- Jean carlos (2/5): - Tenia reserva del 23 al 24 de agosto, el vuele se retraso y no logre llegar al hotel el dia 23, llegue al hotel el dia 24 a las 8am, y no quisieron entregarme mi habitacion que ya la tenia paga, no me dejaron consumir el desayuno que ya lo tenia pago. Les pedi el dinero de vuelta y me dijeron que no se podia pero tampoco me dieron mi dia de habitacion. Practicamente me robaron. Ademas que el recepcionista estuvo amargado y grosero
