The ceiling in the washroom has a lot of black mold on it and a slight smell which is not at par with the quality of the rest of the space. The staff were not able to provide a cork screw or wine glasses when asked. Bathrobes are not provided (even though they are pictured). We felt the price point was a bit high for what you get. The housekeeper cleaned the room but moved a bunch of our stuff and placed it on different shelves and in the cupboard which wasn’t really appreciated when we came back and had to find where our things had been put.

Eles dão um transfer por reserva, que usei para acessar o aeroporto, o que ajudou bastante. O café da manhã é excelente! O que pode melhorar é a temperatura do chuveiro que não se mantém constante durante o banho e o wi-fi, que não era muito instável.

The location is perfect, close to the main attractions, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is good. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel truly at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco.
• Khrapoun (3/5): Not good at all. Not recommended!! - The location is good Staff is unhelpful and hardly speaks English. Whilst on the site it states that there is a laundry - NOT TRUE!! When asked I was told to go out and find it myself in the city. The breakfast choices are very limited and not tasteful. The rooms are cold and actually face the internal open air courtyard - very loud when people started to mingle at 4:00 am and just cold!!

• Gabriel (9/5): Muy lindo hotel en Cusco, con excelente relación precio calidad!! - El hotel tiene un muy buen balance precio calidad, es lindo, pintoresco, cómodo, bien ubicado., limpio. El desayuno es bueno y el lugar para desayunar muy agradable. El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que llegamos tarde de noche y no había estacionamientos abiertos cerca.

• Meander814579 (10/5): Clean, comfortable stay at Illa Hotel - We had a wonderful stay at Illa Hotel in Cusco! The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping and thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. There was heating in the room, which was much appreciated during the chilly Cusco nights. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, both in the hotel and the surrounding area. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Plaza San Blas and about 10 minutes to Plaza de Armas. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Highly recommend Illa Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and well-located place to stay in Cusco!

• Maria (8/5): Atención del personal excelente! - Atención del personal, desayuno y ubicación excelente en el barrio de san Blas! La ducha no tenía presión de agua y las camas no eran muy cómodas.
• Desiree (7/5): Overall I would book again but maybe they can work on confirming transportation and WiFi - Great location, very cute hotel, comfortable beds WiFi is terrible so don’t expect to use it too much, they offer free transportation to/from the airport and when I scheduled a taxi to pick us up from the airport one never showed up. When we paid for our own taxi the receptionist at the hotel offered early check in OR free transportation to the airport at the end of our stay. We picked early check in but not sure why our free transportation to the airport was taken away as this was a free service offered by the hotel and it was their mistake that the taxi didn’t come. Hot water for a shower may come but not always. Breakfast is okay

• Camila (10/5): Estancia cómoda, segura y con excelente atención - Las instalaciones eran muy acogedoras, la ubicación excelente y el personal increíblemente amable. Si tienes un tour muy temprano y no alcanzas a desayunar, te entregan una colación para llevar, lo cual fue un gran detalle. Además, el hotel ofrece servicio de traslado gratuito desde el aeropuerto al hotel, lo que me pareció muy conveniente y seguro, especialmente viajando sola. En general, me sentí muy cómoda y bien recibida. Nada, todo fue excelente durante mi estadía. Estuve todo el día fuera conociendo y haciendo tours, y al regresar al hotel me sentía tan a gusto que no hubo nada que me molestara o incomodara.

• Adam (10/5): - Our room was wonderful, the property and the room was much nicer than the pictures appear. It is an excellent hotel for the price and in a great area that is quiet and in the more pedestrian friendly San Blas area. I would stay here again when I return to Cusco in the future.

• FamilyPS (9/5): - This hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and always helpfull. Hotel is in a very good location in the San Blas area only 5 min walking distance from the main square. It's located in a quiet street so there's no noise nuisance. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in de neighbourhood. The breakfast is delicious and extensive. The daily cleaning of the rooms is also good. The beds are very comfortable and there is also a heater in the room present. Shower is great with a powerful and hot waterbeam. Free luggage storage is also available if needed. There were a couple of things broken in one of our rooms like a lamp and the fan in the bathroom, but this was no issue as the hotelstaff swiftly fixed everything. The only real issue we encountered was that the airport taxi, which we arranged through the hotel, was too small for a group of 4 persons with 4 big suitcases and 4 carry-ons. So unfortunately it wasn't a comfortable ride to the airport for us due to this.

• Wenyan (8/5): - Nice and spacious room. The cleaning staff was very considerate and helped organize. I wish they had elevator as we lived on the 5th floor and it was not fun to climb up at such high elevation.
