- bilal (3/5): Decu de l’hotel car nous l’avions principalement pris pour sa piscine mais celle-ci ne correspondait ni à nos attentes n - L’hotel propose des activités gratuites et dispose d’une plage privée. La piscine n’est pas du tout sans vis à vis, elle mesure même pas 1m de profondeur et les photos mises en ligne par l’hotel sont très trompeuses. Mis à part de le restaurant de l’hotel, il n’y a aucun restaurant à proximité.

WLAN funktioniert nicht, Personal teilweise an den Gästen desinteressiert. Spielen lieber an Ihren Mobiltelefonen herum anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.

Poolvilla mit Privatpool war nicht gut ausgestattet ( halbfertig eingerichtet, keinen Spiegel...) Sehr großer Spalt bei Veranda-pool Übergang (Sicherheit) Jaccuzi hatte Farbflecken von Veranda Anstrich...Preis-Leistung von Zimmer ist mangelhaft!!! Niemand interessiert hier ein Feedback von den Gästen.

L’hôtel est bien équipé, bar, restaurant, petite plage privée avec accès aux canoë, masques et tuba etc… Seul bémol : l’établissement est « loin » du centre ville alors il vous faudra prendre des taxis (50 baths par personne et par trajet) pour aller manger, voir un couché de soleil ou juste aller à la plage.

- Robert (9/5): Beautiful birthday in Koh Lipe - Staff were very helpful, room was absolutely huge, the staff went over and above for my birthday, very unexpected. Provided plenty of bottled water. Staff even found us randomly when we were walking to town and offered us a ride. There was a cockroach in the bathroom one night. Probably to be expected as the bathroom is not sealed like the remainder of the room. Also music is unnecessary when we were on the beach, very loud from the restaurant/bar.

L’hôtel est super, avec plusieurs services offerts (masque snorkeling, canoë, transat, …) La plage privé qui est magnifique est un vrai plus ! Le personnel fantastique ! Franchement super séjour, nous recommandons vraiment ! Nous avons mangé à l’hôtel, c’était très bon, et le petit déjeuner était incroyable (à volonté, vous avez énormément de choix). Le logement est un peu loin du centre (22 min à pied avec une partie en forêt), mais un service de navette est proposé. Le prix du restaurant un peu élevé (très bon).

- Florian (10/5): Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungspotenzialen. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich schön, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer und einer sehr ruhigen Atmosphäre. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Ausblick vom Restaurant und den Poolvillen und die entspannte, private Stimmung. Kleinere Abnutzungserscheinungen in den Zimmern waren erkennbar. Je nach Lage des Zimmers kann es etwas lauter durch den Restaurantbetrieb sein, wobei spätestens um 21:00 Uhr dann auch Ruhe herrscht.

The Clifforlove private cliff dinner experience was beyond anything I could imagine — I proposed to my girlfriend during sunset and it was perfect. The staff helped arrange everything discreetly and professionally. The views from Sunset Beach are breathtaking. Room was clean, the location is peaceful, and the whole atmosphere is pure romance. The staff picked us up from the pier and were friendly from the first moment. If you're planning something special for your partner — this is THE place.

- Jodie (8/5): Lovely hotel - Incredible view from the balcony. Small hotel so few guests and thankfully no one reserving sun lounges with towel etc as there just was no need to. Amazing to be able to go snorkelling from the shore and see so many different marine life. It’s quite far from the main area of Walking Street so you can’t really just walk to dinner and back again but the hotel puts on a shuttle service into the main area in the evening and you can easily get a taxi back. Pros of this is that it’s nice and quiet.

But once you understand that everything seems good. They have us free snorting equipment, kayak, popsicles to enjoy. There were also free shuttle to walking street a couple of times a day. The jacuzzi only got some yellow colored water. Also had a drone flying over my jacuzzi when we we assumed privacy.

Petit plus vous pouvez apercevoir les petits singes mais il est preconiser de garder vos chambres fermé car ce sont de petits voleur 😂🤭

Je trouve qu en rapport du prix les chambres sont pas en bon état manque d entretien quand on paye pour des maisons avec piscine on veut que ce soit top , il manque pleins de carreaux dans la piscine de la chambre , salle de bain avec carreau cassé , mauvaise odeur , sol en bois en très mauvais état dommage surtout que le tarif est assez haut !

Can use the snorkeling equipment to observe the riff. Good bed. Staff not well trained, too commercial based. Pushing out from restaurant after the time is past for breakfast, while people are here to enjoy the moment. This property is using diesel fuel, so a lot of engines are running in the resort, making a background sound. The engines beside de bungalow can be heard from the room, as well as the refrigerator. Noisy. Breakfast is not worth to take. Better to go down 5-10 minutes walking distance.

- Fabio (4/5): Mehr Schein als Sein. - Der Service mit dem Taxi ist gut es gibt umsonst regelmäßig zu bestimmten Zeiten eins was uns in die Walkingstreet gefahren hat umsonst. Das gibt es aber auch bei anderen Hotels also nichts besonderes trotzdem erwähnenswert. Die Aussicht war super. Man hat uns nicht gewarnt das man auf den Balkon lieber nichts stehen lässt, Affen sind da Regelmäßig unterwegs und klauen deine Sachen von Bikinis bis Netzteil, man darf einfach nichts im Balkon liegen lassen. Schade das man uns nicht davor ausdrücklich gewarnt hat. Finde ich unverantwortungsvoll. Ständige Moskitos die im Zimmer eindringen können und Frösche Mit den Fröschen hatten wir fast jeden Tag zu kmäofen, das Personal musste immer wieder gerufen werden um die Frösche zu entfernen aus den Badezimmern. Das Frühstück war nicht so toll, keine große Auswahl und mehr für Chinesen gedacht. Der Strand war schlecht nicht einladend kann ich nicht empfehlen sehr steinig. Die Aussicht ist aber nur schön.

Piastrelle mancanti in piscina. Muffa nel box doccia. Assi del pavimento dislocate e staff della colazione troppo preso a chiacchierare tra loro per ricordarsi le comande o notare le mani alzate per ordinare.

- Anne (8/5): Perfekte Auszeit - Der Privatstrand ist super! Zu Fuß ist man in 5min am großen Hauptstrand. Preis / Leistung passt aus unserer Sicht für Familien nicht ganz. Das Preisniveau der Bar/Restaurant ist über europäischen Schnitt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, wenn auch von der Auswahl überschaubar. Für Kinder berechnen sie 400THB pro Tag fürs Frühstück.
- rebecca (8/5): Very private , relaxing , perfect chilled holiday , with amazing friendly staff . - It was quiet and peaceful, and yet you could get to restaurants, diving etc very easily we loved walking back along the beach after dinner out. The matress was hard but that’s not unusual in Thailand , the beach bar shut at 16.30 although you could get drinks from the restaurant bought down to you , we loved our stay but if we had to say something it would be the amazing facilities aren’t really used to their potential.

Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis accueillis comme dans d’autres établissements que nous avons réservés auparavant. La communication a été difficile, y compris lors du check-in, où très peu information ne nous a été donnée. On nous a directement parlé de l’heure de notre check-out dans trois jours, ce qui nous a semblé maladroit. Pour un établissement proposant des chambres de standing à 550 € la nuit — un tarif déjà très élevé pour la Thaïlande — cela manque d’attention. Rien de grave en soi, mais de petites attentions permettant au client de se sentir considéré feraient réellement la différence et seraient très appréciées.
- Sobiya (2/5): Beautiful location, but poor cleanliness, weak service, safety oversights, and lack of genuine Thai - The location is beautiful with great views, and the breakfast itself was decent in terms of variety. The setting has potential if service and maintenance were improved. Multiple serious issues with cleanliness, service, safety, and communication. The two-bedroom villa is split over two separate levels, which is not clearly disclosed and is unsuitable for families with children. Housekeeping was poor — rooms were not properly cleaned, bathroom hair and items remained days later, and toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner) were not replenished unless chased repeatedly. On checkout day, we found animal droppings and old food under the sofa in our room raising serious hygiene concerns. Staff communication was difficult due to limited English, WhatsApp messages went unanswered, and overall staff attitude felt indifferent. There were also safety issues, including no warning about sea urchins in snorkeling areas and minimal first-aid support.

- Rachael (8/5): Tranquility away from town but be prepared for lots of stairs and mozzies - Fantastic views from the bedroom. We loved the location, the private beach ( although there was a lot of broken glass around) and the breakfast (especially the latte art on our coffee). The staff at the beach and driving the shuttle to town were great. Firstly getting to the hotel was an adventure and probably pretty difficult if it had been raining. We had a feeling that this was two resorts in one hotel. This is also reflected in the reviews, some fantastic and some not so good. Basically some of the rooms have been renovated and have a pool and other rooms ( where we were staying) were very tired and need updating. It seemed the same at breakfast, the plates for the buffet were dated and plastic but if you ordered something from the menu it came in a modern pottery bowl. The restaurant was also very expensive in comparison to similar resorts. I mentioned our disappointment at the end of our stay, particularly the value for money of our room, this was handled very professionally and an acceptable solution was found. Thank you.

- Nils (8/5): - Schönes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf der Insel. Der Strand ist auch schön. Am Nachmittag wurde kostenlos stündlich ein Shuttle zur Walking Street angeboten. Auf der Insel ist sonst alles auch gut fußläufig erreichbar Die Matratze war recht hart und die Kissen zu dick. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass wir nichts gesagt haben, vielleicht hätte das Personal etwas ändern können.

- Anthony (9/5): Nice place, great views but value wise it could be better… - Secluded and quiet with great views and a small private beach. It was a great location some of it felt a bit tired though and could have been doing with some touching up, outside communal areas. It’s a very small private beach and therefore can get pretty loud and busy. It’s kid friendly so also can be quite noisy in that regard too. Also after staying there I didn’t feel like the price reflected the value.

- Aida (10/5): Estancia excepcional - Las villas son espaciosas y bonitas. Están muy limpias y las que tienen vistas al mar son espectaculares. El personal es muy amable y servicial, nos cambiaron de villa porque queríamos aprovechar el sol en la piscina y lo hicieron sin problema. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que no hay recepción a partir de las 20h. Es necesario también un tuk tuk para moverte al centro, pero es cierto que el hotel pone traslados gratuitos por la tarde a horas determinadas.

Sadly didn't work out to order a taxi on time. We calld the staff 1h before, we were waiting for the taxi 25mins, we calld the staff 2 times - almost missd our boat tour
- Eglė (5/5): Left a day early - Lovely views from the restaurant and food was good It was raining while we stayed there which meant there was absolutely nothing to do, not even a tv in the room no wifi or anything. We stayed in garden villa and the pool area is not as advertised - very overlooked, quite run down, leafy and the pool was very shallow.
- Philipp (5/5): Gute Lage - Tolle Lage - auch ausserhalb des ganzen Rummels. Schön und gepflegte Anlage im Grünen mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Frühstücksbuffet am ersten Tag war ganz toll - in den nachfolgenden Tagen war nur noch ein Bruchteil davon vorhanden - ohne jede Erklärung weshalb --> schade! Auch das Personal ist sehr träge - wir haben in andern Resorts ganz andere Erfahrungen gemacht.
- Lasse (10/5): Alles in allem eine wundervoller Aufenthalt. - Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich schön. Sehr nettes Personal und eine wundervoller Anlage zum erholen. Ein eigener Privat Strand mit Ausleihmöglichkeiten für Kanu und Schnorchel Equipment steht bereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück und TOP gepflegte Anlage! Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

- Giulia (9/5): - La camera vista mare, la pace che c'era, la spiaggia privata, la Jacuzzi in camera, la colazione FENOMENALE, anche la cena. Anche solo il servizio di pulizie e degli asciugamani (non solo due, ma un set completo) era ottimo. La stanza un po' datata, soprattutto considerando il prezzo delle camere. Penso che possa bastare qualche piccolo accorgimento per renderla perfetta (anche solo mettere silicone alla doccia). A piedi non è facilissimo raggiungere il centro, però non so se definirlo un lato negativo, perché con un euro di taxi lo raggiungi (in certi orari anche gratis) e soprattutto questo ti permette di avere un sacco di privacy e pace, se hai la camera vista mare. Se hai la camera base, pur avendo la piscina esterna privata, gli altri clienti possono vederti mentre escono dall'hotel.
- Karolin (9/5): - Der Family-Bungalow mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Bad und mit großer Terrasse + kleinem privaten Pool hat uns gut gefallen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist spektakulär. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas "abseits" (auf einer insgesamt wirklich nicht sehr großen Insel), dafür aber auch sehr ruhig. Frühstück gibt es nur bis 10 Uhr und ist nicht draußen möglich (wegen der Affen - deshalb muss man auch wirklich aufpassen, was man auf der Terrasse liegen hat).
- Isak (9/5): Amazing view on Koh Lipe - The view was amazing, especially from our room with the bathtub on the balcony. Pretty good breakfast for being in SE Asia. The hotel arranged transfer from the hotel to walking street every whole hour from 16:00 till 19:00 which we appreciated. As with most hotels, no matter where you go in the world, we were missing stuff to hang our towels and clothes etc on. Sadly there were quite some trash on the beach and in the water during our stay, might be because of the bad weather though.
