- Anton (10/5): An Offer You Can’t Refuse: The Friendliest Staff in Morocco - I’m not saying this hotel is run by the mafia… but if it is, they’re the friendliest mafia around. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Dinner was excellent and definitely the highlight, while breakfast was a bit more modest but still nice. A very enjoyable stay overall with great hospitality.

- Eksteronaldus (2/5): Het is niet prettig om besodemieterd te worden. - De jongeman die de bediening deed was zeer vriendelijk en voorkomend. Het eten was smaakvol. Vanwege deze jongeman en de smaak van het eten, is het beoordelingscijfer niet een 1. De man van de receptie kwam op het eerste gezicht vriendelijk en behulpzaam over, maar al snel bleek het een leugenachtig figuur. Hij heeft voor zowel de kamer als het eten veel te veel in rekening gebracht. Bij aankomst bij het hotel accepteerde hij enkel een contante betaling, waarvoor hij een extreme wisselkoers gebruikt. Daardoor viel de kamer bijna 10% duurder uit. Voor de maaltijden rekende hij prijzen die hoger lagen dan op alle andere plekken waar we in Marokko overnacht gegeten hebben. Toppunt was 20 euro voor een eenvoudig bord couscous met groenten. Toen wij vroegen of hij een menu of prijslijst kon laten zien, kwamen de smoesjes: tijdens de Ramadan rekenen alle restaurants hogere kosten, een menu is er niet, omdat alle maaltijden maatwerk per gast zijn, etc. Daarnaast was het hotel niet met de auto bereikbaar. De auto moest onbewaakt op honderden meters afstand achtergelaten worden. De route van de parkeerplaats naar het hotel liep stijl heuvelop. Dat mag voor het boeken wel vermeld worden.

Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix mais c’est soit œufs soit pain.. pas les deux sinon c’est supplément. Prix de la nuit excessif par rapport aux prestations. Parking très très éloigné du Riad, presque inaccessible avec bagages. :-(

(Hotellet har ikke fått vei på oppsiden av hotell-komplekset, så det ble en prosess å komme fram. ) - Middag og frokost ved bassengkanten og et deilig sted i hele tatt. Personal helt ok. Ikke noe nevneverdig utover framkomstveien og litt mangelfull skilting med god info.

Für uns als Spätaufsteher gab’s um 9.00 Uhr kein Warmwasser mehr – kein echtes Problem bei hiesigen Temperaturen.

- Stella (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in Riad Aslda for 3 nights and had a lovely time. As we visited in summer especially the pool was perfect. The food and the service were really good and the family is so nice! It’s a little hard to get there, the last bit is only steps.
- Jan (8/5): Nice pool and located outside of the hustle and bustle of Asni - Useful location for our travel plans. Nice pool. Rooms a bit aged, but fine. Very nice and professional host., makes good tagine! Difficult to reach with suitcase, as you have to walk up through the village from their parking lot.

It gave us enough strength for a whole day. We stayed for volunteer activity to visit the mountain area of Asni. The owner, Mohamed, helped a lot to find kind Rashid to support us volunteering in the mountain area. So the location was very good because it was far from the town. If you have something, please give it a try to ask them.

- Katherine (9/5): A wonderful and welcome break from the heat of Marrakech! - Mohammed is extremely kind and helpful. He was waiting for me in Asni and picked me up, also returning me to Asni when I left. The food was absolutely delicious! I appreciated the big pool and lovely garden. I also enjoyed the decor of my room and of the whole riad. I especially loved all the animals - cats, tortoise, birds...! The bed was a little hard so I could have slept better. I suggest a soft mattress topper would make it perfect.
- Kenneth (2/5): - It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete. The bare bulbs and terrible maintenance makes this property one to avoid. The owner barely communicated with us. All in all a rubbish property. How the positive reviews have been made we do not know....

- Marketa (9/5): Superb - Riad Aslda is very nice guest house looking like a castle, it is located in the small village 2 km from Asni. The room is very comfortable and enough big. Bathroom is clean, especially I appreciated hot water. Winter nights are pretty cold here but it was ok with extra blanket which I got. It was very challenging to find this guest house, location in the booking.com does not correspond to real position.

- John (10/5): Tranquil riad off the beaten track. - Lovely property off the beaten trail. Very local area with views over the valley. The property is beautifully maintained and the hosts very welcoming. Very convenient for the Atlas mountains near Imlil without all the hassle of Imlil.
