Coffee price downstairs was too expensive and not worth it

The staff once again made me feel incredibly welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The facilities remain top-notch, and everything was spotless and comfortable. I also couldn’t resist the delicious sweets at the bar, which made the experience even more delightful. It truly feels like coming back to a familiar and caring place. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Everything was perfect—from the warm and welcoming staff to the excellent facilities. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. I especially loved the sweets at the bar; they were simply irresistible! Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
- Ribeka (4/5): イマイチ - ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルがなかった。コンディショナーが補充されておらず、ワンプッシュしか残っていなかった。トイレットペーパーも残り少しなのに予備が置いていなかった。二人で宿泊なのにキーを一つしかくれず、二つ必要な場合はRp.200,000現金でのデポジットが必要だと言われた。エレベーターで部屋の階まで行くにもキーが必要なのに、キー一つでは不便過ぎる。二人の場合はデポジットなしでキーを二つ用意するのが当然だと思う。

We booked a junior suite and yes the room is large and had some welcome snacks for us on arrival the bathroom area was tired. There was one dressing gown and other small bits that let the hotel down. We had an awful trouble with the hotel arranging a transfer from the airport with persistent messages tbat it must be paid up front in to their bank. It all just became stressful and we felt like crimials over a £7 taxi ride.

One of the rooms had bad odour. The aircon in the lobby wasn't working. Had to put a deposit for an extra key which made the check in process lengthy. Rooms weren't ready till after 4pm.

From checking in to checking out. - Highly recommended .....Marida....duty manager was very professional .....she covered up everything on my stay.....breakfast buffet was lavish,I enjoyed my lovely stay.... I used to get my morning eggs as per my liking.chef was great. And not to mention the breakfast service team good job done from hostess to waiter all were professional....
- haninf2025 (10/5): Excellent - All service is so good and comfortable. Good room service, all can be used, silently is perfect, and also the view of the sunset are beautiful (even though is cloudy yet). The resto provide a good and organized menu (ofc clean too) while the juice, milk, coffee can be adjusted. Lastly, the staff in the lobby, resto, parking are are good acts. They also remind me a wrong rute, it's increase my value to drive xixi. Hope my experience helps to improvement the hotel. Thanks ♡ Special tags @merinda resto staff

- Oscar (7/5): Good for a short stay. Helpful staff and nice food. Our room had no hot water. - Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. 24 hour room service. Good location next to train station. Nice pools. There was no hot water in our room and we had to have cold showers. The hotel was responsive and tried to fix the issue but were not able to.

- Sara (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly staff, incredibly helpful staff 24/7, incredibly thorough attentive massage with reasonable price, different varieties of breakfast everyday for everyone to choose from western to local taste, great location. We really enjoyed our stay there, and made us feels like home. Originally we stayed for 4days at the end we stayed for a week. We will definitely come back whenever we visiting Jakarta. Thank you Irham for the hospitality that goes above and beyond and thank you for your all the staff who made those happened.

A receptionist deducted twice for my staying,which actually already paid tru' booking .com I saw him my bank statement, But he insisted I have to pay again. The next morning I complained to another receptionist and show them another account from my bank had been deducted again. She checked and apologised,that my money will be credit it within two weeks to my account. What a shame 😑😑
- Marc (1/5): Disgusting - Checked in and was given a room that I can only describe as disgusting. As the attached photos show, black mould on the walls and front and back of bathroom doors and filthy bathroom. The carpet was dirty and stained. While we were moved to another room we were appalled that a room could be even presented to a guest for a 5 night stay in this condition. We were due to stay here for a further 2 nights later in our Indonesian visit and we were booked into other Swiss-Belresidences and cancelled all of them. Certainly would not recommend.
- Zenid (2/5): - The only 2 things that were positive were the maid(s) and the birthday wishes with the cake but unfortunately that isn't enough for us to even consider coming back to this hotel ever again. Negatives are so many. The safe in the room they put us in didn't work properly due to low battery. We told them this 3 times. I asked the girls who do the morning shift to put it in the system and ask the technical staff to come and fix it later after we have come back from the city. Upon our return the guys (afternoon staff) had no idea what I was talking about. We asked them to send someone but no one came. We called multiple times and eventually no one came again which made us unnecessarily lose time. Finally, at a very late hour when our baby was already asleep they sent a guy who didn't come to fix or replace the battery but instead brought an extra safe. The noise from the hallway, other rooms and traffic is incredibly loud. Soundproofing didn't exit. If the room below you uses the air conditioner it will be heard on your pillow as a constant drum n base sound. We stayed for one week and in the midst of our stay they called us before 9 am and woke us up via phone. Said we needed to move rooms because of maintenance. My wife went down and asked to confirm if it's a 2 pm, they said yes. After packing for an hour, a lot of stuff because of the baby, I went down and was informed we don't have to move. No more space for negatives. Just very unprofessional and no compensation:/

There were mosquitos in the room and lobby, room carpet and floor tiles felt a little dusty and unclean. You can hear train horns and announcements due to close proximity to the train station.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 비지니스 호텔로는 비추천해요 - 일단 위치가 애매해서 시내로 나가는길이 많이 막히고 바로 앞에 기차역이 있어서 매우 시끄러워요. 6박했는데 청소가 안되어 있던적이 2번이였고 추가 타월 요청을 했는데도 데스크랑 연결이 잘 안되서 불편했습니다. 조식도 자리가 부족했고 음식 종류도 적어요. 수영장도 매우 작고 선배드도 2개밖에 없어서 짐 나둘곳이 없어요. 모든 차량에 주차비를 받는데 택시들은 주차영수증에 직원확인을 받으면 무료인데 모르는 기사들이 많아서 저에게 주차비를 요구하는 경우도 많아서 일일히 설명해줘야 했습니다. 라운지도 별로입니다. 비지니스로 오시기에는 적합하지 않으니 다른 호텔이 나을거 같고 싼가격에 4성급 원하시는 여행자분들은 괜찮을거 같아요.

- Tracey (1/5): Not worth the money - We picked this hotel due to being close to Halim station Booked 3 rooms for a family, room numbers given were 1601, 1628 & 1625. Not even close together...AC not working properly in all 3 rooms. .AND only allowed 1 key per room for 6 ppl. So if 1 person wanted to go anywhere and they needed a key for the elevator.....then anyone in the room lost the lights and AC....HORRIBLE. Carpet in the hallway very very dirty. Pool was so small...
