- khajuria (3/5): Never ever again - The only good thing about this hotel is it's location which is close to railway station and mostly all major spots of haridwar . Where should I start ? Those who have rated this hotel 5 or more have left me baffled. Look inside the pillow cover , the yellow Pillow is disgusting. The commode in the washroom , which again is yellow - Ppfffttttt.
The most stunning revelation was the white ceramic tea cups and how yellow they were on the inside.
Constantly calling front desk - room service for water , clean cups , and repeated reminders for hand towels actually exhausted me after a long drive.
Now here comes the final gut punch , every room that was shown to me had a pungent smell , why , because of wall seepage, where the doors kept shut for a day would leave a smell behind.
The bathrooms are dramatically small , with leakage in bathrooms too. All in all , a really bad stay.

- Pardeep (10/5): wonderful stay and we'll visit again - Food quality is good, all items were fresh, services were excellent,
- Meeta (9/5): Peaceful and comfortable - Proximity to places of visit

- CHRISTIAN (8/5): - la vue
l'emplacement la propreté laisse à désirer : les draps n'étaient pas nets, la poussière était présente dans les coins, sur les plinthes.
les joints de carrelage sont sales

- Gupta (7/5): - Parking, Quick Check-In, Restaurant did a fantastic job in providing the food of our choice as we were looking for jain food without oil. No switch to turnoff light in 229, at least me and my mother are not able to find it, There was a smell in the room and almost everywhere of dampness and stagnant water. I saw spiders roaming around in the room.

- Megha (5/5): - Like the location and staff politeness. Room no 209 was allotted, wash basin was broken, toiletries, dental kit, hair dryer available only on demand, was not provided already in the room and nobody picks call at room service. Tried multiple times then got the hair dryer.
These are the basic things that hotels at such a rate must provide. No fridge and they don't provide slippers in the room.
The washroom is too small. Wifi getting disconnected again and again.
- Stacey (6/5): A three day town - The room size was good. Nice big window although not all the windows fitted the frame... There was a tea and coffee station as well as a water fountain and ironing boards on every floor. Housekeeping staff were friendly and if you wanted the room cleaned they did it swiftly. They changed bedding/towels etc efficiently. There was a 'sun-down ceremony' at reception every evening. If you had the right bell hop/concierge man on then he did a good job. He involved those around by giving out rock salt to ward away negativity. Location good if you need the train. Easy access to mountain temples. Quite a walk to Har Ki Pauri. WiFi. Out of 10 nights, it was poor for 3 then not available for a week. We had to sit in reception and use theirs. It was very inconvenient when you wanted to sit in your room with a cup of tea and you couldn't do so. There were numerous daily power cuts and reception staff didn't seem to care nor communicate effectively. There was just one tall chap who spoke English who actually did take the time to explain things (may have been a manager).
Location for Har Ki Pauri - by foot it is a good half an hour walk away.
Due to its location by the train station there are hundreds of tuktuk drivers parked up. Although not the hotels' fault it meant that every time you left the hotel you were harassed by many of them who all wanted to overcharge tourists. It made going out an annoyance.

- Komal (9/5): Overall, it was still a good place to stay just disappointed about the hot water! - Services, food and location was really great! No hot water and limited on hair dryers plus when you go into the room, not everything was ready like towels, pillows, and etc.

- Bipin Bani (10/5): Le roi stay - Very convenient location to railway station and the cleanest Nothing
- Ankur (5/5): Passable - The Room was fine and the staff was well behaved and courteous. It is in the railway station compound, so all the crowd going to the railway station passes by, it's absolutely not a good sight. People sleeping inside the compound and all that.
The washrooms are absolutely pathetic, very very small.

- Karishma09 (6/5): Pleasant - Good location next to train station and walking distance to Har ki Pauri. The hotel staff also helped us to collect our laundry when we were away. They were friendly. Rooms could be cleaner with less dust and brighter lights options as well. Outside food was not allowed.

Location is exactly in compound of railway station.
I'll rate this as best and comfy stay in haridwar
- Anil (9/5): Better feeling than my last visit. - Location
- Neha (6/5): Pleasant - There was fire that caught up on the floor and instead of evacuating ppl from the room The hotel staff didn’t even bother to tell us anything
- Dushyant (10/5): Good Facilities with excellent location - Location of the property is key factor that make it differentiate from everyone
- Astrid (9/5): Nice experience - We slept well after a full day of traveling. Despite being next to the train station, the room was calm and peaceful. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
- Lachman (9/5): Rooms are same as shown - Value for money highly recommended for familly stay. Don't hesitate to book
- Maurya (4/5): Disappointing -
- Chandra (6/5): Great facility for train travelers and wanting to see famous places - Location and the exceptional staff & great customer relations. It’s a great idea to provide a shared facility (tea coffee station, ironing etc) at each floor. Several eating places in the vicinity serve 24 hours food and beverages and a food court within the building makes it very convenient for travelers.
- Giridharan (9/5): Superb - Proximity to station and very clean...best service
- Chandrashekhar (9/5): Superb -
- Sharon (9/5): Superb - The hotel is right at a food court and at the railway station. The room looked like in the pictures, was clean and spacious. Really nice and helpful personel. I recommend this Hotel, but it definitely feels like a luxurious place. The ony negative I might have was, that initially we paid ~2000INR a night and when we extended our stay they doubled the rate to ~4000INR a night. Might have been an availability thing, but double the price seemed a bit too much.
- Vitor (8/5): Very good - Restaurant manager was so attentive. He noticed we didn't like spicy food and offered us non spicy dinner options. It was not as dirty as other places weve been to, but the floor could be cleaner, as well as the trash bins.
- Katyaini (9/5): Superb - Cleanliness and comfortable stay
- Himanshu (7/5): Good -
- Karki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joshi (6/5): Ok ok stay - Interior and quality of things like pillow, wall paint, size of bathroom , bathroom faucet, lights a bit low

- Madan (10/5): A very convenient stay close to Railway station - Every thing nothing
- Nitish (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (8/5): Very good - Convenient for the train station Nothing
- Kamlesh (5/5): Passable - The Bathroom design where the water Flow is opposite and the entry of the small bathroom
- Akshay (10/5): Loved the stay - The location was excellent as it is very close and infact inside the railway station premises. The rooms are big spacious and neat. The service by the hotel is highly professional and quick to attend to issues. Enjoyed the restaurant as well.
- Kaushal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maitri (10/5): Exceptional - Most recommended hotel to stay in Haridwar
- Shivam (4/5): Else everything was good except the front office behaviour and wi fi - Very slow and irresponsible staff They were not generous to online guest , they do not provide breakfast too
- Amar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (8/5): Very good -
- Supriya (5/5): Do not stay in this hotel as this hotel lacks certain facilities. - Room of the hotel does not have any cupboard or Almirah and confirmed from the reception of hotel that none of their room has any cupboard or almirah; this is very much unusual. Second the bathroom is very small in size and the funniest things the bathrooms have no tap except in the wash basin. Now if you want to wash your feet you have to use the shower which wets you too. I won't suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.
- Parveen (9/5): it was comfortable 🌺🌺 - Behaviour of staff was nice they were polite & food was tasty & we liked the way they serve.
- Uday (8/5): Very good -
