I noticed I was charged twice, once cash and once credit card but reception was very quick to refund and apologized prefusely. Customer service was great. Very basic average and sad accomodation, with doors broken on tiny bathroom, and tv not working. Too old to be clean. Needs an update to be of an acceptable level really.

- gary (1/5): AS above - Not a lot The fact there was no TV/Foxtel available was ordinary to say the least. When told about this problem she seemed not at all interested to try and fix the problem. Eventually after repeated requests someone was sent to try and sort the problem out. This proved to be futile and we ended up watching programs on our phones. The rooms were in need of repair with mould starting to appear in the shower recess. We will be travelling to Adelaide next year for gather round and I will be giving the Horsham Motel a very wide berth. I strongly advise anyone doing to same trip next year to do the same.

- David (5/5): Fine for overnight - Cheap, good location, and friendly staff. The rooms were tidy. All we needed was somewhere convenient to stop overnight and this did the trick. Rooms are comfortable enough and bedding looks clean. A short walk to the main street area for dinner. The first room we were given stank of old cigarette smoke, but the one we were moved to was better. Turn the exhaust fan on in the bathroom to prevent cigarette smoke being drawn into the bathroom if there's someone sitting outside smoking. There seemed to be a possum in the roof, as it was scuffling around in the space just above and in front of the airconditioner even after dawn - when we told the front desk about it on checkout she said they're on the roof, not in the roof space, but I don't think they'd be scuffling around in one area after dawn if they were on top of the roof. Overall it looks overdue for renovation, but on the other hand hand, it's a cheap and convenient bed with walls and a roof.

Good powerful shower, if a little small. Comfy bed. Dirty underpants found in wardrobe. Two knives and one teaspoon in property, no fork, no large spoon. No washing up sponge. No Tea-towel. Main window did not shut, therefore no security. Main window flyscreen did not shut. Rear window blind did not shut properly; therefore, sunlight streamed in in the morning. Bathroom door did not close / latch, therefore swung open. Litter found under the bed. Did not see any staff.

I had to call a number and wait for someone to arrive. Room is very dated and needs a lot of maintenance. Floors creaked at every step dining chairs were worn and uncomfortable to sit in for extended periods. Totally disappointing

- Ken (5/5): Would be much better if the room and fittings were upgraded. Location good. - Location, TV, bed. Air-conditioning. Had to wait 20 minutes for staff to arrive, for check in, bathroom out dated, no soap holder, no clothes hooks.
- Nancy (2/5): Excellent staff, but Room 21 needs urgent maintenance and refurbishment - The staff were excellent and very supportive. We arrived late (around 10:30–10:45pm), and the late check-in process was clearly explained in advance. We were also contacted via text and call and guided on where to collect the keys, which made our late arrival smooth and stress-free after a long drive. Unfortunately, Room 21 was very run down and had maintenance and cleanliness issues. The carpet was extremely dirty, the chairs and furnishings were worn out, and the room had a strong unpleasant smell. The beds were creaky and we could hear the springs when lying down. The bathroom did not feel clean—there were flies present and the white shower curtain was visibly dirty, despite a “hygienically cleaned” tag. The bathroom sliding door was detached at the bottom, had no latch, and felt like a safety risk, especially with children and elderly parents. The curtain near the window was dirty and dusty, and there was no soundproofing, so noise travelled easily. Overall, the room, bathroom, carpets, and furniture need significant refurbishment. We would not stay again.

- Dana (4/5): Pick somewhere else - The room was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Plenty of hot water but the bathroom was very old. Toilet was poorly maintained and leaked on the floor, made noise all night running to back fill leaky cistern. The front door was poorly fitted and made the room drafty. Location is right on the highway -- ill fitting front door did nothing to block out the noise.

Never saw any staff at all and when the message came through which room I replied with a thank you and got 👍 not very professional and someone's car was parked in front of my room so parked next to it and heard some remarks when the people got back to their room All above not professional at all needs work could be made into nice accommodation

The possums running rampant in the roof at night fighting and snarling at each other running the length of the motel for 3 hours straight, glad I didn’t have kids in my room.

- Robert (2/5): Not recommended - The room decor was very shabby. Bathroom was the worse we have stayed in under a property through the Booking app. Extraction fan very noisy - ready to fall out of the ceiling . Bed passable. Aircon ok. Not enough eating utensils for two pax.

- Jamie (8/5): - Air conditioning was a necessity after a long hot day comfortable bed, clean room and located next to KFC while not great for health it was very convenient to walk next door for food. Massive TV was a bonus. Would definitely stay again when in the area. The only thing not to like was that the room door couldn't be locked. Everything else was exactly as I expected
