Guest Reviews
- Joachim (9/5): Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder Buchen und Freunden vorschlagen - Sehr schönes großes Zimmer.
Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal
- Vega (7/5): some lies - the space of the room and bed sheets toilet door and toilet window do not close well and all the noise from the reception can be heard since early morning, har to park for uber, I was charged with the sauna fee but it was not working
- Mikaela (7/5): Perfect location, bakery attached to hotel is a bonus - Loved the location, in close proximity to cafes, bakeries, shops, bars & restaurants The staff wasn’t overly helpful, told us nothing about where anything was in the hotel.
- Jose (1/5): -
- Silvia (7/5): - Location The included breakfast was a trap! It ruins any traveler’s expectations. It was a cupom for coffee and eggs.
- Barbara (7/5): Fairly comfortable and good location but no restaurant or bar area. - Location, nice staff. Breakfast arrangement was silly - having to collect vouchers each morning and limited to the items on the voucher. We ignored it and ordered and paid for what we wanted. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or bar and the breakfast place is the coffee shop next door.
- Jake (8/5): Amazing location and reasonably priced hotel - Great location
Friendly staff
Good sized room
Good value for the area Little noisy by the Main Street
- Denja (9/5): -
- Lena (10/5): Perfekt - Dejligt stort værelse og beliggenhed
- Jorge (3/5): - Los pasajeros de booking no son bienvenidos
- Matthew (9/5): Good times in a great location - Great location and really friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Really modern bathroom. The AI WhatsApp messaging when trying to confirm our rooms would be available for an early check in
- Ana Lourenço (10/5): -
- federico (6/5): -
- Emma (9/5): -
- Jorge (1/5): - La ubicación La inacapacidad de su personal para resolver, después de más de 10 años de ser huésped no lo puedo creer

- James (8/5): Great location and HUGE room in Condesa. - The breakfast was continental-ish, they did offer eggs on request which I am sure were good, but I went next door for Chilaquiles. The room had some cleanliness issues- spots on furniture, walls, but nothing disgusting. The staff was great. The room was HUGE, I was shocked with how big it was, and a great value. The room smelled nice and it wasn't Fabulosa, it was pleasant and clean smelling The room was loud from the street and within the hotel. The strange bathroom window behind the commode was not sealed and you could hear EVERYTHING from the atrium of the hotel. I used the earplugs provided. There were no washcloths, but that happens in Mexico,
- Tatiana (10/5): I very much enjoyed my stay at Flow Condesa - It was a spacious and clean room. Staff were very responsive. The location was good in a nice and trendy part of Mexico City.
- inesroliveira (5/5): Nice location, but some infrastructures could be improved - The room was very spacious and it had a nice design. Some of the staff were nice. The location was good, with many restaurant options nearby, and close to the city centre, although you had to walk a bit. The bed was too tall, and we almost had to climb it every time. The faucet didn't work correctly, and only one shower head was functional, but it always had too much pressure. Even though we were on the 5th floor, we could still hear the traffic and people inside and outside the hotel. The breakfast was a bit poor.
- Evelyn Carrasco Ly (8/5): Recomendable pero no sorprendente - El tamaño de las habitaciones Hubo problemas de agua caliente. No tiene rampla para personas con movilidad reducida. No tienen desayuno.
- Monteiro Pereira De Sousa (7/5): - The neighbor is fantastic. The hotel is well located and close to lovely coffee shops.
- Constantin (10/5): -
- Manuel (10/5): - we are from redondo beach, california.. didn't know what to expect. was a little nervous when we pulled up and saw the small lobby. but the staff was so warm and helpful. once we got upstairs we were blown away, our rooms were phenomenal! everything brand new and very spacious, bathrooms are large and everything is so clean! the breakfast upstairs was terrific and fresh each morning. there is literally no outside noise at all. and the neigjborhood was outstanding. we can't wait to go back! 10/10 book it!
- Jaime (6/5): -
- Katie (10/5): - Wonderful staff.
- mariela (8/5): Muy buena ubicación del hotel - Que estaba súper cerca a todo Tal vez que está en una avenida y pasan carros, buses, al menos mi habitación daba a la calle
- Pedro (10/5): - Great place. The meeting room is a great place to work.
- Brenda (10/5): - Excellent customer service, shops and restaurants nearby.
- cecilia (9/5): -
- Adriano (8/5): - No funcionaba el agua caliente. Reclame la primer noche y me dijeron q al otro día iba a arreglarlo pero lo fue así.
- Kaylee (8/5): - This hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The staff wasn’t very friendly and the elevator scary & slow, there is no safety sensor on it so it will close on body parts. The bar/restaurant on the roof of the hotel never opened during our 3 days stay. Overall I’d stay again if I couldn’t find another hotel but more like a 6/10 hotel.
- Nigel (10/5): -
- Banda (10/5): -
- Delia (10/5): Flow Condesa great location and clean. - Flow Condesa is located in a great area, Condesa and it's easy to walk to some of the local area restaurants and bars. The green space around the area is so nice to walk to! Our stay included breakfast which was a good option - staff made eggs every day which was a nice plus. The rooms were spacious (we stayed in a junior suite). The only minus of the room is the glass door to the bathroom - didn't shut properly but it's also right at the entrance. If you don't want anyone seeing you in the bathroom, you're out of luck, the glass door makes it very visible whether you're showering or on the toilet. So I'd suggest a different type of door or at least a frosted door so you can't see inside. Other than that, comfy, clean and great location. PS..it is on Ave Nuevo Leon, so if you have a room that faces the Ave, it may be noisy at night if you're a light sleeper.
- Maxime (6/5): -
- Mario (9/5): -
- Amber (10/5): - This place had all the things I care about: clean, comfortable beds, great location. The cherry on top was we were able to check in a couple hours early, a bottle of wine came with the room, and they supplied a sleeping mask and earbuds in the room which was a nice touch. The neighborhood is amazing and walking distance to a lot of good restaurant options.
- Claire (10/5): -
Espaço do café é escuro e pouco ventilado.
- Fred (10/5): -
- Tera (10/5): - Great location! Right in between parks and so many great places to eat and shop. Will return soon!
- sasha (4/5): - We stayed six nights and experienced nearly every issue mentioned in other reviews—just scroll far enough and you’ll see the same themes: noise, noise, noise.
Our room faced a very busy street. Friday and Saturday nights were especially loud, with sirens, shouting, and music lasting until 2–3 AM. Interior noise was just as bad—we could clearly hear conversations from both rooms beside us. The windows are modern in appearance but offer almost no sound insulation.
The spa and steam room were out of service for our entire stay and appear to have been unavailable for months despite being prominently advertised. It’s not that the hotel is cutting corners—it’s more that the advertising feels a bit off: it looks sleek and stylish in photos, but the experience doesn’t match the promise.
Staff at the front desk never seemed engaged. Each time I approached them, it felt like I was interrupting their personal conversation.
We stay in hotels roughly 100 nights a year. This one stands out—but for the wrong reasons. Even basics like fresh bottled water were inconvenient, and there’s no in-room coffee. If you decide to stay here, bring your own coffee maker and bottled water.
Also worth noting: an Amazon delivery during our stay was lost, and the staff provided no resolution.
- Zebib (10/5): - Room was beautiful and very spacious. I definitely will stay here whenever I visit Mexico City. It was an amazing location!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel and location - Room was nice and clean. Provided towels, robes, and free clean drinking water. Free breakfast included coffee, tea, toast, yogurt, fruit, fresh juice, and a hot daily special (made to order). On a quiet residential street, easy walk to lots of cafes, bars, etc. Would stay here again!
- Richard (10/5): Flowsuites Conessa - Second time have used this hotel for business travel in Mexico. The location is fantastic for restaurants, it is close to the museum of anthropology and parque espana / parque Mexico. Rooms spacious, clean and relatively well equipped. A kettle in the room would be nice though. Staff are very friendly and helpful
- Vivian (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (10/5): A no frills hotel in a great location with a wonderful rooftop breakfast to start your day. Friendly helpful staff. - location
- Erin (8/5): Comfortable and enjoyable - would book here again! - Breakfast on the terrace was great. My husband enjoyed the steam shower and sauna. Walking distance to everything. Slightly noisy as it's on a main road.
- Copeland (5/5): Excellent location with big rooms but the place gave off a strange vibe. - Location is great, rooms are very big and stylish. Lock on sliding outer down was very weak and could be easily opened from the outside. Sheets had stains, towels had holes. Breakfast is basic. One washcloth provided. Housekeeping never took our recycling or our tip. Bathroom windows had gaps into outer common areas.
- Sabatini (5/5): Passable - The position Poor breakfast, very noisy rooms, poor materials of the room
- Katherine (8/5): - Good hotel in a great area. Beds are comfortable, staff is nice
- Precious (10/5): - From the warm welcome to the spacious room, flowsuites condesa exceeded our expectations. Also love that it’s central to most places we wanted to visit without having the noise and bustle of the city center.
- Conrado (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (7/5): We had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again, though we might prefer a quieter spot. - The staff was friendly and accommodated our late check-in. Our booking included a voucher for a free taxi from the airport, which worked well. The location was excellent, on a pretty street in the beautiful La Condesa neighborhood. The hotel and our room were attractive. The air conditioning worked reasonably well. Free wifi was provided, though the signal was weak or absent when we were in the hotel but not in our room (e.g. at breakfast). The breakfast area is lovely, on a balcony overlooking the street with fresh morning air (weather permitting). The shower in our room was too strong. We had to turn the pressure way down so it didn't feel like our skin was being pierced by needles. The handheld sprayer was better, but the switch did not seem to work so we were not able to use it except one day when the housekeeper apparently put it on that setting. Our room was facing the street, so we had a nice view but got a lot of street noise late (from revelers at a nearby bar) and early (from traffic). The breakfast was adequate but not great.
- Zahin (8/5): Very good -
- Moira (10/5): - Spacious rooms in a lovely walkable area!
- Sally (8/5): - The area was safe abd clean, it was very busy with families enjoying g the facilitues
- Santiago (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cameron (9/5): Superb -
- Miguel (7/5): Good -
- John V (8/5): - Need to put a real door on the WC, for crying out loud!
- Mark (10/5): - Amazing location. Fantastic restaurants that are walkable. Hotel was comfortable with a breakfast daily. Wonderful staff.
- Alejandro (7/5): Good - Location The front desk guy didn’t care much about the ac not working the first night and we didn’t get any discount or anything about that
- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant - Great staff and great location. The breakfast was just fair. Limited items. Fruit might not have been as fresh as possible. They need to give some attention to how the food items are placed and served.
The bed was extremely firm - might not be best for some. Bathroom a bit worn - a couple items clearly needed simple repairs, and the bathroom floor had not been thoroughly cleaned.
My main complaint is value - at $200 a night incl. taxes and fees, the space should have been in a bit better condition, if the price had been $150 a night for this location, I would accept that, at $200 for Mexico City, there should be no deficiencies.
- Joan (8/5): We loved the staff, location and breakfast - Location was excellent. We were locate on the upper floor and roof activity was noisy. The air conditioning could use an upgrade. The shower floors are slippery.
- Marek (7/5): Very nice hotel but missing on basics, not sure if good value for the money. - Very nice and clean room. Nice view, comfy bed, lots of space, beautiful restaurant on the last floor with nice view as well. Very friendly and helpful stuff, but I had some issues and problems, please read below. All in all I think you can find a better value for that money in the city. First of all, when paying $150 per night you expect to have body or at least hand lotion of some sort in the room. They didnt have it which was a huge disappointment. With the weather being 80 degree almost each day and full sun, some body lotion is I would say a must. Again, my expectation for that price is at least to have basic amenities in the room. No microwave, no coffee machine. Mini fridge is way too small to hold anything bigger than just a few cans. Only one pillow on the bad for sleeping and very hard, having problems just squeezing it under my head.
- Aleksandra (9/5): Everything was excellent, except that we were asked one day if we needed the cleaning. It should be done every day, with - Location, view, the large room with a sofa and desks
- Pablo (4/5): - Very disappointing stay at Flow Condesa Hotel. The location is great and the bed was comfortable but other than that I have little to say. The staff were unhelpful or overtly rude at times. Check in started at 3 o'clock. I arrived at 1 PM and was told that the room was ready, but if i wanted to enter it I had to pay for one extra night. For 2 hours!!! I've traveled extensively, and in most hotels they give out rooms when they're ready, even if it's a little early. And they certainly don't charge an extra night for that. I sat at the lobby and they handed me the key at exactly 3 PM.
Not even 5 minutes extra. Very rude.
The room itself is OK, but the bathroom has a peculiar layout and you have to climb a very high step to enter it. Also, the shower floor is dangerously slippery. There is a shower gel and shampoo dispenser, but the first one was completely empty. Apparently, they don't check that.
The most annoying thing is that the TV didn't work. I reported it since day one and only on the 3rd night did someone come and fix it.
Breakfast was very mediocre, except for the fruit of which there was a good selection. The coffee was horrible, simply undrinkable; it appeared more like rinsed coffee. I complained to the staff at the breakfast counter but they didn't care, not to mention the sour demeanor of the lady in charge. So, the third day I skipped breakfast altogether. The funny thing is that I chose Flow Condesa over other hotels because breakfast was included
- Carmenmaria (10/5): - Staff and hotel where incredible! Very friendly and clean. Will be staying there again.
- alejandrovQ1476YB (4/5): NOT a 4-star, misleading photos and noisy stay - If you like noise from all over the area -street, construction and neighboros-, including other guests in the hallsway and front desk, this one is for you. Paper-thin walls and old windows, their open design is also a factor.
They advertise as a 4-star property with a Spa, bar, rooftop and art gallery. While technically it's partially kind of true, the spa is a small dark room, the Omakase restaurant permanently closed, no such rooftop (which is actually promoted and looks very nice), no bar, no room service, and the breakfast room is closer to a youth hostel buffet than a hotel's basic offering.
24 hours without Wifi, no apologies. Had "VIP gold Benefits" and they did not honor. Top notch location, but certainly the pictures do not depict reality.
Finally, the room is unconfortable: had a nice view and balcony overlooking a rundown building and fire escape stairs (the first option as a 2nd story room overlooking the street, sold as "City views", that had to change because of the intense noise), the bathroom doors are completely transparent (I don't imagine why would anyone like their partner gazing while doing their business, or even showering; next level voyeurism) and the bed is very hard -and for some reason, on top of a very tall base that makes getting in and out awkward-). Also the bathroom smells of sewer after a shower or flush.
Wouldn't have complained if this was advertised as 2.5 stars, the price is understandable because of the prime location, but the lies all over their offer is what makes you feel deceited. Too good to be true, I thought after... Not terrible service though.
There are other options nearby at around the same price, I suggest you look for another one and skip this experience that while not terrible in the nightmarish way, it was certainly not great and after 3 nights I will certainly won't be coming back.
- falza (10/5): - Everything was great. Only wish there was better breakfast and coffee!
- David (9/5): Perfect location and does everything a hotel room should, very well. - Fantastic location. Big room. Lots of storage space, including shoe cubbies and a shoe drawer. Space to store bags. A worhorse of a room . Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Shower is huge and has a door so you stay warm. Room heat and AC works perfect. Not as boutique as other hotels but much more serviceable. Breakfast is unexciting. Kinda sad really. Spa not complete but it looks like it will be really nice. Sauna and stuff under construction.
- Mckenzie (7/5): Average. - The location. Rooms lacking amenities and the bed was hard as a rock.
- Ski (8/5): Very good - Room, breakfast, staff
- Verified traveler (4/5): Good and Bad Things - Hotel is very nice/new, especially after the renovation and the new art galery in the first floor. Location is excellent and overall staff is great. Only 2 bad things would be noise (you can hear cars and parties) and one girl out of the 3 front desk employees, she wasn't nice with me and my family (her name is Diana).
- Ayesha (9/5): Superb -
- Danielle (8/5): - The room was great, clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I really liked this hotel, its price and location.
However, the breakfast was extremely basic, and the noise isolation wasn’t the best, lots going on on the main road that sits in front of the hotel, you can hear steps above and outside the room, and the pigeons that start making noises as soon as the sun comes up.
- Brandon (10/5): - Y
- Zhen (7/5): Good -
- Lillian (8/5): Very good - Location is fantastic! We chose this hotel because of the sauna and it was out of service. It would’ve been nice to know that beforehand. It includes breakfast but it felt very limited.
- Jonatan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Allan (7/5): Good - Location The walls are super thin and I can hear the guests in the next room very clear. It almost sounded like they were in the same room as us.
- Jessica (8/5): - Great room, great location, comfortable bed, shower was big but hand nozzle was broken so you could only use the overhead shower part, floor needs a good mopping but overall clean, party downstairs was extremely loud but they offered to move us to a different room, friendly staff
- J Patrick (10/5): - The hospitality at FlowSuites was top-notch. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful parks and offers a number of eating options nearby. The room itself was spacious and well maintained. I would definitely go back.
- Cristian (6/5): Pleasant - No Sauna
- Sabrina (2/5): - The room was booked. Their machine was not connecting properly. The manager threatened to put out on the streets at 1 am as a woman in a different city and country. Tried to resolved it initially offered a partial refunded - they went back on it and said it was their policy to kick me out. WORST PLACE EVER
- Verified traveler (2/5): Never again! - I had an allergic reaction to whatever detergent they were using and had to check out earlier than reserved. What a nightmare of checking out. They first said Expedia was charging a night for penalty but it was the hotel charging a night for penalty! It's not like I just wanted to change hotels, I had physical problem! I haven't gotten the rest of the refund back yet either. Good thing hotels.com came through with credit for me. Never ever use this hotel. The mgmt never answers any calls or emails.
- Minal (10/5): - The room was large , clean, lots of storage space. Breakfast was great. Staff very courteous.
- Luis (7/5): Good -
- Thibault (7/5): Good - Superb location and lovely personnel The rooftop was not accessible at the time of our visit which was disappointing.
- Dave (10/5): Very nice place - Very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome. Spacious, clean, modern room, only minor downside was roadside noise.
- Richard (10/5): Flowsuites Condesa - Great room, staff were very friendly. Only downside was the suites on the road can be a little noisy, however this wasn’t an issue. Will use again. Fantastic location
- Leonardo (9/5): Superb -
- Chanel (8/5): Great location - The location was so safe and walkable. La Condesa neighborhood is the best place to stay in Mexico city. They had a gym with all that you need for cardio but it is very small and limited otherwise. Breakfast was also decent and enjoyed the eggs which were made fresh. There was also a small shaded terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast which was so nice. I booked this place because it said on booking it was 24 hour front desk and we were arriving at five in the morning. When we got there, we had to wait outside the entrance for 20 minutes after calling over and over since nobody was at the front desk. It also said that there was a tour desk to help plan things, but when we asked about a transfer to San Miguel de Allende, the front desk said we would have to figure it out on our own. Lastly laundry service was advertised, but we were not able to get that done since there was a short window of the people that do it being available. I was surprised they couldn’t just take the plastic bag they provided when they cleaned the room.
- Jason (7/5): Good - The suites are in an excellent, highly walkable location. A small but tasty breakfast is provided each day. The staff are proficient English speakers. I had issues with WiFi connections. In my room, after the staff performed a hardware reset, I could only get my phone to connect. My laptop would not connect after the first day; wireless internet on both devices only on the first day. The speeds were not great either - about 20 MB/s Up/Down. I do not recommend this hotel for work travelers for these issues.
- Rosalio (10/5): Great stay - Cleans and very convenient
- Victor (10/5): - Amazing Staff ! Great location !
