Guest Reviews
- Cullan (1/5): Price is nice if you don’t mind cozying up to roaches to sleep. - The price and location in relativity to the rest of the strip. The cockroach that was in our room when we woke up. Woke up to a roach crawling across me as I slept. There was other things but that was the only one worth mentioning.
- Camilla (10/5): It was wonderful - View Nothin
- Harvey (10/5): -

- Brian (7/5): - We like the location of it & the fact that there were very friendly staff I would have preferred to have some type of breakfast included. Whether it be muffins or cereal bars.
- Burgess (1/5): Dirty - Nothing The computer didn't work and I paid the money instead of card and when I got to the room the lady open it up with the key and didn't give me anything to get back in and when we open the door the room smelled like cigarettes and I couldn't stay there because the room was dirty and we went somewhere different. My daughter took pictures of the room. Maybe she can buy some cleaning supplies for the room with my money.
- Douglas (4/5): - Location Hard beds
- BRIDGETT (1/5): - The guy working was very considerate but I don't think I should have yo pau the one nights rent. Everything. I didn't even walk in a room.
- Riley (10/5): -
- Pullen (1/5): - They took my money and wouldn't give it back. Never again
- Sandy (7/5): -
- Jeremy (5/5): Got what I paid for..cheap hotel - Good location fair price Dirty towels, dirty floor, dead bug in the fabric chair. Bed wasn't great.
- Brandon (3/5): - What breakfast? There wasn't even a coffee pot in the room. If you just want a place to sleep its ok, don't expect anything else. Everything, dirty room, had to replace bedding as soon as we arrived because it was clearly used with hair and stains on it. Smallest hotel room ive ever been in and right outside our door was the main air conditioner for the building. Horrible stay, the only good thing was the location.
- douglas (7/5): Overall, stay was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. - I don't believe there was a breakfast. I think there was only coffee offered at the office. Maybe some kind of breakfast. If not, then maybe a coffee machine in the room.
- Marsha (1/5): Filthy dirty. Had to ask for linens. - None offered Have room service clean and empty the trash. Terribly dirty
- Mark (1/5): Absolutely nasty - Nothing!!! This place was disgusting, beds not changed dog prints on all sheets hairs and crusty stains. Floors completely black when wipped on walked on This place was disgusting, beds not changed dog prints on all sheets hairs and crusty stains. Floors completely black when wipped on walked on
- April (1/5): We didn't stay - We didn't stay hotel needs update bad It's rundown and stunk

- Thomas (9/5): - Newer and bigger TVs would be nice but other nice stay
- Diego (9/5): -
- Raymond (4/5): Beds were really hard and It appeared to be a long stay place - Well lit Hard beds
- James (1/5): - It was right on the main strip. The rooms were absolutely disgusting, the bedding had stains that looked like blood or something we had to completely strip the bed and grab a blanket from the car, floors and bathroom didn't look clean. I would have left if it wasn't so late when we arrived due to traveling from far away. Would not recommend and would never stay here again. -10/10 for cleanliness and comfort.
- Pam (6/5): More linens had to ask for more. Fridge made noise some at night. -
- Amy (7/5): -
- Cynthia (9/5): -
- Tash (5/5): - Close to everything Had bad experience with the room next to us had a dog that barked all day and night the people left the dog in the room all day and half the night the lady at the office said she could not do nothing about it
- Lisa (1/5): -
- Brittany (10/5): Good - Really nice man that helped us and the place was definitely not bad if your looking for something not too expensive and more bang for your buck this is the place. Very easy to checking in
- Catiller (10/5): Excellent - Very quiet and clean Nothing
- Krista (6/5): - Room was cleaned with bleach smell was clean. The red light takes forever trying to leave parking lot
- Stephen (1/5): - Location The room was disgusting! The sheets didn’t look like they had been changed at all. There were cigarette burns in the comforter. The door would not lock once you left the room and part of the hing was hanging off. Would not recommend anyone there.
- Hannah (6/5): -
- Heather (10/5): I was very pleased with staying here! The reviews on here seemed bad but once we got there, we were very impressed! Beds - This room was very clean, customer service was very friendly! None
- Carla (7/5): - It was easy to get in and out and the room was ok. It did have a few broken things, but not bad for the price. The remote was broken to the tv. We woke up at 6am with people fighting in the parking lot. The fight continued until just after 7am when cops finally came. The bed was a little ruff to sleep in as well.
- Huffman (10/5): -
- Shaylyn (8/5): -
- Cynthia (3/5): Not a peaceful vacation - Close to alot of stuff. Cheap You can't have a peaceful vacation there because of all the noise from a man who lives there The owner did nothing
Another man called police. So if y'all want a peaceful vacation I don't recommend you stay at this location.
- Walter (1/5): -
- Dale (1/5): -
- Matthew (1/5): Room was absolutely disgusting don't think it was cleaned at all before our stay - Wasn't anything I liked How nasty it was
- Crystal (2/5): Stay Away. Look before you book. - Leaving the next morning with our stuff intact and boss safe. Attendant was rude. Wouldn’t give our money back even though we had just checked and immediate decided the hotel was unsafe. Cigarettes burns on tub, stains on comforter, not enough towels or washcloths. People loitering around outside.
- Yvonne (2/5): Not a again - It didn’t have bugs The name is very misleading. It is too similar to the Inn at Apple Valley I think on purpose
- William (8/5): Great value, very quiet place and location was good. - Location and value. No coffee pot in the room.
- Robin (1/5): -
- kelly (5/5): - The lady at the desk was very nice. The rooms are very out dated, and smelled of mold. The beds need to be replaced.
- Phil (6/5): One night stay only; wouldn't stay any longer. - Room smelled like smoke. The old window unit a/c/heat had no adjustment. We were either cold or hot.
- Hatcher (1/5): - Nothing They have bugs .. not good bugs either. I had to throw out my clothes and buy new ones because of it. . don't stay there they have bed bugs
- Steve (4/5): I WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN! - ROOM 108. GROUND LEVEL. BATHROOM IS REMODELED AND IN GOOD SHAPE. LADY THAT CHECKED US IN WAS VERY NICE. BEDS NEED REPLACED! OLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE!! HARD TO SLEEP ON! FURNITURE OLD AND DID NOT FIT THE ROOM.
- Tammy (8/5): -
- Janice (10/5): Great location -
- Patricia (9/5): -
- jessie (7/5): Its smelled i use my clone to get the smell out of the room. Floors could used a good mopping. - There was none. Lots or restaurants near by. Bather Room could use a good cleaning. Spray for bugs.
- June (2/5): - The location was close to everything, but it was hard to maneuver due to its nearly 90° incline. Everything but the staff is nice. However, the room is neither comfortable nor clean, and the beds are as hard as a rock, with bedding that has stains and holes. The floors and walls are dirty, and the doors are dirty. (Side note: We bought clean supplies for cleaning the room so we could move around and sleep.) They don't provide enough bathroom supplies for the stay(1 towel each, and wash clothes were given one each), the tissue paper was half a roll and a small roll for the extra roll)
- Beth (2/5): -
- Lara (10/5): -
- Wongalee (1/5): If you want to relax, don’t stay here - We could not stay there we left they charged us for one night anyway Sheets were gray instead of white furnishings, rundown, and old outdated the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. It was not her fault. The hotel was rundown. She was very pleasant and nice.
- Dana (8/5): We would book it again just so we can spend even more in the stores… lol - Well this is unbelievable for the price. Rooms in October for $55 a nite. No it didn’t have breakfast but we wanted the mountain breakfast meals anyway. It was the absolute cleanest! The young lady in the office was very nice and accommodating. PS I never do this. But ANAKEESTA was the worse experience I’ve ever had in the area. Especially for the cost. It was $30 to go there but then every single thing to do cost more money. And, a lot more. You can get very nice sweatshirts everywhere for $30 but there’s were $50. And the food there was ridiculous too. Oh and lines to get in there were an hour for the tram and 2 hrs for the gondolas. There was absolutely nothing to do if you had kids with you and the ones we saw with their parents were having a really bad night of it. Just sayin’ The Internet/wireless connection was TERRIBLE but we found out it it was a bad problem everywhere. No matter where you went in the tri-city area you couldn’t get a connection but for like 1 minute. People from there told us it had become a real problem there. Only time you could get a connection to stay was in the middle of the night.

- yun (5/5): - Location This hotel showing 3 stars hotel, and pay as 3 stars hotel rate. But is not meet 3 stars hotel level. Bed does not have comforter instead of blanket.
Sleep Sheet and bath towel ‘s are not good quality.
- Tyler (5/5): Decent spot to stay solo during the week but get a nicer place for a happy partner on weekend trips - I enjoyed the comfortable king size bed. I really liked that the TV in the room had an HDMI port on it as I always bring an amazon fire stick to use for any TV show/movie watching. The pressure of the shower was good and the water stayed hot for my whole 20+ minute Only had towels/washcloths in the room for 1 nights use, even though we booked for 3 nights. One of the towels had brown discoloration stains on it, who knows what that could have been. Only two light sources in the room that were very bright and had no option to dim. Furniture was oversized for such a small room. The king size bedframe became well acquainted with both my knees and my wifes knees when we tried passing each other in the narrow aisle of the room. The desk/microwave stand/fridge stand was oversized as well. I ran my hip into it a couple times. The vent in the bathroom didn't seem very effective at getting the humidity/moisture out of the room. I questioned the cleanliness of the sheets and pillowcases. Both looked pretty dingy, as they were no longer white and more gray.
- Stanley (2/5): - what breakast location was good no towels coulnt find phone floor was dirty bed was horrible had to get new sheets air condition made noises when on we where on corner second floor by woods no light on stairs by woods
- Murray (10/5): Excellent - Everything 😊

- Timothy (9/5): -
- Bearxx (10/5): -
- Chapman (10/5): -
- Mary Ann (9/5): -
- Brooke (5/5): -
- Brenda Roquemore (1/5): Did not stay, cancelled when I saw the room. horrible - Very nasty and I thought I was booking the Inn at Apple Valley. Never realized there was this place with a name close to the other hotel. Their name does not need to be the same as the other hotel. No comparison. The Inn at Apple Valley is extremely nice, but the Apple Valley Inn is horrible.
- Joan (1/5): - Nothing it was dirty there was roaches bed bugs I paid for room and ask for a refund because it was so nasty and I was told no
- Katelynn (10/5): -
- Dakota (10/5): -
- Emeral (5/5): Probably wouldn’t stay again. Honestly when we made the reservation we thought we were reserving at the Inn at Apple Val - Location (although we didn’t care for it being exactly where it was) The outside wasn’t very nice. There was trash as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. (One shoe I almost tripped on) someone arguing on the phone with someone very loud. The tv remote didnt work. Had to alert front desk. Still didnt work so alerted front desk again. (The inside was better than the outside)
- Melissa (1/5): We walked in looked at room walked out went to front desk asked for refund she gave me refund for 2 nights charged me fo - Nothing It was not what it looks like on internet
- Christine (7/5): -
- Rebecca (8/5): - Location was away from the highway therefore quiet. Convenient to dining . Well lit and safe Room a little outdated but fair for the price
- Barbara (1/5): - The name is very deceiving. Not he hotel we thought we were choosing. The hotel is very old. Linen looks to be as old as the hotel. We canceled are stay. But had to pay for a one night stay.
- Rebecca (10/5): Awesome place! We will be back!! - Everything was great! Beds were comfy, rooms were great! Price was great. Close to everything! People were really friendly that worked there!! Nothing, because I already knew they didn't have breakfast or a pool. So, we were not disappointed!
- Monika (10/5): -
- Lawson (10/5): Exceptional - Price
- Ron (8/5): Very good - Location and value for price were great. No noise from other guests or traffic Could have used Kleenex tissues
- Shayla (6/5): Pleasant - Loved the location and that it was cheap. We had a last minute reservation and all of the other hotels on the strip were sold out. Very good location. Front desk was also really nice. There was no housekeeping.
- Amanda (8/5): Very good -
- Duncan (2/5): Junk with capital J - Nothing about it I liked didnt stay after finding out how it looked out dated got money back ! The hole place didn't stay got money back
- Megan (8/5): Very good - Comfortable, affordable, quite. The door batteries were dead for the key.
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Derek (8/5): Very good - Clean and comfortable. They don't serve breakfast.
- Christopher (6/5): Really don’t wanna go again - Nothing it was decent price Long hair on the toilet looks like a dog ate the door frame. There was black stuff on the sheet. There was black stuff on the wall. There was paint peeling off the wall. The AC did not work with the crap there was no pool even though Google said there was
- Dakota (9/5): Superb -
- Regina (1/5): I did not stay - Not one thing . The place was so nasty and dirty we didn't stay and thanks to booking.com not knowing what you put people in , we will most likely have to pay for this horrible place Nasty, dingy dirty sheets . Hard to tell when the place was last cleaned. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE I Have Ever Seen .lt should be closed down
- reginak236 (2/5): Place should not be in business - Do not book this place, it's a filthy trash hole. The pictures on the website do not represent it. Beds are stained and I have thrown away better sheets. So bad we walked in and right back out and they said we do not get a refund. Don't trust booking.com
- Amy (1/5): Bad - The only thing that was decent was the lady at the front desk. Did not like the fact that we did not feel safe at all. Felt like there were other activities going on, on the property, that made us feel uncomfortable.
- Nancy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (6/5): Pleasant - No breakfast More pillows in needed in room , wasn’t comfortable
- Brittany (5/5): Passable -
- Kyle (6/5): Pleasant -
