- Sara (8/5): Cute boutique hotel - Love the hotel, property grounds, the view of the water, the proximity to restaurants & shops are walkable so you get to see all of Lewiston's beauty. The only things that I would list were: Our room was on the 3rd floor, we were over the outside patio (which is beautiful) but the windows were dirty so it minimized the view a bit. The suite we stayed in didn't have a full length mirror and the bathroom really could use counter space. But those things aside, I would still HIGHLY recommend this place!

Bathroom shower caulking coming off. Chipped paint. Heat /AC controls hard to operate, as was fireplace control.

- Linus (4/5): Pretty basic accommodations. Rooms are good, But expect no restaurant and very basic breakfast. - Nice area. Cute little village (Youngtown) nearby with some descent restaurants. Room was big and felt clean. Good bed. Hotel felt a little empty. Very little furniture and little effort to make it feel cosy. No real restaurant or bar. Luckily there are some close by. Breakfast was vary simplistic. Plastic wrapped bread and basic coffee. A waffle maker and some cereal w yoghurt.

- Vincent (10/5): Happy accident! - Beautiful hotel with an adorable little town that was quite lively on a Saturday night! And with Niagara Falls so close, it was easy to visit (both sides - Canada and US!) multiple times over our weekend stay. Nothing at all!

- Y5642SPallisonp (10/5): Warm, caring and service oriented - I have been to this hotel and spa many times. I come to watch my daughter play lacrosse. Each time I’ve come whenever I bring up a concern the staff have attended to it and have helped me out. This trip was no different. I cannot recommend this hotel and spa enough. For this trip, I tried the spa and it was amazing. Each time I come, I plan to revisit the spa and I’ve now found my favourite room in the hotel. Thank you so much to all of the lovely staff at Niagara Crossing for making me feel welcome and showing that you really care about your customers. In these times that truly matters.

Had a fantastic stay! Especially since our dog was welcomed and the room was fantastic for my daughter who is in a wheelchair. Can’t wait to stay there again! Would be nice if there was a bit more parking.

- Anna (3/5): Do not stay here unless you like to hear your neighbor snore! - The staff was very kind and helpfull. Breakfast was okay and the rooms were clean. Lewiston was a nice little village and the hotel is placed by the river which is beautiful. But please don't be fooled by these few nice details. It is NOT worth the stay. I do not understand how it can be a 4 star hotel and don't get how the ratings here on Booking can be this good. The hotel is worn down. I booked two nights for my family of 4. we booked a big room with a sofa bed, but we had to ask for linen and make the bed ourselves. The walls and floors are so thin that you can hear people talking, snoring and walking. We didn't sleep much the first night and asked to move to another room but they gave us the room just beside the one we had and the noise was the same. We also asked for a refund for the first night but the hotel couldn't accommodate that.

The bathrooms in our room and our friend’s rooms were not very clean. The pillows on the beds were not very comfortable.

- Emily (8/5): A great location and an enjoyable stay overall. - The room and bathroom were roomy and well set up. We enjoyed the balcony and view very much. My daughter enjoyed the birthday snacks and it was very kind of the staff to do that for her! Overall a great hotel stay. My only "complaint" was the breakfast could have used another layer of eyes on detail. I dont know how to explain that in a sentence or 2. I run events sometimes and that's my critique for setup and display. I also wish I could have charged a movie to the room.

My husband & I are on a 47 day road trip celebrating life and our 40th anniversary. We live in Las Vegas, NV and have never been to this part of the country. Everything about Niagara Falls is beautiful and this amazing hotel Niagara Crossings...cherry on top!!🥰 Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect!🥰

The tile floor in the shower was super slippery, there was absolutely nothing to hold on to. As a senior citizen this is a major safety concern. It needs a grab bar.
- DENNIS (8/5): - Great selection for breakfast. Great place, staff was exceptional. The only thing I did not care for was their covid policy of cleaning the rooms. If I pay for a room it should be cleaned everyday. Not every 3 days. The bathroom smelled moldy from the wet bath towels needs a fan in there. I shouldn't have to ask for towels or empty my own garbage. Will might have to consider next time I book. Don't get me wrong, loved it except for housekeeping policy.

There was mold in the shower. The caulking around sink was coming off. Edge of carpet needed vacuuming, there was food and strings.
